Potions class just ended and Aemilius was making his way past the other students to get outside. He wanted to get some fresh air during his break instead of being stuck in the common room. His books were safely stored away in a messenger bag. He slipped his Potions book in before he got to far. As much as he didn't like the subject, he felt it would be a shame for the book to get ruined.
When he reached the outside, after dealing with the mischievous stairs, he shield his eyes from the light. The sun beamed down on him. "If I knew it was going to be this hot I would have stayed inside." He complained out loud. Because of Aemilius' pale completion he found himself constantly burnt by the sun. He made his way to the shade of some trees. Most students were inside the castle, eating their lunch.
The trees were near the gamekeeper's hut and near the forest. He was always careful to not get too close to the forest. After all the books he had about magical creatures he learned to be careful especially around the forrest. He was curious about what type of creatures where in the forrest. Hopefully when he was older he would get a chance to venture into the forrest and learn about the creatures, he thought. Until than he would keep a safe distant away from it.
Once he found a suitable spot he sat down on the grass and pulled out one of ruins book. He let himself absorb the book and forget about the world around him.

Clover had grabbed a bit of food from the mass hall and some pumpkin juice from the Grate Hall after having been in the class she wanted to get outside. She was glad that she was going to have some time before her next class to enjoy the outside.
She ate a roll as she walked out of castle. "What a wonderful day." she said breathing it in. She decided to go down to the gamekeeper's hut to see if there was any good angles for drawing latter since she didn't have her art kit with her at the moment. Since she didn't take it with her when she had classes.
She looked around with a smile "Oh so the gamekeeper's got vegetables growing down here." she said happily she said then started walking round. That's when she saw that there was a Ravinclaw boy sitting reading a book. "Oh..." she said "I wonder if I had desterbed his reading." she wondered.

Aemilius looked up when he heard the girl speak. He had thought that he would have been the only one this far from the castle. It wasn't often he found himself wrong, but in this case he was. He looked at the girl blankly, thinking of what he could do. His mother would want him to be oh so polite, a little gentleman. Of course he lacked manners when he wasn't around his mom, though sometimes he was sure that she had some way of watching him at the castle and so he usually behaved at Hogwarts as well.
He decided he would go back to his book. She wasn't bothering him so she wasn't his worry. As he tried to get focused on his reading materrial he thought about what if some horrid monster came and attacked her. He gulped at the idea. No one would be around but him and he would have to face the consequences and that would be bothersome. There was only one thing he could do to prevent that insident. Get her away from the forrest.
He got up and walked to her, with a awkward grin. "Hello there," he said as friendly as he could, though it came out almost sarcastic. "I was wondering what are you doing so close to the forrest? Don't you think it's dangerous being even this close?" He tried to talk casually, but he knew he couldn't do it. He wasn't that smooth.

Clover glanced over at the forest then back at the boy. "No... I know there's man eating beasts in there. Which is a shame I'd love to go in and see some of the things that live in there." she said "But I guess that's not likely to happen anytime." she said looking back at the patch vegetables by the gamekeepers hut.
She smiled brightly though "But do I'm no closer to the forest then you are. They know not to come to the school grounds that's why we can get this close. The smell of human is to strong and it is also the biggest clearing in the area. Most animals like to stay in the territories that they know best. And only move to a different place if they have to." she said simply.
She looked over at the boy "I'm Clover Heartwel by the way." she said moving though the patch a bit rather slowly.
