The arena is mostly just a grassland, leading to a forest connected to the Land of Fire and the Konohagakure and a dusty road covered in dirt, litter, and other things slightly..

I feel uneasy being this close to home.. She thought as she sensed around for any chakra signatures she could destroy, as well as any destruction bugs she could let live inside of her body. If they take off my legs, I'll protect them by biting..
If they broke my neck, I'll protect them by staring..

You can try anything, but you wont touch my friends!"  Meran walked down the dirty path-way, whistling a merry tune on his way. He soon came to a stop with a sort of stare at the girl ahead of him and waved at her. "Hello there~" he chimed. "What brings you here on the borderlines of Konohagakure and Kusagakure, miss?" The boy was just passing through for no specific reason. It wasn't very often that he heard peace, since his friends back at his own village were pretty noisy, but either way, it didn't seem to bother him one bit. He loved them all just the same. Mokou said, ignoring the question that Meran had asked. Adjusting her sunglasses, she sensed the chakra from the boy again. Its more chakra than normal..he must be a summoner.. His voice held a playful dial to it, but it didn't matter if she wanted to tell him or not, he wanted someone strong to face, and he thought that she'd be the one. Meran got into his fighting set, a traditional Tae-Kwon-Doe stance, although his style was a variation of Kickboxing. "Ladies first," He said, happily as he waited for her to make a move. "My name is Mokou. I come from the Kusagakure. I have nothing personal against you." She said, with nearly no emotion. Quickly moving to create several hand-seals, she stuck out her hand towards the boy and a blast of air, going to supersonic speeds, was aimed towards him. Preforming more hand-seals, she sunk into the ground and closed her eyes, sensing Meran's chakra and where he was at all times. Chakra Pool:[560/580]

He replied as he quickly dove out of the way of the path that the air blast was headed, now behind a tree. He climbed up into it, looking down at the hole the girl burrowed into from a high branch and then observing the area cautiously. He was waiting for her to come out, left hand on the sheathed katana across the right side of his waist and imbuing his chakra into his fist with his right hand. Encasing her hand in a coat of rock after preforming another group of hand-seals, she punched the tree and toppled it. In the small closed space they had, Mokou took out her fan and completed several hand-seals, waving it, making a tornado that began to drag Meran towards it in the center of the dome, as Mokou sunk into the ground a bit and rooted herself to the spot.
