The Eternal Senshi of Danger was not yet used to having wings on his butt, but the boost in power and confidence was certainly more than enough compensation. And anyway, the wings added a bit of status, and at least they weren't feathered. They were hard, like plastic, and they looked almost...

Well. Dangerous.

The armored, caution tape branded senshi was not on patrol, as he should have been. Or rather he wasn't just on patrol. He had brought his paintball gun with him, like the good old days, so he might make the streets a bit more colorful at the same time as keeping them safe.

He knew better than to stray near the cemetery, after running into that very angry senshi woman, and he figured there were plenty of non-sentimental things for him to deface without risks of guards caring too much about them. Senshi or otherwise.

He found himself a nice wall. Visible enough to be seen once the sun was up, but hopefully no do-gooders would interrupt him before whatever masterpiece he deigned to paint was done. Of course, all the paint pellets in the chamber were random colors, so his picture would be similarly random.

As in a bunch of splatters of paint on a wall. Maybe in the vague shape or something inappropriate, or a rude word.

Sailor Ate was getting use to this...slowly. She had already had her first Youma battle with the help of the crazy hobo chick Kallichore. She had met the flower child in the shape of Sailor Aster and she had yet to get herself killed! It had been a good week. She deserved a treat...or at least some praise for doing all this hard work! Maybe if she found someone in trouble she could save them? And if she turned up too late or made it worse she would just..hide. It sounded like a foolproof plan and she wasted no time in getting started!

As soon as the final threads of power finished their transformation she stretched out, pulling her fuku this was and that as she tried to give her some more wiggle room. Its not that she didn't like the fuku! It was perfect! Dam she wished she could afford clothes like this in the real world, so any opportunity she got she transformed. The thought of sneaking into a club or bar like this had crossed her mind once or twice but she had yet to try it out. The night had just started, the wind was sweet and comforting, just what was needed for the hot days ahead. DC was becoming more and more welcoming with every day that passed...well if you ignored the rampant monsters and negaverse agents, this place was paradise! Pulling a smoke from her pocket (no one had told her she couldn't do this yet!) she lit the end and inhaled deeply. She was never going to be a role model why start now? If anything working out how to keep her smokes on her was a challenge in its self, she should be praised for her quick thinking at least! Taking her time she walked the streets, her hips swaying to the rhythmic puffing of her breath as she opened herself up to the night. Energy was buzzing everywhere but nothing spiked her thoughts for danger. It was peaceful, she could get use to nights like this. Now if only she could get paid.

It was only when she really listened with those god given ear drums did she hear the hard patter of something wet being shot on to solid. Not loud enough to be a gun with bullets but...well not the conventional kind anyway. Her heart began to race at the possibility of what it may be, the cigarette discarded she clip-clopped her way to the noise. Her negaverse -senses weren't tingling but there was something. Something powerful. Oh god she hopped it wasn't a youma, why can't these things ever be nice! Her heart nearly reached her throat as she twisted round the corner, everything she ever expected was...was not this?

There...with the biggest pair of a** wings she had ever seen, stood a boy, no a boy Sailor Scout. An eternal boy sailor scout. She didnt need to be told this, she could feel it, the power, the strength. he was gorgeous to boot but she didn't think that came with upgrading somehow and he was just...just making a mess of the wall!

"Woah! Have some respect for the council! If your going to make a mess of a wall at least do it right!" she laughed as she waved a hand, her face spilling into a wide grin as she walked up, squinting at the wall as she made her way.

".....are you trying to spell what I think your trying to spell? I think it has two Tees unless you want it to be plural....but...what are you doing! Haha your crap at this you know? At least use a real media like spray paints. Now that is art worthy!" The girl continued to talk like she had known this boy all her life. Obviously she wasn't shy about these things. Who knows if that was a good thing?

Chaonis felt the energy of another senshi coming toward him, and looked over his shoulder at her languidly when she spoke. She chose her words well, as if she had flat out told him to stop she would have had two bright splotches of paint on her chest.

