So I'm trying to decide if my Blaziken that knows ''Swords Dance'' should keep this move, not having any ''Normal'' moves, does it affect Fighter moves such as ''Sky Upper cut?'' The wording on bulba is weird. Can anyone answer this for me?

that tough but if only you have these moveset on ur Blaziken
Speedy Combusken
Combusken @ Eviolite
Adamant Nature
4HP/ 252 Atk/ 252 Spe
-Protect
-Swords Dance
-Sky Uppercut
-Flare Blitz/[other physical move here]
The Eviolite helps to boost Combuskens lacking defenses giving it some survivability. Protect is a must to get that first-turn Speed Boost. Swords Dance is there to boost your Attack stat when able. The only thing left would be to rack up that damage with its remaining two move slots.

Ability: Speed Boost
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Swords Dance
- Sky Uppercut
- Shadow Claw / Protect
- Rock Slide / Protect
