Melissa perked her head out of the door. It was still summer time. And she really didn't like this heat. It was getting the best of her. She loved the winter most of all, the is when the holly comes out and the smell of cold tickles her nose. She loved that. The she also loved Christmas. She loves giving gifts, she felt good about it, serving others and making them all feel as wonderful as she did.
She didn't know that you really could to that the whole year, but she didn't feel as jolly as she did it the winter months. But Melissa wanted to change that today, so she stuck out her paw onto the grass and out she went. The sun beat down on her light blue and white coat, she was glad she was not a dark color. She smiled and trotted over to the park. She watched children play. She knew she would make a good mother but when and whom was she going to be gifted that opportunity with?

Dreamrise hummed softly as she fluttered around the park, smiling at the children as she went. How she loved the children so, and how they danced and played in the summer heat. How wonderful life was, and she gave her best wishes that in the night these children would share the same happiness that they had in the day. Landing on a small branch, she took the small basket off her back that she had carried from her home far in the distance, and gently tipped it so that all the bright petals of flora she harvested from her own personal gardens, flew into the wind and around the children who blinked at the curious floral display. They danced and played happily, and Dreamrise giggled in happiness. How she loved making them fill with joy.
She flew down from her tree and landed amoung the petals that swirled in the wind like fresh snowfall. These were special petals, meaning to bless those who smelled and touched them with good dreams, a specialty of Dreamrise's. She skipped happily, in innocence as she danced with the children and laughed happily, hoping to pass her joy to them as she passed out the same flowers that she harvested petals from to the young ones. She loved giving gifts, no matter the season. Good dreams need to be passed out every night afterall.

Melissa was glancing around and then she looked again towards the children and see a little fox, no the wasnt a fox, what was the lovely thing dancing with the children? She looked closer and fell off the tree branch she was on.."Oof." She landed with a crash. Usually she was well balanced, but right now she had no sense of coordination. lovely, just lovely. She said thinking to herself.
She quickly got up from the fall position and sat down and watched that grace dance with children and magic petals. Whoever she was Melissa was quiet, taken over.

Dreamrise could hear a small crash a slight ways away, blinking and turning her head toward it. She smiled at the fox that had fallen out of a tree and stepped over gracefully, her tail sliding behind her happily. Her locks of hair fell behind her and she picked up one of her flowers, offering it to the female, a smile across her face. Dreamrise felt joy at meeting a new fox she could try to brefriend.
"Hello there. I saw you had fallen.. I do hope you're okay. Would you like a flower?" She asked cheerfully, hoping sweet dreams would bless this noodle and her sleep. How wonderful it was, giving out good dreams to others.

Melissa looked at the female who offered at flower to her. She looked at her, "Are you serious, you would like me to have the flower? Oh and seen me fall? Im sorry did i scare you?" She looked a bit confused and not sure what was going on. Who was this stranger and why was she giving her a flower?
She sat there on the warm summer ground thinking about what this flower could be. She smiled and looked at her. " My name is Melissa, what is yours?"

Dreamrise smiled contently as Melissa looked confused, watching her and letting her billowing mane sweep out with the wind. "Of yes, of course I would like you to have it. It's why I offer it." She giggled, fluttering her soft wings. "Not much of a scare, however I was worried. I hoped you weren't hurt." She answered simply, still holding out the flower for the noodle.
She smiles and laughs sweetly as her name is asked, cheerfully waving her tail and admiring the other noodle's name. "My name's Dreamrise. It's a pleasure to meet you Melissa. Will you take my flower? Or does something about it bother you?"

Melissa smiled a bit, "Well i wasn't hurt, i was sort of in a trance if you say. Uh, the way you work with children and how they love you and things like that. It is well awesome and pretty." She smiled, "Yes i would love your flower. Thank you." She said as she put the flower delicately between her ear.
"So where do you come from?" She pondered.
