The terrain is a mountain top, upon which sets a decently sized lake. Being a mountain top, rocky protrusions and stone growths surround the area. (sound fair enough? I don't really know what environment you need for earth techniques and i realized i doubt i'll ever fight on a mountain, but i figured it wouldn't hurt to be a little creative)

Perfectly Flawless Style:
The Shigure Souen Style is a notoriously deadly sword style that is only passed down to worthy successors. Each 'form' of the style is only shown once to the student - if the student is worthy to succeed, he only needs to see it once to remember how to use it from then on. It originally only had one form that was passed down through generations of successors with each successor creating and adding their own forms resulting in many branches of Shigure Souen Style. Covered by cloths, a man was located on top of the moutains, his red hair flowing with the light breeze the covered the mountains. Sitting on top of a flat stone the man had four scrolls resting around him, each one of a different puppet, he seemed ready, expecting someone to come toward him, he had bee warned he was being trailed which is why he detoured from the main group, in hopes that he had been followed, and now he would find out of this was going to pay off, or if it would come around and bite him.

The quarry had seperated himself from the group; not only did he realize his group was being followed, but he knew it was himself and, despite not knowing fully who it was that tailed him, he felt confident enough to take his pursuer on his own, without the help of his brethren, or travel members, or whatever their relationship. That made him skilled, and cocky. Just like an Uchiha. and I bloody hate Uchiha...
Despite knowing exactly what was going to transpire, and that he was waiting for him, Ryuujin felt the need to make an enterance. He silently climbed upon the rock he was hiding behind. Ryuujin then made a high jump, landed in a roll and skidded up behind him, sending a large cloud of dust and pebbles.
"I respect your apparent skill. Getting what I want from you should prove entertaining for us both. " Ryuujin pulled a kunai from a pouch on his back. He held it casually. If need be, he could throw it at a moment's notice, but he maintained a firm enough grip so if the ninja got up close and personal, he could shiv him in the ribs. Just the way he liked it. "Oh, and the name is Ryuujin Morii. I've been told its common courtesy to tell your name to the person you're about to kill." {bleach reference haha}

" Akura rose an eyebrow as he heard a voice near him, cocking his head to the side softly he saw a blond ma, roughly his same age, walk up the mountain and then jump at an attempt to make an entrance. " Ha! I wouldn't bet on it, you'll be lucky enough to scratch me. " He then said, getting up, putting both of his hands on to his pockets.
" The name's Akura, better known as the guy that is about to kill you. " He said shooting a kunai at the man, the kunai had a paper bomb strapped on to the handle, the kunai wasn't going to hit him, it was going to land beside him, and hopefully he would fall for it. Before preparing the fight he was going to test out his reflexes, to be sure what puppet to use.

He could dodge it, but the smoke released from the blast could put him off guard, as well as distract him from his opponent. So, rather than be put on the defensive, Ryuujin made a bold move. With a snicker, he lunged forward and caught the kunai in his left hand, twisted it around, then sent both kunai out, aimed at the scrolls sitting next to Akura. At the very least, they would distract him and put him off guard. At best, it'd force him to use the scrolls. While very risky, as Ryuujin had no idea what the scrolls were for, forcing him to use them sooner than expected might help him. Kunai: 6

"Hmph, bold and stupid, just what I would expect from a Konoha ninja." Akura told the kid as he grabbed the kunai, meanwhile he made a single seal and summoned a single puppet, human-like and with a metal exterior, though one should never judge a book by it's cover. " Azura, if you'd please." He said moving his fingers of the left hand and the strings connected, and as they did the puppet shot his right hand toward it's left, pushing the top of the hand, revealing twelve kunai, and two were fired, one at the incoming explosive kunai, and another toward the Ryuujin, due to the mechanism used to fire these kunai, they were literally bullets flying toward their intended target, since they were powered by gun powder within the puppet's arm, the only downside to this was that a large puff of smoke rose from Azura.
The first kunai slammed on to the tagged kunai that flew toward the scrolls, slamming on to the ground he kunai went off pretty soon, the charge of the kunai wasn't going to be enough to get to the scrolls anyway, meanwhile the other kunai blasted toward the genin, almost as swiftly as a bullet, one that was going to hurt the kid, very badly.

