the true culprit was on a roof and shot ian, im not keeping up on this stuff, but he was innocent, and now shot... you can see it in durem. i think its that blonde dude from crate and apparel, he was missing in the crowd.

well, only Sasha, Moira, and Venessa were in the crowd along w/ Rufus. This means that to take into considereation whom wasnt in the crowd the suspects could be Edmund,Liam,Ruby,Peyo,Old Man Logan, etc etc...

It was definately Gino. The sniper had long blonde hair just like Gino.

I think it was an impersonator of Gino. Why would Gino shoot Ian when he already had his gurl?

Because Ian knew too much.
Ian found a bottle in Gino's room before the fire, right? That bottle had steriods in it which would explain why Gino could hold up a burning banister by himself, excape the fire unscathed, stop robo-santa and Jak at the same time, go from being 7 to 18ish, and grow fooly cooly eyebrows. He found out Ian new so he started the fire and framed Ian. He thought that Ian would be proven guilty, but after he wasn't Gino had to find another way to makes sure Ian kept his mouth shut.

Its one of the von helsing sisters ...
The Von helsing sister are drugging Gino ... as he know they are alive and they dont want anyone to know so they blank him mind everytime he starts to remember or see them ... Ian foudn those drugs and that the Von Helsing sisters were really ! And was going to tell sasha as they need her for something ... and as he knows they are trying to kill him
