~Rules and Guidelines~
1.The guild information that we have was made by our own moderators and/or guild members. This constitutes a copyright, given that it is all in writing. Should you take information of any fashion within the guild without consulting the Guild Captain themselves, you will be reported to a moderator, who will therein ban your account. This is also in the Gaia ToS.
2.Do not argue with the moderators. They are here to make your time within the guild easier, without them, you wouldn't be able to operate within the guild on a day to day function.
3. All disputes will be held within your own private message inboxes. There have been way too many problems in the guild as of late with this, therefore anyone who disobeys this, will be put on suspension from the guild. Any further acts against this rule will result in a ban.
4.There will absolutely be no God-Moding allowed within the guild. First offense will result in a warning. If you reach a second, a moderator will decide what happens to you. If you believe someone has done so or broken any other rule, discreetly PM a mod about it. An example of God-Moding is the control of another player's character.
-This is another bit of the God-Modding ordeal, but you aren't allowed to dodge every technique a person does. No one is invincible, no matter how strong their character is.
5. You must be at least Semi-Literate to roleplay within our villages. One liners aren't excepted.
6. Post your profile upon entry into the guild. You are not allowed to post within the guild until your profile has been approved. (The OOC is excluded from this.)
7. The Docks thread is for travel between villages. Therefore use it. If you travel between threads without using the docks, you will have to go back and redo everything.
8. There will be no Original Naruto Characters allowed within the guild. This guild is comprised completely of user-made characters.
9. There are a select number of moderators, we do not need anymore then that. If we did, we would get a person. So do not ask to be a moderator, or you'll be turned down.
10.You are required to do one technique within the Academy to graduate.
11.Demons are given out at Random points within the storyline. So don't ask for one until you have either made a significant contribution to the rp or you are active for at least three months.
12.Once you become a missing-nin you can not become Hokage, Sannin or any other job titles or classes within your village or any other for that matter.
-Once becoming a Missing Nin, you are not allowed to enter in the Chuunin or Jounin Exams. You will never be able to do this again, so take heed before becoming Missing Nin!
13. You can only Train in the afterworld if you have been killed by another player, because wedon't want people killing themselves and or having the NPC's kill their players.
14. No gaining Chakra points while part of an Exam period. You can not lose, or gain anything from an exam, unless stated other wise by the lead proctor.
15.Believe it or not, Chakra Points determine a significant part of the outcome of a match, therefore you can't defeat a kage if you are a Genin. Its impossible.
16. You are allowed to make a made up technique every 15,000 chakra points.
17.Made up techniques will not be strong in the beginning. The higher your skill points, the stronger you techniques will become.
18.We have alot of villages and some techniques have been forgotten over the time period that we've made them. So don't get aggravated with us if we can't give you an exact definition.
19. Do not Advertise in this Guild. If its not cleared by the guild captain do not put your banners in our OOC. Do not rip us off. Trust us there's enough rip off guilds of ours floating around by members who copied us without asking us. So DON'T ADVERTISE. If you want to affiliate with us just pm me, the guild captain, and they will send you a banner of ours and we will put you on the affiliate page and on the front page. Thanks.
20.During battle, your limited to 2 techniques per post. This is to stop confusion/arguments and for people to have more fun.
21.Your Now Only allowed to Switch Clans Twice unless it is a summer change Event or you have been with your clan for at least 4 months. I am not or any other mod will be forced to switch out a profile every few days....
22.You are not allowed to kill any secondary character you may have just to get stronger in any way possible. That includes but is not limited to Orochi powers, armors, or puppet making.
- You
CANNOT convert a second character (Or third, or fourth, or any character for that matter) into chakra points. In order to combine the characters into a new character, or strengthen a single character into a stronger version.
23.You are not allowed to combine two or more clans without probable cause and complete scrutinay by multiple mods. Combined clans that are allowed, can be revoked at any time.
24.You can not create made ups involving SEALS, demons, orochi powers, weapons, armors, or items you do not have at the time
25.If you're in the middle of a fight and you disappear for over 48 hours without warning the current attack from the opponent becomes an auto-hit and/or the attacker can leave the battle.
26.Once you write something in role play, it is yours to spend how you wish. But you cannot spend that chakra on more then one character. Spent chakra is for one character only, and then cannot be used again.
27.Made up techniques must be accepted, added to your profile, and be in it's respective compendium before it can be used in battle. Made ups are not placed onto your profile, until you post for it to be in the Training Completion thread. [Note: If you don't see your made up in the compendium; send a message to the mod in charge of the made ups, and remind them to add it.]
28.When posting in the Training Completion Thread, please make sure that you have trained in every area that you are gaining techniques from. It does not make sense that all your training was done in Hidden Rain, and you are learning a technique from Hidden Leaf. The only time this does not apply, is when a mod specifically says that it does not. Otherwise it always applies.
29.New rules and guidelines may be added, if we find it's necessary. Please don't make us have to write more rules. Thanks.
