This Moderator reads over and determines the outcomes of battles when a dispute breaks out. They are also able to intervene on battles in which they see unfair actions taking place. In which case they are able to apply their perspective on actions. There is no arguing back with them one a judgment is made. Their word is absolute as far as battles are concerned.
