in the start of the game with the wand sword and shield.
Which did you take and which did you give up?
I took shield and i gave up sword.

I took the sheild and gave up the wand. Its a pretty good choice because you defence goes up alot.

same here i had 3 games going all differently with the sheild wand and sword ... but that got so boring having to do everything 3 times ga i got so annoyed

If you're looking for more Strength, low Defense and medium Item stock; then go for the Sword and leave the Shield to start with 3 AP with less Defense, or leave the Staff to start with 1 AP with more Defense.
If you want more Defense, medium strength and high Item stock; go for the Shield and leave the Sword for lower strength but with 3 AP, or leave the Staff for more strength but 1 AP.
If you want more MP towards the beginning and ending of the game but low item stock, choose the Staff. If you leave the sword, you'll have a very balanced status, but if you leave the shield, you'll start out with low defense.
I took the sword and got rid of the wand (I don't use magic often anyways)

i took the wand and left the sword because when you have cura and alot of MP, you don't need potions, and when goofy gets MP Gift then you don't need ethers.

The first time I played, I didn't know what I was doing, so I took the magic and gave up the shield, but every other time I've taken the sword and given up the magic.

I took the sword. Gave up the shield. Screw defense!! blaugh Although its necessary I just equipped the best items I could find.

I took the sword and gave up the shield. But now I really regret it because I'm really bad at games and well, now it's really hard for me to get anywhere. I lasted about 15 seconds on Jafar before dying. xp
