Saraswati
The Port Village of Saraswati is actually made up of three distinct and seperate metropolises, all of which lays south of the military village of Sunagakure. The main one straddles the aquaducts leading to the second metropolis from the islet. After the water is sent to the second metropolis, it heads underground to the third metropolis pictured in the background on the left side of the picture. There is where the major cultural, agricultural, & mechanical processes happen for the Land of Wind. The second metropolis is where many of the economic & political action is taken, while the first is tasked with the safe transfering of all goods, people, and R&D.
For simplicity's sake, the first metropolis is referred to as R'lyeh, & sports a rather modern look. The second metropolis is referred to as Nu, & sports a rather greek & roman structure. The third metropolis is referred to as Jormungandr, & sports a rather Babylonian structure. The spaces inbetween each are ripe for territorial prospects of each metropolis, & thus tension runs high.

Manfread had done a lot of things he had regretted in life, but willingly going on this ship was the worst idea he ever had. Most of his time was spent, clinging to the mast for dear life and running to the edge of the boat to barf due to sea sickness. Where he would see the bottomless waters and run back to the mast and cling for dear life. The sea dog had tricked him into sailing and he had forgotten his fear of deep water, until they were out of port. Many of the sailors laughed as they went about their business, and Manfread would have killed each one but he was unable to let go of his life line, save to barf over the edge of the ship. It was a vicious cycle. He lost count of the days that went by, as he sailed through his personal hell and was about to commit seppuku, when someone shouted “LAND HO!” BOLTING to the front of the boat Manfread used his Byakugan to see ahead. Off in the distance he could see the Wind country, smiling he barfed over the side one last time. Soon they would reach the port village of Saraswati and he would be free. As they finally made it to land, Manfread jumped over board and rolled onto land hugging the ground. “LAND!!! I LOVE YOU LAND!” The sailors tied up the ship and unloaded the goods into carts for easier transport. Manfread would now need to take it to the refining facility in Rouran.
(YEAH! I took the ports post-ginity!.....hope no one minds...)

Over the Port, a segull would fly over, and into the city. It would observe how the people looked, acted, greeted, and went about their general buisness. Finding all this info, it would return to San....

(third metropolis)
San entered the city with his team, and instantly began to use his kagura shingan. He was searching for any fleeting or low chakra signature of an injured person, just like Mam had suggest. He was also searching for an residual chakra or bodily mess that would be the crime scene in the first metropolis.
"Stay close guys. Its show time...."
"San would then inform them of all the things Mam had described. Hopefully they would know...no hand seals.

As the group entered the closest metropolis, Jormungandr, they would be inundated with brand new sights & smells. Sure they were there for a job, but the quote-unquote 'village' was huge! From their perspective, they could barely make out the other two metropolises beyond the vast hanging gardens & swirling steampunk gear structures. Steam trails from various households & half-abandoned skyscrapers joined in the lower atmosphere above them, discoloring the night stars to murky shades of tan-leather brown. Walking down the various streets, they would notice the slammings of windows to their presence, which was remarkably better than if they were in full military gear. Despite the high tension, only a scant few police officers could be seen patrolling every other block or so. Ahead of them, towards the more dense town center area, a grouping of 3 or 4 officers sat around a pile of donuts.

San found the police offers, and motioned with his disguised friends to follow. He would approach them, and descretly show them the Suna head band.
"My name is Sanshi, and i am from Sunagakure. You are responding to a request for help from this port city. Can you please show us to the crime scene as well as give as all info you can about witnesses, possible suspects, and details of the crimes?..."
San would motion for his team to spread out around the area, to be "hidden in plain view" as they would say. San would fill them in when the time came, but for now he wanted to look less like an organization and more like a helper.

A man bumped past Zane, apologizing before darting off down a dark alley. It was a strange incident, but nothing to be too concerned about while in the big city. Over with San, one of the policemen looked up from his pile of pastries & cleared his throat. "Aye. They be off in the R'lyeh, the first metropolis. We've not had the troubles yet, neh, but a bloody man was reported some time ago. No location given, flute player. Yeargeth mumble rearlthfth..." His speech degraded back down into eating noises, masking his heavy scottish accent. On San's radar, a blip would rise & then suddenly fall, located directly above him, somewhere on one of the several skyscrapers.

San gave a small bow, thanking the police for their time. A white cloak would crawl off of the konins heel and form one of the many birds that was aroud the area, then take off in the direction of the blip. Walking away, San would motion for his team to convene.
"Alright, off to the first metropolis everyone. Keep an eye out for anything weird. It could be something big."

Akane followed San, although he had been quiet for the journey he was staying close he came in his outfit, a disguise. His hair was in a pony tail behind him and he wore what looked like steam punk like look with a white shirt and brown pants with a belt and goggle on his head. He wore gloves and leather boots too. Akane didn't need to hide himself that much, he wasn't well known like everyone else... But, he didn't want anyone to see his stitches from his bloodline... He walked along close to San looking around. He knew the order, no hand seals, no jutsus, just search.
He looked up at San seeing his motion and walked over to a booth that sold fruits, he leaned up against it and continued to look around. He then saw that San was motioning to follow, he did... Calmly walking along with him. But a few distance away in the crowd. He had a small grin on his face, this was fun... He was getting points for being on a mission, and he was practically sight seeing. It would only be soon that all the people IN THE WORLD would know of him as a great Puppeteer. So he had to soak up all this normal life before his shoot to stardome!

//Sorry I'm late, I've been a bit busy. Dunno how useful my guy'll be, but he tries!//
Al had been following very closely behind San, listening to his banter. Then he trotted off to the side, looking around at the many people who were hawking wares and sitting in booths beneath awnings. His eyes grew wide, and he stared at a person who was hawking some weird mechanical trinket. He wish he could get one, but he didn't have much in the way of funds at the moment.

It was good that Akane had moved away from the fruit cart, as the owner had called over his brute. Eyeing the young steampunk wearer, the two men stood there watching until he was out of sight. Elsewhere, Zane's vagabond bump-man was going through a sack of stuff as San's bird flew overhead towards one of the highrises. Up, up, up through the choking fumes the fake bird flew until it popped out at the top of the first highrise. Circling around it, various men & women could be seen doing their construction upon the building, slowly making the structure ascend to the above sky. There was a sole person laying down, but gentle snores were coming from his uninjured frame. Definitely not him, but there were other skyscrapers in the vicinity.
With everyone but the bird now heading towards the first metropolis, they'd naturally come into contact with the train transit system. Before them a station would arise from around one of their corners, scores of lines of people lay before them. "Get chyour tickets 'ere!" An agent called out to the crowd. "Tis a public systeeem! Quite freeee to those emplooooyed!" Decision making time for the groups: would they attempt to hitch a short ride to the next destination, R'leyh, or simply follow alongside the tracks? Both were just as important, one for quickness, the other for thorough searching. The group as a whole would have to agree!
