Define for me a man Tell me what he can't and can Tell me of his appearance, how he looks And show me where it's stated in books
What makes a boy a man in truth? What test must he pass to show proof Of his strength and maturity Of his resolve and purity
What does a man do that makes him so? Is a man all the wiser, what secrets does he know? When does this metamorphosis occur? Is it easily seen or is the transition a blur?
You can't tell the difference between the two When the definition is so askew Call me a boy, call me a man But no matter what I'll do all I can

As a 19 year old guy trying to make my way in the world, this speaks loudly to me. Your poem flows and rhymes well, but the rhythm in particular is great - it seems to match the subject matter, its a bit halting at places and rushes all over itself in others. Maybe you planned it or maybe you have natural talent but either way you're a great writer.
