You are a teenage/young adult who has fallen in love, but sometimes things just don't work out and your love can't accept you. You must keep them in your heart and maybe one day they'll come back to you and if they do, you know they'll be yours, but you must fight through the pain of waiting for them. Along the way you meet people who will become close to you, but you'll never let any of them too close. Also you live in Detroit and times are hard. Gangs and thugs live around you. Drug dealers try to sell you drugs. You never know what the city will bring to you next though. Everything is a mystery it seems.

She blamed her parents for making her this way and was always upset with them, just about as much as they were upset with her. She thought they hated her, which she was most likely right. Background: Elizabeth is socialistic and that's the problem. She use to be so forgiving over everything,so her first first boyfriend cheated on her with several girls and she repeatedly forgave him. She thought he would stop after cheating on her with his fourth girl but that wasn't the case. Elizabeth never knew he was a player and she mined very much. So,when she dumped him,he acted as if he was crushed and made everyone of they're friends turn they're back on her. Since that day,she regretted ever forgiving him and begged her parents to move to Detroit. At that time Detroit sounded like a peaceful place. A place where no one knew Elizabeth,which is just what she needed. When her parents agreed,they moved to Detroit a few days later to find it wasn't as peaceful as they thought...