Not that he needed to help her highlight her chest, her fuku seemed to be doing that for her.

He grinned at her, resting his paintball gun on his shoulder, holding it casually but possessively. It was one of his favorite things in the world, something he had actually earned money to pay for. It was his, and he treasured it.

To vandalize things with, sure, but that didn't take away from its importance to him.

"Who said anything about art? What a waste of time that is. People go around painting pictures and making statements. Does it look like I'm shooting paint at a wall? Because that's all I'm doing. No statement. No point. Just getting these little pellets of paint on the wall."

He watched her keenly, though he looked amused enough. If not a little challenging. He had one hand on his hip, the other still holding the gun to his shoulder, like some cocky soldier.

Which, of course, he was. In a way.

"So, if you think I'm crap at it, then I must be doing something right. And what are you? Tagging expert? Do you use your boobs in it at all, because, by all means, go for it. Show me how it's done."

Still grinning wickedly, he lowered his gun, pointing it at her. Maybe she'd get a painted chest after all.

Sailor Ate raised one perfectly manicured eyebrow and couldn't help but smirk at the boys comments. Well he was right! She didn't choose the outfit but obviously the fates felt she needed to over compensate for the skills she did not have, a large distraction if you like from the lack of talent she couldn't muster. But it didn't mean she wasn't on tender hooks listening to him. The other Senshi's had been...how do you say, down right bitchy. Or lack of funny bone may describe them a little better. With the attitude she had received already it would be wise to approach this with suave politeness, friendly banter and safe conversation. Venice did not know those any of these words.

"Haha, sweetie I doubt you can handle something that big!" she exclaimed pointing to the paint ball gun and then to the wall. "Maybe i am something of a tagger expert, I have more years behind me than you and plenty more walls too boot. I doubt there is an alleyway in the whole of DeeCee that wont have my symbol on it by the end of the month." as if on cue she popped out a hip to the side, a gloved hand tapping her bio-hazard sign on her bow with a few clicks of her finger. "My tag, convenient no?"

She laughed loudly, a chuckle that made use of that ample chest as she walked towards him, almost stalking as she weighed up.

"I guess i don't have to ask but your a Sailor Scout, am I right? What am I saying of course you are! I doubt you dress this kinky all the time for nothing Hmm?" She let another dazzling smile play on her lips as she looked the boy up and down. She wasn't saying his outfit wasn't impressive but it all looked very....restricting. Huh, who was she to talk!

"I think we need to get some sort of union together, talk to wardrobe about their fabulous choices in outfit." She tutted sarcasticly as she went to poke one of the butt bows, her head then twisting round to look at her own bum in mock confusion.

"I doubt i need to bring myself more attention than I already do, dont you think?" She pulled out a cigarette then, hidden nicely in the band of her skirt and lit it with an expert flick of her lighter (where she pulled them from was even more worrying) and leaned agasint the wall, the hand holding the white stick occasionally flipping the ash onto the ground.

"Sailor Ate, Senshi of Pollution. Its nice to meet you...Sailor...Hard a**?"

"You know, I'm not surprised to hear that there aren't any alleys around here that you don't know and own," he grinned at her, pointedly. Anyone who called him 'sweetie' went automatically to his s**t list, which was unfortunate.

He was not a pet name kind of guy: he knew that anyone who used them on a stranger was either being condescending on purpose or on accident. Generally the former, since he was lumping people into broad, general categories anyway.

"You think this is kinky, huh? See. Not surprised at all," he shook his head, as if she had provided the last damning piece of evidence he needed. He thumped on his chest plate with his fist, standing straight and grinning proudly. "You might not like yours, but I don't mind the eye candy. And my outfit is awesome," he did look a bit bristled when she pointed out her butt bow, though. He was still getting used to his butt wings and liked to pretend they weren't there.

Moving toward her, he held his hand expectantly out for a cigarette. Though, to his credit, he was almost trying to quit. Cutting down without being too obvious about it. Not letting his dad see that he was, in fact, making an intelligent decision about his own health. He'd hate for Tony to start in on that 'I told you so' and 'I'm so proud' stuff.

