Germany felt bad for not really paying attention in class for the last period of the day and giving Italy a hasty "I need to go to an important Disciplinary Club meeting" before he hurried off, but this was important. Surely Italy would understand. Besides, they promised each other they would eat dinner together tonight in honor of Japan being a Senior, Ludwig being the head of Disciplinary Committee, and Italy's great idea to start an anime club (even if they needed at least one more member to make it an official club). With the free time Ludwig was giving Feliciano, maybe he'd go make some new friends this year rather than just stick to being around himself, Kiku, his Italian brothers, Francis, and his grandfather. After all, if some one like Ludwig could make friends on his own, then surely someone as friendly, up beat, and social as Feliciano should be able to make one new friend.

He rushed to the room and opened the door, which was still locked when he arrived. (He asked the janitor that each member be given a key so they could keep this door locked when the committee wasn't in the room so that no one would be tempted to steal supplies or trash the room if they were to get into trouble.) He unlocked and opened the door before stepping in and looking around the room. The room itself resembled the type of room where businesses would hold a meeting-- neat, organized, and not all too flattering with the exception of a couple of fake potted plants, a map of the school, schedule, and a white board hanging on the wall with a plathora of different colored markers sitting in a large can near the board. (Those markers were the main reason Ludwig had the door locked. Francis had supposedly stolen all of the red and blue markers last year for his silly little message board game back in the dorms. He didn't even hide the fact that it was him since he had even written a message in French declaring the markers had been siezed by him or something along those lines.... Idiot.) From the looks of it, no one was here nor had been since... Well, since the establishment of the committee this year.

That lead Ludwig to ask a vital question. "Where is everyone...?"

Ludwig frowned deeply in thought when he heard some one walk in. He turned to see it was Arthur. Yeah, there were only two other members in the club besides himself, but Ludwig almost wondered if Arthur was the only other member in this club that actually cared about trying to keep order... After all, he hadn't really seen Kjell since yesterday. Well, maybe Norway caught a cold... Yeah, that had to be it. Surely Kjell wasn't stupid enough to go wandering at night when..... Oh s**t. Kjell might not be stupid enough to go out at night when people are disapearing, but... His Senior friend that had been at Gym yesterday didn't seem that bright... Maybe he went out last night in search of his friend and...

He shook his head and cleared his throat. He couldn't think like that. Kjell was fine. He had to tell himself that. He looked up to Arthur and smiled lightly. "Don't worry about it. I was just checking to make sure everything was in order and that no one could have broken in and tampered with anything." So what if the only thing of much value in the club were the disciplinary sheets? You still don't want your supplies going missing. "Well, you already know what it is we need to discuss. We have to figure out a way to try helping those who have been captured by those... Creatures while making sure everyone else stays safe." He rubbed the back of his neck and looked aorund the room in frustration. "This will be very difficult with just the two of us.... Even if Kjell was here, I doubt it would be any easier... But I know we can come up with a plan and make it work if we stay determined enough." He walked over to the table and took a seat before signaling Arthur to do the same.

Ludwig listened carefully and nodded lightly as the Brit spoke. "A group of students fighting against an unknown enemy.... This could possibly land us in trouble and I am sure there will be a lot of fighting within the group because-- let's face it-- our fellow students can be a bit thick headed and unwilling to co-operate with any one. However, I have to agree that this is the best idea." The problem was, shoud they allow all of the students to know about the group or keep some people in the dark about the group? Well, that was somethign they could work out later.

Ludwig sat back in his chair and looked up at the cieling as he thought logn and hard. "My guess is that these things get stronger with each victim they take in. News reports of the area says this has been going on for weeks, so they are probably a lot stronger than they lead us to believe from last night's fight. However, there's a problem." Ludwig made eye contact with Arthur with an expression that read that the other man should already know what Ludwig was about to say. "Not all of us can use magic. In fact, I doubt many of us know magic... I'm shocked to know that fairies really do exsist since I know for a fact Lili wouldn't make up something like that... Although, I don't think she really understands the concept of magic herself. If we're going to fight these things, we need to figure out which members of the group can and cannot use magic, how they can use magic if they have the ability, and form groups based off of this information so that those of us without magical abilities still have some sort of a chance against these things in a fight."

Ludwig was still and quiet for a moment with an awe-struck expression on his face-- mouth hanging slightly open and all. He then suddenly seemed very animated and eager as he stood and walked over to the white board and grabbed one of the many markers sitting in the bucket next to it. "Arthur, that is genius! Yes, classes to teach zhe other students! Vith these classes, zhe other students would surely be able to take care of zhemselves should zhey become separate from zhe others!" The fact that he had allowed his accent get so bad was a sign of just how excited he was over the plan. He took the cap off of the marker and began forming a chart. It looked good, with the exception of the fact that he first started writing everything in German. Once he realized the mistake, he erased what was written and rewrote the words in English.

He stepped back and looked over the chart he had made, glad that it seemed they were making some sort of progress. Still, something was missing. "Hmm... Ve need to think of a time und place. Obviously zhe classes need to be at night und-" It is at this point he realized his accent was thick, blushed, cleared his throat and calmed down some with an embarrassed expression, and continued on. "And in a place where we will not mess up any of the rooms that we actually learn in. Plus, we will need to find people who know different styles of fighting, magic, and weaponry who are willing and patient enough to act as teachers. Any suggestions as to where and who?"

It was hard to think of who all had been in the park that night. It didn't help that as soon as the German focuses on one thing (in this case, trying to make sure Eduard wasn't dragged away), he seems oblivious to other things around him (in this case, everyone else that was present during the tug-of-war with the monster up until Alfred showed up with a gun that did affect the monster). "Yes, I suppose the people from last night would be best to look at to form an organized group since they already now the situation and therefore do not need much explained to them. And I believe you're right about Eduard wanting to do research on the monsters. He's usually better at research then... Well, most people I know. I am sure he has found at least something even remotely related to the case."

Ludwig walked over to a desk with different supplies sitting in containers and picked up a thumb tack before he went to the map of the school hanging on the wall. There were technically several maps spread out to cover the different levels of the school, but it still worked and was actually a lot easier to read than if they had all of the levels on one sheet of paper. He took the tack and place it onto the basement on the map before thinking. "I would recommend the roof top, but.... I think the basement would allow for more privacy and less chase of someone finding us if we did practice at night. We would have to find a way to make it sound proof if we do decide to do magic and weapons training in the basement, but I am sure that if I find the right people we can have that sort of thing finished within a month's time." Ludwig was pretty good at building and planning. He just needed to see if China, Japan, and possibly Sweden would be willing to help. Maybe he should ask Mexico as well since she seemed like the kind of person that would be helpful.... No. No, maybe he shouldn't. After all, if she asked her, she might take offense... Plus, Alfred would want to help. Let's face it, America might have been wonderful with building a long time ago, but now... He just... Didn't have any sort of quality. Just look at how many times his cars get recalled or how many health code violations his buildings have after only one year after having been built! Thanks, but no thanks. This project needed to be sturdy and capable of withstanding powerful blows and attacks accidently being directed to it.
