Closed due to rampage

It had streamers, it had paintings of smiling fish and stars, A few staridoots and shimmerdoots littered the edges of the stage, crawling around and slimming up the floors and glittering the place up. Under the array of stage lights, under them on the front of the small stage, strange writing could be found... But to the trained eyes, or to the already knowing it wasn't some alien, some dead language or foreign speech. It was just Desu-chan again.

And judging by how a microphone was on the one man stage, and how a few boo boxes were around, it looked like there would be a performance. But Desu-chan didn't sing. Peeking out from the booth next door, Desu-chan smiled and offers a list of songs. All of them...any song you could think of. It's there. The game she has set up is clear.

OOC How to Play


---The game cost 1 florescetival seed to play. Payment is to be sent to minipet account specialgal before you play.

1- RP out your student paying, getting on stage, and taking any lyrics from any song, it needs only be a few short lines, and make it about the floresce.

2- Your first post you roll one d100

3- Judging by what you roll, in your second post you roll again and RP your first roll's result.

*In order to get a 'Positive' you need to roll 50 or over.
*Mediocre is 11-49.
*Anything 10 or below ? Poor

4- In your second post, aside from rping out your first roll's results, you roll six sided dice. This will determine your prize. Roll one die if you got positive results, 2 dice for mediocre and poor.

*Positive results will yield a minipet no matter what you roll
*Mediocre result have a 50/50 chance of getting a random minipet, as the first die must be even to get a minipet.
*Poor results need a 1 on the first dice to get minipet

5- Your third and final post is the end, and things to include are: score of singing, and your prize results. Please include you minipets username as well.

6- You can play as often and as frequently as you like, so long as you can pay.

7- Prizes might rotate in and out

8- If rules need to be clarified or changed there will be a note of when the changes were made, but always make sure you are reading the rules! The game has never been done before, so if it turns up to not work, it might be altered down the road. It is up to you to make sure you're following the rules correctly.

Riley had already sung on stage once, for judges that looked far grumpier than these. Little, gnomey judges. And they had deemed her unfit, anyway. Therefore, she had no qualms about quickly memorizing the lines of some random song, and stepping onto the stage.

She did not, however, sing it in a Jamaican accent. Her tones were melodical, but straightforward, and of course.. all in your head.

Down here all floresce is happy,
As off through the waves they roll.
Floresce on the land ain't happy,
They sad 'cause they in their bowl.
But floresce in the bowl is lucky,

As expected, the judges had nothing to give her but another tomato to the face. This she caught in one tentacle, and squished instantly, much as she wanted to squish their heads. Her intentions were clear as she stormed off.

Desu chan came over and gave the mildflayer a pat on the back. It seemed she was trying to comfort, and offered a tiny table to flip.

Wow, she didn't think she would get such a good score. Considering her song was only mediocre, she had still been able to qualify for a prize. Judging by things, she had won herself a fishy scareon. She beamed; Fishy scareon where really cute!

Put it this way, Edel had never sung in public.
Or did much singing for that matter.

Peering at the crowd that had gathered, she was starting to have second thoughts about doing this at all. Shy? Afraid of embarrassment? But of course.

Desu Chan's look of EXPECTATION however, did threaten her to stay. Edel wasn't so sure that it would be a good idea to back away now, not with the pink-garbed girl jabbing the mic at her excitedly.

Edel flipped through the song choice, recognising a few tunes but not so much the lyrics. It looked like no matter which song it was, it would have elements of aquatic creatures in it. Oh yes, the floresce. The entire basis of the festival did deserve some serenading after all.

His singing had failed terribly and he'd gotten nothing for it.

With head held high he wandered from the booing of the audience and stares of the silent judges and went on to the other games, seeking better luck. Humming the song he'd failed on lightly he continued onward into the crowds of the festival, hoping that he may have his day on the stage at some point, but now at least aware of his singing abilities.
