I started my period on like...June 26th-ish. It was my first REAL period since giving birth (all the others were super SUPER light - hardly anything at all).
I started BC June 30th.
I'm STILL on my period, and it's July 14th.
IDK IF THIS IS BECAUSE IT'S MY FIRST REAL PERIOD OR IF IT'S THE BC, BUT UGH, COME ON. evil
Update: Okay so I went to the doctor today and she said she's not surprised by this at all, especially for it being post-partum and that I started it during my cycle.

Had one at constant super heavy flow for five weeks. Never been on BC. It's just your body adjusting. NBD, guys. Just wait it out unless you start inflating or your downstairs mix-up explodes.

Uhhhhh...my mom had one that lasted a month once...turned out it was a miscarriage.

Get checked out please. My mom had a period that lasted almost every day for TWO YEARS. They could not figure out what it was. BC and meds weren't working. They had to remove her ovaries. She had benign tumors if I remember that as so bad they had to remove it all before they could even determine if they were cancerous or not. I was about 9 at the time so I don't know a lot about it but it was not a happy time in my life. It could be because it's your first real period since you had Ezra but it still makes me worry after seeing what my mom went through. So just get a quick check up if it persists.

It might be nothing but I'd say better safe than sorry. Get it checked out as soon as you can.

I just bought this box of tampons the first week of the month, I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BUY ANOTHER THIS SHOULD HAVE LASTED ME AT LEAST 3 MONTHS. scream scream scream scream scream scream scream evil evil evil evil evil evil burning_eyes

Made a dr. appointment tomorrow to get this checked out, since I've been bleeding for 4 weeks now. -_-

Updated in OP. Should even itself out in the next month or so. If not I'll switch, maybe start getting the shot.
