Adani looked at her mother nervously, she wondered where they were going. Petra had been awfully quiet about all the details and even now as she held her mothers hand she couldnt help but notice a sneaky smile on her mothers face. "Mom where are we going?" Adani asked meekly, she didnt mind surprises but they were ....well surprising. Her mother just smiled "We are almost there nini you'll love it, I promise." Adani looked ahead with interest and wondered where they were going, her tail swooshed around behind her in a curious and vaugly worried manner.
Her mother smiled as they suddenly stopped "Here we are little one, take all the time you want, I'm going to nap here on the lawn" Adani felt her mother let go of her hand and move away. The sudden aloneness was scary and Adani almost followed her mother to the grassy area but then she saw what was in front of them, in front of her. Her mother had brought her to an aviary! It was a walking path with tons of large cages filled with different birds of all sizes and colors. Just from where she was she could make out tons of birds she had never seen before! Adani stood there with her mouth open, it was like HEAVEN! She walked towards the nearest cage in a trance of happiness to start looking at everything as her tail and ears practically buzzed with amazement.