"Chaonis, Senshi of Danger." His introduction always sounded like a challenge.

There may have been a moment where Sailor Ate nearly snorted her cigarette down her throat at the alleyway comment but she recovered nicely, another smile hinting on her lips as she rolled her eyes, a hand displaying a new untouched cigarette for the boy to take.

"Ohh touché! I guess I walked into that one." she stated through clenched teeth. She wasn't offended, far from it. This new Sailor had a wicked sense of humour, a nice edge of sarcasm and a flare of pre-existing teenage anguish that kept Venice interested. She leaned forward with the lighter flicking it open with expert fingers and offering it towards him. Whether he had his own or not the gesture was still made.

"...and don't worry I wont mention your nice threads again, i can see its a sore spot for you. Naughty me! My mouth is zipped!" she gestured with pinched fingers across her mouth before inhaling deeply with the other, the smoke curling round her features making them dance in the limited light.

"Senshi of Danger huh? Sounds like my sort of thing! By the look of it though you've been doing this game for a while? Me, am a virgin to it all." she giggled knowing full well pigs would fly before that was fact. "I have yet to see what all the fuss is about. Only one giant chicken attack and that was it! I've had more trouble from my so called allies than from these negaverse folk."

She knew of course that wouldn't be all, Cora had made sure she knew the ins and outs of the danger that was the negaverse but it still seemed to her that they were all just overreacting.

"Share to enlighten me on any advice oh dangerous hard assed one?"

Chaonis continued to stand with his hand out, intently watching the girl. He didn't look amused, tilting his head to the side expectantly. There was no way for her to know what he was thinking, but of course that was the point. His expression said she had done something dumb, but what it was could have been anything.

He was just miffed because he wanted a cigarette and didn't have one, and thus had no use for a flame.

"You could say I've been around a while," he said, nodding his head. He took a moment to actually think about it, in terms of months. It felt like years. It felt like forever, in fact: like nothing that had come before this senshi status had really happened or mattered. This was who he was now, and should have been who he was from the start.

But then, maybe things would have played out differently. He might not have been so charming, for one.

"Chicken, huh? Figures your first run in would be with a giant c**k," the joke practically wrote itself, and with the previous vein of conversation and her own choice to describe her being new to the senshi game in those words he really had no choice there. He grinned at her, though, moving the conversation on from snippy jokes.

"Don't worry, they'll come find you. And some of them are nasty, and won't hesitate to kill you if you don't know how to keep yourself alive. You start thinking you're safe, or you'll never run into them, then you'll just have to learn things the difficult way. There are monsters out there, and not just the ones we can turn into dust."

For all his joking and sarcasm, he looked very serious at the moment. Though, he was still holding his hand out expectantly.
PostPosted: Tue Sep 06, 2011 12:32 pm

At the sombre nature of his tone Venice pulled a face. All these Senshi's she had met where so, so...serious! They needed to lighten up! Sure she hadn't seen real action but she was in more danger of the mould in her bathroom than what she had encountered out here. Without thinking for a second longer she pulled the new cigarette to her lips, lit it and then step forward pulling it from her mouth and offering it to him, her mouth curled into a smile.

"I don't have cooties if that's what your worried about." She almost shoved it in his hand without a second thought as she leaned back again. He could do with what he wanted but she hated smoking on her own and the way he eyes played on the little white stick she could sense a ex-user when she saw one.

"Is it really that bad?" she sniffed suddenly unsure of where to take the conversation. "I mean, if I see one of these negaverse agents is it kill or be killed? I know the youma need to go but...they are still people at the end of the day, you know?" It wasn't a question she expected an answer for. Even with all the knowledge of this new life it couldn't all be black and white, life and death. "Oh god its catching, am starting to think of others..." she hinted smiling again as she stubbed her cig onto the wall and then flicked it into the darkness of the shadows.

