Here is were most ninja of the Mist Train. Other than the Jounin's and other teachers who have their own private training grounds in which they teach their students. The Training Grounds of Kirigakure,or what some call, the 'Bloody Grounds',is open for anyone to train.People of the Mist deem it this name for the reason that when it rains;blood of the those that fought on that land sometimes rises up to surface. Be it Guests of other villages,Academy Students,or Genin who have not yet gained a Teacher.
The grounds are fairly large. It has even thicker mist during some parts of the day,for the Lake of Kirigakure is not far from the grounds. This is one of the best places to learn the fighting styles of the Mist for the reasoning that the training grounds boost your awareness from training in such an visually constricted area. There aren't dummy's that people and practice on but there are many tree's that have been used for training purposes that are scattered about the grounds.
