Hello everyone, this is Cobra absconding Deil's post...
What Deil was trying to get across in that last Guild Announcement we are initiating our first arc. It's not a long arc, but it's something for everyone to do and it gives direction to the incredible number of Genin. While you are all doing that, we'll be working hard to make sure the proper country roads etc, are set up for potential travels, where you will immediately be stalked by Akatsuki (as soon as my profile is approved.)
Either way, here are the details as mentioned by Deil earlier, but duplicated and made sloppy by his awesome phone and it's ability to spontaneously duplicate all text entered without being asked...
Village Reconstruction
Every village was damaged somewhat by the attacks of the bijuu, and the villages need to focus on rebuilding before they can enjoy the liberty of being able to travel around. Once things are back to the way they were, the villages will allow members to leave for missions and diplomatic visits to other villages.
Mission: Reconstruction
Rank: D
Description: Go to the village kage and ask where you can help rebuild or repair in the village. The kage will then tell you what thing can be fixed. A squad of 2-4 ninja must complete at least 15 total posts to fix the problem before it can return for credit. Once this mission has been completed 10 times for your village, your kage will allow the gates to be opened to the public
