~Yami’s (the demons) History~
Yami is a Mardrag, demon Royalty. She was the Adversaries intelligence officer, with her personality of mysteries and untrustworthy she could not be trusted by anyone not even the Adversary fully trusted her. She filled her part perfectly but as the Adversary was defeated her body was destroyed, as the years continued her power increased. As a demon she has to posses a body, she keeps with humans or any other type that have a sub element that is close to her power style, but that was until she found Hazen.

~Hazen (the hosts History)~

Hazen belonged to the Chimei-tekina Gemu clan or ‘ Deadly Game’. As the name implies the clan has been playing with a deadly game… there price being their souls. The offspring is a mix blood. The Deadly Game clan, are outcasts that have been sharing their bodies with demons that play with their souls as a game piece. When fighting they manipulate a different element, it depends on who the parents are and what the genetics will give the child. It can be from an element manipulation to an ability to communicate with animals, but there is one rule that must never be broken. It is taboo for every clan member and if broken it will result in death. And that is rule is:

To mate with other outcasts.

By creating a mix blood the child not only has the power of the Deadly Game clan, but also any powers that the demon parent can give. It is very rare, for when a child is born it is killed and the parents separated, or it dies stillborn, for the power is too much for the small body to handle.

But in Hazen’s case it is different.

Her mother, Rin, was Deadly Game Clan member who was possessed by a shadow demon. She had the ability to use and become a shadow; this power is from the main the old blood demons. These demons are very similar to pureblood vampires, only they where the ones cast out of heaven. The old bloods have long been sealed away and are no longer a threat but there are myths that play a key role in there existence.

Yami was the name of one of the old bloods she controlled night and darkness. She was a very cunning and manipulative demon. She loved to play mind games with other demons or humans. It did not matter who as long as she could corrupt and play with them it was fun. During the time of the sealing of the Mardrag demons, Yami was sealed along with the others, but she did predict when a perfect match would be made for the ancient demon.
“One of your descendents will be a traitor, she will bare a child with a different race and power! On that day I will return!” from that day the law was not only put into play for the Deadly Game Clan but for the rest as well. As time went on the threat was long forgotten.

But that would be the downfall.

Rin is a direct descendent of Yami, her blood line had been forgotten as the time flowed but being kind and not troublesome and manipulative like the rest of her clan she broke way from them and lived in the human world. She open a small flower shop that sold herbs and medicine. That is when she met a ‘human’ by the name of Ju, but he was no human. He was a Rondlag demon; he had fallen madly in love with the beautiful flower girl. As they fell in love they had a child not knowing that ether of them where not meant to ever be together. After that they had a child… only this child had purple hair and lilac eyes. That night the moon had turned red… and the presence of an old blood filled both of the worlds.

The child was named Hazen Yami, for she is two beings; both of the night.

Rin new what had happened the moment she held her child and her blood ran cold as gold cat like eyes looked up at her. She was the traitor in the legions. Quickly she asked Ju what he was and with horror in her eyes he told her that he was a demon. He was confused on why she was so scared, but after she told him what she and her baby where he understood that they must hide. Quickly taking his child and his wife way he hid them for about 10 years. But that was when there luck ran out.

On the night of Hazen’s eleventh birthday the Deadly Game had finally coat up to Rin and Ju, that night was filled with so much blood… and it was the night Yami was fully awakened. The men who came to kill the family died in a flash of darkness, but it was to late for Rin and Ju. After the blood lust faded from Hazen she fell and wept for the loss of her family.

For five years she had been avoiding the Deadly Game clan who are still out to kill the threat that is inside of her. Every day she trains and bonds more with Yami, for you see the old blood can never have be howl, her body was destroyed long ago, but she dose want revenge on the one’s who has done this to not only her but to her ‘child’.

~Over View~
Yami and Hazen share there body, but manly Hazen is dominant in personality. Sometimes Yami will be in control but for the most part Hazen will see the world with her eyes. Yami wishes to be more of a secret.

Attack Names and Descriptions:
- Shadōkontorōru- This gives the user the ability to use shadows, for transportation (like portals), using them for offense (making the shadow 3D and solid), and defense. But the weakness is that it can only be used for the caster. She cannot use it for any other people.

- Kage no Kiri- This allows the user to become a shadow themselves, when attacked the attack will slide through them, as if they are mist or a phantom. (Can be used on a whim no movement required). The weakness is that during the 6 seconds she is solid.

- Jigoku no gēto- this allows the user to create a vortex that leads to the path to the underworld, this is used like a vacuum. The time limit for this is only twenty seconds but can be summoned at any time. Draw back is that the bigger the vortex the longer it takes to recover.

- Kurai hōtai-This allows the user to fill a wound temporarily with shadow. It is not a form of healing, but more of a bandage. If it is a critical wound then it just allows more time for the person to continue on until they can find proper medical attention. When used it fills the gash with a dark mark, or shadow, that appears to fill the wound. It is very painful and used as a last resort.

- Kako no kyōfu-This allows the user to send an air born poison into the air that allows the opponent will be thrusts back into an illusion of there past. Forcing the opponent to feel the pain and hurt from there past. Small relapses in pain will occur to the user.

- Jigoku no kagami-This allows the user, threw the use of an air born poison, to create an illusion body of someone that the opponent loves very deeply and cares for. They then use this ‘doll’ to attack the opponent. The only means to stop it is to kill the body that looks and acts like there loved or lost one. To the opponent the poison will manipulate the senses so if they are cut the body feels pain. The draw back is that it takes a little more time to create and if the opponent dose not breath in the poison it will not work.