"Well....since you are so - " She motioned her hand up to gain level with his head, a good foot above her own "- high up in the ranks why dont you show me what you've got? Maybe we can wrestle?" She let the words purr from her lips as she looked him up and down with a smirk. Flirting was a bylaw in Venice town, it just happened. It didnt matter if you were 18 or 80, everyone got to see the sweeter side of that sarcastic tongue.

"Unless your...scared of me that is? I promise to be gentle oh great hard assed one!

"Cooties are probably the last thing I'm worried about catching from you," he teased again, always wit and sarcasm first, thought a distant second. If it came at all. Thoughtful was just not a word often associated with the Senshi of Danger, in any sense of it.

He was fine with that.

Taking the cigarette, though he really needed to cut back or quit, he took a drag while she spoke.

"I dunno. I assume so," he said, shrugging his shoulders like they were talking about bugs, not people, "I figure they look at us as enemy number one, and if they come after us they aren't going to go soft. I dunno about kill or be killed, but I'm not going to give them the chance to pull out a killing tactic if I can avoid it." Still living up to that not thoughtful thing, he didn't consider the people on the other ends of the uniform. Not for the Negaverse, anyway.

He did care about his fellow senshi, though, in his own way.

"I'm not scared of you," he said, arching his eyebrow at her proposal, "but if you want to spar, I'm game for it. But if this is just an excuse to get close to my hard a**, I'm going to be disappointed." He looked her over in a similar way to how she was him, then grinned. "Or maybe not."
PostPosted: Tue Sep 13, 2011 6:57 am

The Senshi smiled deeply as she leaned against the wall, her back pressed tight next to the concrete as she pushed all available assets out.

"Who me? Do a naughty little thing like that?" she purred jokingly as she decided to walk towards him, one hand fixed tight on her hip as she swung them. "Your cute hard a**, but I doubt your my type." she added with a wink before stepping back a little, her whole body tensing slightly as she watched him. "But I never turn a good opportunity for a fight down! Lets spar, no weapons, no punching below the belt and if you need to bite me just remember to do it hard." she laughed aloud as she pushed her feet further apart for more ground. She silently cursed her ridiculous shoes before waving a gloved hand at him, beckoning him to come at her.

"Com'on handsome, teach me some new moves!" She leapt forward one hand balled into a fist as she came at him with all her weight (which sadly was a lot). Her body pushing into the punch as she aimed it at his face, either to land a punch or at least knock the burning cigarette from his lips. Her power was always a last resort, right now she wanted to show what a roller derby girl could really do.

"Chick senshi sure do have a fascination with my hard a**," he said, frowning thoughtfully, but faking it. He grinned after a moment, as devilish an expression as he was able to make. And that was quite a feat.

"Are you wearing a belt?"

He looked her over, grinned again, then motioned for her to come after him. He had his finger up and did the classic beckoning for her to come and start the fight. he didn't want to take the first swing, tough guy or not, but it wasn't because she was a girl.

He hit those all the time: part of the job.

No, he just wanted to see what she was capable of, right off the bat, and not give himself away in the process. The first hit was important, after all. And then she moved. He watched her, pulling his head backwards as she tried to punch him in the face. His fist lashed out low, aiming for her side as she charged him. It might mean taking a hit but punching her in the side would be worth it.
PostPosted: Mon Sep 19, 2011 8:34 am

The blow came swiftly to her right flank as she went forward with her fist. Her torso was outstretched and unprotected as she put her weight behind her attack and felt the wind escape her lips as the boys fist connected with flesh. It was hardly a KO move but Venice felt more than a little anger at her silly action. She wasn't a fighter by any means, well trained fighter anyway. But she was decent in a punch up, had the muscles on her side through roller derby and working on machinery. She was tough. And the extra layers, well, some called them fat, she called them padding, they came in useful during things like this.

"Uhff!"
The sound of pain came out before she could stop it and it wasn't even that bad! But she took her chance at hopefully having it distract him and just as quickly as it sounded placed her balled up fist onto his shoulder and leaning into him, kneeing him with all the force she could muster behind her laced knee cap. It was a good job he was wearing protection. Pushing away from him she sided both wrists to her waist, her hands balling up into an eager attempt to dispel a rubbish ball right into his face.