Ryuujin had taken a smoke bomb from his jacket pocket in preparation of a doll charging for his innards. When he saw, though saw was a relative term, given the speed of the kunai, what was coming at him, he had a choice. He could have either taken a horrible would and prepared a jutsu to counter, or he could try his best to dodge. Ryuujin did his best in those scant seconds to guess where the kunai was going to hit and lightly tossed the smoke bomb into the air (because it was already chest height, being retrieved from the jacket) and leaned to the left. The kunai, though not a dead on hit, sliced open the smoke bomb and surrounded Ryuujin. Also, Ryuujin only received a deep gash on his side. Only, meaning the weapon sailed past him and imbedded itself deep into a rock rather than in Ryuujin. As soon as he felt the kunai rip through him, he swung his body right and ran towards the lake. With any luck, through the smoke field created by Akura's puppet and his smoke bomb, and Akura would fall for the feint and aim towards the remaining 10 kunai to the left. Some, anyway. Just in case he didn't, Ryuujin did the handsigns for the water pellet jutsu, but didn't release it just yet. Kunai: 6

Being a Tactical Ninja, Akura knew not to stay in the same place, not after a smoke bomb hand been made. He quickly grabbed on to all of his scrolls and placed them on his belt, all unrolled, but they weren't long so it would not bother his movement. With the scrolls safe, Akura ran toward Azura, hiding behind it, any kunai that would go his way would meet the wooden exterior of his puppet, though most, if not all of them, were fired toward his original position.
Bending down, Akura filled his hand with dirt and he then tossed it to the air, filling it with chakra and then it transmutated into shuriken made out of stone, which flew into the smoke screen, and most likely toward the boy, stopping him in his tracks.

Konohagakure | Ninjutsu Specialist | Genin|| Suiton || Speed/Chakra Control || Improved Chakra Control + Chakra Control Shinobi Type (-2 ninjutsu) || Ryuujin blasted his way out of the self-summoned smokescreen just in time to see earthen shuriken fly into what would have been his poor, damaged torso. The smoke was clearing around Akura, but Ryuujin still couldn't see him clearly. As he ran towards the lake, he reminded himself of all the ninja tools he still had. Plenty, but not enough to be using them haphazardly. Especially since he could hit Akura dead on but not do a lick of damage because the freakin' puppets that he could use to shield himself. i really hate puppets... Ryuujin wasn't a tactical ninja, and he wasn't a genius, but he could draw a straight line. Aiming for the exact spot that he figured the shuriken came from he fired off three pellets, all that should hit hit somewhere in his torso with enough force to knock the wind out of him, if not break a rib or two. Confident enough that he struck Akura, Ryuujin made it to the lake and got in a crouching position. He stuck both his hands in the water, an infinite supply for his suiton jutsu at his fingertips, literally. Kunai: 6

The water pellets rushed toward Akura's possition, all three hit Azura in the chest, any regular wooden puppet would have been shattered by the force of the water, but Azura was a little special. Wood flew around Azura, it's wooden exterior had been shattered, but the puppet's real body was revealed, a steel interior which protected the puppet from Taijutsu users and such attacks as the one that had just bee done on to him.
" Tough luck kid, you'll need much more effort than that to break Azura." The genin said taking to the left side of the puppet, summoning yet another puppet, roughly his size, this puppet was more sleek that Azura, having a spear on it's back, though it wasn't going to be used yet. Akura moved his fingers and made the newly summoned puppet bend it's left arm and open it's elbow, releasing a smoke bomb which made a smoke screen in front of Ryuujin, most likely blinding the man, making Akura and his two puppets not visible.
With the smoke screen now set, Akura made Azura release the foot long metal rod it has on it's right hand and dart toward the smoke screen, meanwhile, he and Zhen Zhu jumped over the smoke screen, Akura's Chunin-like speed making the feat something easy for the boy. Now airborne, the Genin made the puppet which was beside him open a compartment which rested under both of his hands, which shot two six inch daggers on to the puppets hands. As that happened, Azura got out of the smoke screen, a very sharp metallic rod at hand, the puppet released two more kunai from it's left hand, and the kunai raced toward their target.
Akura wasn't your everyday puppet user, thanks to the now dead Kazekage Jade, he would find out why.

