Last evening, local ice cream vendor Hearts Boxcars, also known as Shadow_Articuno, was convicted for manslaughter after millionairess Desdemona Winchcombe passed away of a brain freeze in front of his cart. The NPA have determined the death to be an accident. In other news..."
Kira shut off the TV and sunk into his couch. The person he killed yesterday was actually a millionaire? Knowing this, he had wished he had taken his time to think more deeply on what to write in his Death Note. It was possible that he could have forced her to hand him her company before she died, or something like that. He vowed to experiment further with the Death Note.
But constantly reminded of the money he had lost, he sunk into depression and ended up doing nothing but mope all day on the couch while petting his cat. Experimentation with the Death Note could wait until he was in higher spirits.

Nobody was Death Note'd!

(Boy, this game is off to a fabulous start. No offense toward you, Desdemona.)
I, Merlin P. Davis, do hereby vote for this, the second day of this Sniper game, #004, Respectful Rhino.
I'd like to say that this vote was the result of above-average Internet detective skills, but it's really just me picking one of the inactives for the no-kill.

Considering there was no kill, I think it's safe to guess that someone who was inactive on day 1 is probably the killer, and Rhino is as good a place as any to start.
