Flicking pale strands of hair out of her eyes with one hand, 'Deine knelt in the grass, the slight dew covering it darkening the knees of her pants. She was examining the foilage in front of her, searching... Searching... There.
"Come out honored one, I shall not harm thee."
Lowering her hand slowly, palm up, her blue eyes lit up as a glowing member of the Fay stepped onto it trustingly. It wasn't one of 'hers,' no, the small man lived in this park. Still, it was nice to know that it could sense that she belonged with its' kind.
She's been out here for hours, playing by herself, with the animals, and now she'd finally coaxed the Fay she'd been watching for a half hour out of hiding. A good morning, now turning into a great afternoon.
Her long, blonde hair was tied back loosely in a ponytail with a blue ribbon, and she wore loose black trousers that were belted firmly at her waist. The waist contained a pouch full of herb and plant samples, and the sweatshirt she was wearing had stopped the cold from reaching her.
Medeine wasn't the sort to get lonely without 'human' company.

A young boy walked through the park. His ears twitched as he walked for his ears were not that of a human. He had lost track of his friend. He then sighed. Kinnara then sniffed the air and could smell someone new.
His eyes shifted from left to right. Then he went right to left. He wonder who was here in this park. He then saw a girl and decided to hide for the moment. He saw a near by tree and climbed it. There he steadily latched onto a branch. His cat like tail shifted a bit. He tried not to make a noise.
As he shifted his body wieght on the branch some of the leaves fell toward the ground. He wondered who htis girl was. She looked like his friend he lost in the woods. His eyes glowed a somewhat scarry red color. It was dark as the color of blood.
He continued to watch er and noticed athat she had herbs and other plants.

'Deine looked startled for a moment at the Faerie's comment, then slowly let her blue eyes move around the trees, searching... Searching... There. Red? She wasn't afraid. She'd never known fear, as she'd never had a reason to feel in throughout her young years.
Smiling, the pretty girl stayed on her knees, lowering her hands back to the bushes once more. Faeries didn't like strangers for much.
"Thank thee for thy company!"
A small musical jingle was the response, a laugh, and the creature disappeared. The blonde blew at her bangs before sitting back, palms resting on her thighs, and closing her eyes tranquily.
"Won't you come out?"

Kinnara ears perked up. He looked about. Who was this Faerie she was talking too. He looked about and saw nothing. Kinnara then slung upside down from the tree. His feet were still latched onto the branch.
Kinnara crossed his arms and his hair was wieghed down due to the gravity of him being upside down. He then turned his head and looked at girl. He wonder why she was happy. He then feel down from the tree and landed on all fours. He then stood up and brushed himself up. Kinnara went over and examined the girl. He circled her a few times.
Kinnara stood up and then crossed his arms again. "Hello," he said in a calm manner.

Medeine couldn't help it, she peeked. One blue eye twinkled merrily as she watched him circle her, and she giggled as he came to a stop, saying a gruff hello. Her grin was radiant, and there was no confusion as to her gender as she looked up at him.
"Greetings, agile one!"
The girl could climb, but not as well as he could. Still, she wasn't jealous. It was another emotion she'd never had experience with. On a whim, she blew a puff of air at him, simply to watch the fur on his ears stir, and looked rather pleased when it did.
"They call me Medeine. Or 'Deine, if they know me well."

This was the second time he had been called agile one. He then put his hands in his pockets. "I am Kinnara," he said with a small smile. "So Medeine what are you doing out here by yourself?" Though he thought why is he asking that. His tail gestured from left to right.

"A magnificent name for a magnificent creature!"
Medeine laughed merrily, her voice like glass tinkling, and rose to her feet in one fluid, graceful movement before looking thoughtful.
"I am out here, yes, but not alone. Never alone, Kinnara."
She snapped out of her daze and smiled coyly at him.
"For you are here, are you not?"
A strange girl, she was.

Kinnara nodded. He was about to the point of half tired.
"Yes I am here." he said. "I mean before I got here. You were alone."
He wonder if this girl was crazy or going to cast some strange magic or something to that matter.

"Perhaps I had not company such as you or I, but company in any form in company nonetheless."
She spoke, and thought differently than most children her age. Probably due to being raised by nymphs, faeries, and spirits. Ah, well.
"I am pleasantly surprised by your appearance, however. I do not know many like myself."
She meant children, by that comment, as she still didn't know he was a Fable.

"I have met only one like myself. He kind of shy but an okay guy. Hmm..and you would be my second one of me metting," he said shifting his cat ears and tail. His arms were behind his head. "I am guessing you can't guess my fable," he said with a smirk.

"A Fable! I did not know we had that much in common, dear Kinnara! I simply meant humanoid."
Her brow creased briefly as a slight frown touched her lips. His Fable? She hadn't heard many, and was the honest sort, so when she realized that she had no clue, her face brightened.
"I know it not, forgive me. However, I think it unlikely that you are aware of my own tale."

It had been a while since Aurora had been able to wander around outside by himself. Dressed properly this time, with a jacket and soft cotten gloves. THe muffs on his ears seemed to make him look more girly than usual.
Moving he past the forest he had emerged from days earlier. He stared at it a longing in his face. Perhaps he missed his home, perhaps he was worried about Kinnara. He hadn't seen a trace of the cat boy since he had emerged from the forest and though he had met others he missed his first friend sorely.
((side note to you guys. I believe it states in the thread that the children have no clue about their Fable XD))Rules So... what, are they the actual fable? No, they are not. It's true that they do have an item, but as to being the actual fable, they 'get lost in the story', so to speak. For those that are active, their Fables (from teen to adult) can choose to quest to become their version of the Fable, or remain a child of Hameln to guide the others in their growth. They will, however, keep the item and the bit of Fable they already are. However, if they become unactive, they will revert to being a child of Hameln, and lose their abilities.

[Ah, but you see, Medeine herself has no clue what her "tale" as she calls it, is. She was found by wandering out on her own, searching for her mouse. It's only natural that she heard herself refered to as a Fable before being adopted.
Also, she simply meant another person, Kinnara was the one to mention being a Fable. Medeine doesn't think anyone would lie to her, so if he called her a Fable, she must therefore be one, even if she doesn't know what it is. Savvy?]

[lol ok ok ^^ just making sure you guys know is all heart ]
His feet crunched through the last of the snow that had fallen, the cold nights and warm days had caused the snow to melt and then harden into sheets of thin ice on the ground. Wrapping his arms around his chest in a hug he looked about and noticed a park up ahead.
Never having been in the part he decided to explore a little bit, perhaps he could find some children his own age to talk to.

Kinnara ear twitched at the sound of crunching snow. It was somewhat of a wierd noise. It sound like someone had crushed their bones but it was softer then that. Kinnara attention was then taken back toward his new friend. "well my fable.," he thinks for a moment, " I don't remeber. I just remember I have to find this stupid rat for some kind of revenage." His anger then seemed to simmer. "So umm..what do you want to do," he asked Medeine.