Ryuujin Morii
Konohagakure | Ninjutsu Specialist | Genin|| Suiton || Speed/Chakra Control || Improved Chakra Control + Chakra Control Shinobi Type (-2 ninjutsu) || Ryuujin heard the sound of wood shattering, but no cries of pain, or even the “huh!” of having the breath knocked out of you. It sorely disappointed him. As expected from his kind of people, he used his tools as shields to protect his fragile, little body. Though he had to admit, using steel behind the wood was a good move. Bloody puppet user! Ryuujin mentally shouted as the red-headed shinobi summoned yet another puppet. And this one had a spear on its back. Before Ryuujin could counter against a spear plowing through him, the puppet launched a smoke grenade at him. Almost simultaneously, he heard a twinge (or a twang, Ryuujin wasn’t really paying attention to the onomatopoeia) of something being launched. It was different from a kunai, though. Kunai and shuriken sliced through the air, creating something akin almost to a whistle. This was not it. The best solution? Ryuujin released the chakra flow to his feet and with a quiet splash, probably not audible to his opponent, he sunk under water. With a dash more luck, the smokescreen hopefully covered his escape. Being blinded by it, however, he had no idea what the scarred boy could and could not see. As a suiton-specializing ninja, he had no problems with the sudden temperature change or the fact that he was not swimming underwater. He swam under the water parallel to the smoke screen and barely lifted his head. He saw Akura launch two kunai into the smokescreen which he had so recently been in the middle of. Now was his chance. Still staying as silent as possible, he brought his upper half of the torso out of the water and launched several water shuriken at Akura, and an equal amount split between the left and right of him, so if he moved one way or another, he would be hit at least once. Finally, using the water from the lake he made a water sword, approximately the size of a katana, and close to the durability of one and leapt completey back onto the lake. Kunai: 6

Instead of moving when he got to the ground, Akura made his newly summoned puppet spin, breaking the water shuriken with the daggers. " Suiton element, nice." He commented as he saw the other water shuriken go toward the smokescreen behind him. Pulling Azura to cover his side, Akura then shifted his position, now standing sideways, Azura covering his left side and Zhen zhu covering his front area. " So kid, why exactly are you following me?" Akura then asks moving Azura toward the man in the water, releasing two more bullet-like kunai toward him, hoping to end it in this next attack.
After the two kunai where thrown, Akura turned his back on the boy and made the other puppet go forward toward Ryu's position. Opening it's mouth, the sound of a metal hitting wood was heard, though not too high, he doubted that the kid would hear it. " What brings to to me today?" He said in hopes to mask whatever sound the canister that was in the puppet's mouth would make. Reaching the body, the canister that was in it's mouth exploted in a flash of light, a flash bomb intended to blind the boy. Meanwhile, Azura made it's way toward where the boy was in hopes of flanking him, and stabbing him with the foot long metal rod.
[[ Experience. There is no real difference between a High Genin and a normal genin, it's more like saying that I'm Neji and you're Naruto, so to speak. That my Rpc has more experience than most genin. ]]

Ryuujin Morii

The first doll charged at him, firing off two more kunai at him. that must be at least six now, right? Judging from how strong this guy is, i doubt that it's even half of his total kunai in the puppet. By now, Ryuujin was used to the speed of that puppet. Well, used to as in he knew what was coming. For most ninja his level they probably would have been punctured by both those. Ryuujin was a speed shinobi, however, and dodged left out of the way. He was a bit suprised by Akura talking to him. In this battle, wasting breaths with words seemed horribly inefficient. "There were some very important scrolls stolen from my village and i saw that you carried four. Two of which i still don't know--ah bloody hell!" He noticed the puppet too late. He swung his sword toward it, but it managed to detonate its bomb before Ryuujin hit it. He still felt the sword make contact with it, but the bomb disoriented him badly enough he couldn't tell if he barely nicked it or broke it in two. His arms had reflexivly covered his eyes. Ryuujin knew he was weak though, and started jumping backwards, trying to put distance between he and his foe while his eyes re-adjusted. Kunai: 6
