Bio: Felicity grew up in France with her mother. Her mother worked for a public detective agency, leaving Felicity alone for most of the time. Though Felicity and her mother were very close Felicity grew up to be a very independent person. Once reaching the age of 15 she dropped out of her school and went to work for a military agency(like NERV from Evangelion). She worked up as a military commander and is now a Lieutenant. She still works there from this school, through her phone and computer.

Powers: Though she is a vampire Hina is a very accomplished mechanic, oddly enough, and made a high-voltage guitar which she fights with. Her fighting consists of bashing her enemies with the guitar or shocking them with electricity whenever she hits a string.(A bit like Haruko's guitar on Fooly Cooly)
Bio: Growing up Hina had a hard time with sorting out priorities because most of the time she spent alone. Her mother, the vampire, had killed Hina's father because of the standing conditions and kept Hina's existence a secret. For the most part Hina did not care about much. She was bullied in school and never really had a chance to be herself. At 12 she joined a military agency(the same one Felicity joins later). This is when she started to develop her eccentric personality.