"Your fast Chaonis! But tell me, can you out run your own carbon footprint?" Her words were plucked straight from a corny movie as she brought both hands up in front and grinned deeply as she through a powerful arm back and then over her head. "Junk Cyclone Blast!!"

Everything within a 10 meter radius from small pieces of litter to the lasting remnants of the smoke from the cigarettes came hurtling towards the Sailor scout like a bat out of hell.

Chaonis was a trained fighter, in his way. Trained by himself for his own purpose, and fighting as hard as he knew how, to his best ability. He knew himself and he knew his 'style', if it counted as one, though he didn't practice in the conventional sense. His training was just this: going out and finding someone to fight, then doing whatever he had to in order to win.

Sometimes he didn't, and that just meant going out and finding more fights until he could when they met again.

Of course, he had another advantage that she didn't have, and was apparent to him when his fist connected with the soft side of her body. She didn't have armor like he did, even if it was plastic. It was still thick and it certainly aided in slowing blows.

Like the one she just delivered.

"Hey!" He grunted, doubling over on instinct. At her super hero catch phrase he looked up and glared at her, then saw the garbage flying his way. She wanted to throw garbage at him? Then she would have to deal with it, too. He lunged at her, his body fast, his rank aiding him. His arms caught her around the waist and he pulled her to him.

"Nice move," he growled, wrenching their bodies in an effort to throw her off her feet and slam her into the floor. His comment was wholly sarcastic.
PostPosted: Mon Sep 19, 2011 1:09 pm

If this was another time and place Venice may have added a not-so-subtly dirty comment into his ear as Chaonis grabbed her round he waist her feet lifting off the ground as if in some lovers embrace. except there was nothing lovely about this hold and the power of his arms soon has Sailor Ate squirming to be free. One limb and been trapped in the bear hug but the other was spared the torment of the hold and with a sudden burst of energy she punch down, hitting the scout between his neck and shoulder, aiming for any part that wasn't covered in the plastic protection.

"Ha! W-we should meet under the covers one day, I'll show y-you some real moves then!" The sarcastic smile wasn't far from her face as Venice leaned in wiggling like an eel as she kicked her legs franticly, setting herself off balance as she moved to escape, sadly in Chaonis favour as she felt herself starting to tip back.

"Eii! s**t! AHHG!" The impact of the ground was not a welcomed force as she took the brunt of the concrete in to her spine, if she thought she had lost air fom her lungs last time then this was a vacuum packed collision!

"Uhhh! Ow...ha wanker, gett'off me!!!" Pulling her knees in as far as she could (which was difficult with a heavy male on top of her) she kicked out, her wedged heels digging into his torso as she pushed hard to get him off her. A neat elbow coming up to meet him in the face as she tried to pull back to escape. Yet if the heavy breathing Sailor Ate was displaying didnt notify Chaonis of her sapped energy levels the tiny sweat beads on her forehead would.

Chaonis grunted an approving laugh at her comment, though he was a little busy trying not to get hit by her flailing free hand and to wrestle her to the ground to really take a moment to appreciate her forward humor. Most of the time he refrained from it, at least now, and he felt like he was getting soft.

Not wanting to 'offend' anyone, even though he went to great lengths to do so in other manners. Why were dirty jokes off limits now? He would have to pick that habit back up again.

It was fun.

Once he had her pinned down he had to endure another blow, this time from her kicking at him. He was a hardened fighter, and he had been in more brawls then he could really count now. He knew how to take hits and when to give them, and he knew when he should start worrying about the damage he was taking. Right now he wasn't too ready.

The hit to his face from her elbow almost changed his mind. Dazed, he reacted on instinct and swung his own fist for her face. Punching a lady was not off limits with this menshi, that much was abundantly clear. Anyway, she had hit him first so it was fair. He tried to keep his weight on her gut, to keep her from getting another good breath.

"You've got some skills, but damn you waste a lot of energy!"
