Another eternal senshi.

More and more were reaching the higher rank, and Castor was getting more and more thrilled. They were getting stronger, they were gaining ground, scattered and spread, they still were obtaining power at a good rate. Hopefully, soon, they could go full out, drive the negaverse back, free the city from their foothold.

The blip of power with a punch up? Maia. He'd spoken in passing, nothing solid, not close. But she was eternal, this was a cause of celebration. Okay, life sucked for him but ******** it, this was senshi business, serious business.
Serious business and buttwings.
He's given her a call and told her to meet him just outside downtown for a patrol. Catch up. What he didn't tell her was that he had gone so far as to get a cupcake with a candle. One that was in the music note thing he'd seen on her before. And it had green and white frosting. See? He did think of others. Just..in a special way.

Castor was half close to taking a bite out of the cupcake. Then she showed up. Cupcake was safe. Well, that particular one was. The others..not so much. He'd eaten one out of the box and that left just two more aside from the special one. Candles were a pain in the a** but hey, this was a night to celebrate a momentous occasion. "This my dear Maia-" He held it out for her. "Is for you. You and your a**." He was grinning. "Not everyday our asses get the wings. And with a pair as fine as yours, figured we can celebrate." A shrug given as he held it out for her.

"Granted we never really talked much but hey, figure now it better then later, besides, I need to get out of the house. I'm-" He sidestepped a bit. "Well lt's just say I need to get out and stay out for a while." His laugh was a tad forced, but the cupcake was still offered, and the smile he gave as he pushed it closer was sincere. "Congrats on going Eternal Maia."

The gesture of her splitting the cupcake with him got a smile. He didn't expect it, or need it, but..the gesture was touching, and it made him think better of her for it. Not that he didn't think poorly of her at first, hell, she was practically a stranger. But when the world seemed bleak and empty, and it felt like darkness was creeping in, a small, kind offering wasn't something to overlook.

"Dog house is putting it mildly. I- well I did what I always do." His posture fell, "******** up...again." A heavy sigh and he ate the portion, not really taking time to savor it so much as eating to eat. "But yeah, eat up Maia. My s**t is just that, my s**t. Tonight it's all about you and your a**." The cocky grin was back, his ever aloof nature coming to his defense. "Royal just means I get wings moved to my back and lose my pants. Not sure how I feel about the loss of pants, but hey, what can you do. Rather loose my pants then my sanity." Standing he looked around, so far the city was calm, nothing going on and flipping open his phone, they were the only ones in the area.

"But what makes you wonder?" He had always figured senshi would just...kind roll with it. He hadn't changed that much..had he?

Castor chuckled. "Did you ever see me with the shorts I started out with? Good times. As for those yet to awaken.." Looking out at the city he paused and looked up. The sky was dark, and not a star could be seen in the sky, the haze of lights from the city blocking their view along with the clouds scattered here and there. "If each star is a senshi well...Then quite a few more have yet to awaken." He didn't even want to think about just how many might have been killed already. Or how many had yet to be reborn, or heck, if they had been reborn at all. For all he knew some senshi worlds still thrived.

It was an unknown factor, but, he had no way of truly knowing. "When I started out I figured just to fight, do what I was told but then I got drawn into something bigger, something more. " Offering her a hand up he smiled a sort of sad smile. "You're right though, probably should go out and take out some youma or better yet, some nega." He didn't think much of it anymore. Of what taking out a nega meant. He didn't dwell on it, mostly because he still disliked it in the end, even if it was to him the only option. "Just don't tell my wife."

He shrugged. "I haven't been to Italy in years. Part of me wants to go, try to feel it out. Buy another part of is fears if I leave, Destiny City might use it as an opportunity. Tanzanite is batshit. With her around, I'd feel like leaving would be signing the city's death certificate you know?" Taking a moment his pulled his phone out and scanned the area, so far...hrm..a small blip, but it could be nothing. Or it could be a regular youma. Hard to say.

"Well from the looks of it, we got something. Anyway, Chaonis? He doing some training?" Castor had done a few, and the news other senshi were doing the same..it was a good thing. "Sounds like you're on the right route with training though. If you ever want to try my method, it basically consists of me trapping a youma, pissing it off, and having people fight it." He laughed. "If it helps, I provide coffee and doughtnuts."

The royal shrugged. "Pollux says a lot of s**t. But yeah, been spending my days On Castor. Mostly rebuilding. Once a week me a Chronos go up and train with our crystals, It's progress, slow as all ******** ********, but we're making some headway." A heavy sigh came with that tidbit of information. "Crystals are our hearts, they know us better then ourselves but goddamn if they aren't just as stubborn and bitchy as s**t some days." He might not be tearing up roads in his home world, but his crystal certainly had been ripping up the once untouched countryside. Combined with the spots where Chronos had put her barriers....It was giving the landscape of Castor a very unusual make over.

"'S good though. The training thing that is. I'm thinking the more we can do the better. And hey help is alw- what?" He stopped, taken aback by her statement. "You're an eternal and don't know your own attack? No way. Get out, off bus, shut down everything. Pool is closed and right here, right now." Moving away from Maia, Castor took a firm footed stance. "Hit me Songbird."

He figured he might was well explain. "Here is some Castor training one on one, let's get you some eternal experience."

As notes whirled Castor expected a physical impact but what he got was far worse. Prince or no prince, as an eternal to another each senshi's attack was still an attack, and no matter how they might try to shake it off, it could and would effect them on some level. As the notes rang out in his mind, Castor felt the chills rise from the base of his spine upwards and when they reached the hair of his neck, his eyes had shot open. The first sensation was that he was utterly alone. The drums of his world didn't seem close anymore. They seemed distant and then- It was like they stopped.

Wrong didn't begin to cover his emotions as waves of panic filled him. The sound, the beating of the war drums, the song of his star had stopped and in those moments terror welled up. "s**t." Why couldn't he hear it? Something ahd thrown him off, the song of Maia echoing in his head. "s**t. s**t. s**t." Looking up at the sky he shut his eyes tried to focus.

The second the attack ended. The drums and song of his world boomed in reply, answering him in full force, as the senshi of hail fell back, lightly chuckling. It was all right. His world was alright. Eyes looked at Maia, and castor grinned. "******** scary s**t right there, I though- Jesus I wasn't able to hear my star for a sec there and ******** panicked. God, that attack is nasty." He was still smiling. "The negas will hate you like a badass."

Castor laughed, rubbing the back of his head. "Sorry if I scared you but just...it's hard to explain. As a senshi the song?" He made it a question unsure how to phrase it. "That which connects to our homes, for me it's always there, connected. A lot more intense then when I was just an eternal. Your attack cut it off...It would be like if someone blinded you. That's kind of how it felt. Nasty stuff. I don't what that means for a nega, but I guess it would be similar to some extent." His smile was still there. "If it works it works."

Flicking open his cell phone, Castor didn't see any negaverse signals. "Pity there isn't one nearby to try it out o- Er Wolframite?" Castor groaned. "Been there, done that,pretty sure guy's got a hate boner for me. He's a punk. Crazy a** evil little son of a b***h. Took out one eye and frankly I regret not going further." Castor's words had gone plesant to vicious. Then just as easily he shook it off.
"Eternal wise, I can form ice on my fist, and use that to break bones, crack skulls, have shards break off into bodies. Fun stuff. Prince wise I can throw my tiara. Or call down hail that can crush cars. Still not even going to try it though. My crystal is hard to control. I'm not about to risk it."
