Gaaghii was busy being himself these days, quiet and inside his own mind. He enjoyed a good think these days, with his raven familiar beside him. It was a pleasant day, slightly windy with a good scent of flowers and grass. He enjoyed these days, just sitting; observing the sky and thinking his deep thoughts. He sighed, stretching his dark paws in front of him and licking his lips with content. Times where good when one could sit and relax and mull over the days activities.

Magdiel's soft tan body shifted over the sands towards a clan she didn't know. She had been adopted in to the mantis clan but she had been told she could go and visit other clans, visit them and find out their customs. This was something that besides hunting interested her. She knew that if she wasn't supposed to find out about the other clans she would have had a feeling. One of those deep sinking feelings she got when she knew she was doing something incorrectly. Today though she had none of these feelings she felt everything was just right.

Taking a deep breath she knew she had crossed in to the bird clans lands and with that crossing she felt content, pleased with herself that she was exploring the lands that she was now a part of. She barely even noticed the dark male and his bird so ensconced was she in her own thoughts.

He hadn't noticed the natural colored lioness right away. He was to busy being half lidded eyed and dozing in his own mind. His bird, was doing the same; perched up in a tree. Though her bright yellow feathers stood out a lot more than her friends dark shadowy colors. She didn't even hear Mag approaching. She just kept her beak tucked under her wing the whole time.

Gaaghii however, noticed her after she drew closer. He observed her, a small smile crossing his face. She was an outsider, he could easily recognize. A rouge joined. He watched her, very interested at her unusual marked pelt. "Good evening." He said, his voice so deep that is startled many who hadn't heard him before.

Syr
Magdiel almost jumped when the male spoke to her, she had been in a world of her own, but when he spoke she laughed and flickered her long tufted tail happily. "I'm sorry I was in a world of my own." She laughs gently, she had repeated what she had thought and it made her smile. Sometimes she could be very repetitive to herself when her mind allowed her thoughts to slip free. It was like de ja vu.

Letting a gentle bow tip her shin the lioness smiled a wide dazzling smile. She was supposed to speak to this male, she got that good feeling again. She liked it when he powers came in to play instantly and when they were good instead of a bit scary. "I'm Magdiel, Mantis clan." She tips her nose a little further and lowers her ears. "Am I right in thinking I am in the bird clans land?"

Split
Gaaghii smiled widely as this was a very playful lioness he was guessing. Maybe a bit younger than he. Perhaps. He had a very charming smile, for being such a quiet thing. He shifted, his tail thumping up some dust as he did so. "Nothing wrong with that. My favorite past time involves thinking..." He said with a chuckle. "Sometimes I wonder if I just enjoy the sound of my voice too much."

He lifted his head. Mantis. Magdiel. He took note of two important factors. "I am Gaaghii Adagaue of the bird clan, so you are correct." He said, tossing a glance up at his sleeping bird. Darned thing she was, still fast asleep.

Syr
The lioness smiled. She was pleased she had managed to find the first of her stops. She heard that the bird clan was the oldest clan so it intrigued her very much. Hearing that he had a second name made her lips turn in an even wider, if possible, smile. "You were born here?" She tilts her head, allowing her eyes to rove over him admiring his tattoos without any sort of embarrassment. She loved to look at the tattoos of those who were born within the clan. She also felt slightly jealous, she wished to write her stories on her fur the way those who were born here did.

"Your tattoos are amazing. I wish i had some." She looked at her boring old plain paws and sighs. "One day." She laughs casting away the foul mood as quickly as it had come. "What does your second name mean?" She asks, curiosity flickering in her eyes.

He smiled with pride. "Thank you. I cherish them. Espeically this one!" He pointed a paw to the giraffe painted on his fur. "This one holds a fond memory of my childhood. I saved a baby giraffe and returned it to it's mother." He said, a beaming grin on his muzzle.  "And the second part is my family name. My family all carry it. It mans love." He said with a chuckle. Defiantly an outsider, not that it mattered. He nodded. "Someday you can have some..."

Syr
Magdiel smiled a wide and cheerful smile. Love. What a wonderful second name. It carried hope with it and she could appreciate it. There was another regret, she had no second name but she carried something special. The blood of a god and a power she never fully understood.

"Thats a wonderful meaning." She giggled happily her golden eyes bright and cheerful. "A baby giraffe?" She raised a brow, she had seen very few giraffes and she would never approach one, they could definitely stand on you. "You're very brave."

Split
He shrugged. "It was a baby.. and i couldn't have the heart to bring down a child for food, not when we were doing so well with meat. So Instead of taking it's life I befriended it and lead it back to its mother. I felt it was my duty for that short time." He said with a half smile, recalling the little thing and it's fear at first, but as it grew to like him there was an understanding between them. "when we finally found it's mother, she didn't attack me. It was like she knew." He recalled. "My parents have a very deep relationship. They have been together for a longtime now... Love seemed to be appropriate!" He added.

Syr
The tan and peach lioness laughed lightly. "What a wonderful tale." She smiles brightly. "My mother would have appreciated a story like that. She and my father have been together for a long time too." She pondered her parents relationship and smiled. She loved them deeply.

"Were your parents born here too?" She queries. "I was born in another pride, far from here but I travelled here when I was old enough to leave my parents." She sighs gently, she never regretted joining the Ela. She loved her home and felt at peace amongst her clan.

Split
He shook his head. "My parents joined the pride together. They had a litter of cubs before us outside of the pride. We are the first of the generation to be born here. We are honored." He said thoughtfully. "It's nice to hear that... to know that my parents aren unusual in their love. I can't imagine being away from mine. THough I have left their den... I would miss them if they were too far from my side." He said softly.

Syr
The young lioness smiled lightly and flickered her tail. "I do miss them, but this was where I was supposed to be." She laughs gently letting a little sigh. "Perhaps I will see them again one day." She smiles, it was so nice to hear that a couple had joined together and stayed together through thick and thin. A new pride could be daunting after all.

Glancing at the sky, the lioness gave a small chuckle and shakes her head. "I feel the day has gotten away from me. I should get home before the darkness comes." She smiles gently at the dark lion. "Thank you for being so candid with me Gaagi, your truth has enlightened me." The young lioness bows her head. "Perhaps we can meet again one day?" She questions.

Split
Gaaghii shook his head. "NO no the pleasure is all mine my dear. It is nice to talk to someone from the other side. " He motioned his head towards the mantis pride. "I found you very pleasant company. I hope you will return and we can talk more someday..." He said with a smile, his eyes soft. He liked this lioness, she was a very nice lady indeed. "I will be here usually, on these rocks. I enjoy the view. I hope you have good travels!"

Syr
Magdiel smiled a winning beautiful smile, a smile that touched her golden eyes and made them dance as if stars were buried in them. "Thank you gaga Adagaue, I won't forget." She bows her head once again and flickers her tail around bouncing off back towards her clan. This had been a very good experience for her, she smiles softly to herself, she would definitely come back again and speak more to the dark lion. She wanted more information, she wanted to talk and smile and laugh and she had a feeling, a good feeling that this was the start of a wonderful friendship.
