Bloodsucker is a creature resembling three leeches fused together at the base, which writhes like octopus tentacles. Bloodsuckers cannot be killed like normal monsters, however there are some cases where killing them is possible. The creatures can easily kill anybody who approaches them by reeling them in using their tentacles. It is advised not to approach these creatures, they are incredibly strong and don't die by normal means.
Locations:
While they have appeared in the Otherworld of Silent Hill 1, one was also a threat to Heather and was shocked to death by the use of a dryer being thrown inside the water with it while attached to an electric outlet. Ultimately, the could potentially appear anywhere, most likely The Otherworld however.

The embodiment of Alessa's strong aversion to worms and snakes and the like.
