Darling Thieves, formerly known as I Hate Kate, formed in 2004 after Justin Mauriello left the band Zebrahead due to creative differences. They have released one EP and two albums. In June of 2010, a woman named Kate after whom the band was named after left an angry voicemail threatening legal action, this voicemail can be heard on youtube.
