Luckily for Themis, he wasn't going to have to ask for help. Chibimoon had been drawn in by the concentration of youma energy surrounding the senshi, worried over it though it was a strong Eternal signature, and decided to check it out. If it was some idiot taking on more than he could chew she could help out.

Or she could see a pretty neat show.

It took the diminutive senshi a few moments to decide between whether it was the former or the latter when the darkly-colored Eternal definitely bit on more than he could chew in her mind. Well, hadn't she been bored on patrol, thinking it odd that there weren't that many youma in this part of town? Now she had something to do, and she knew why!

Grasping the tiara on her forehead, her pose was easy with long practice and almost muscle memory. "Moon Tiara Magic!" The glowing disc flew out and sliced at the back of one of the youma. Of course it wouldn't have dusted easily.

That would be too easy.

"Nice!" One down, two to go. That meant one for each of them though it seemed odd that an Eternal couldn't take on two youma. But then, she didn't exactly know what sort of senshi this guy was, what his attack might be. If he had one. Maybe he was a bit broken like she was? Chibimoon lived in vain home that one day she would find someone that had the same trouble with their powers that she did. Unfortunately she was beginning to feel that would never happen.

After all, it wasn't as if this was really her power. Things borrowed never quite worked the same for the person that they originated with. Still a senshi in training, perhaps eternally in training. The bitter thought came that maybe, if she were an Eternal senshi as well, things might be better. Chibimoon could have kept up with the self-loathing thoughts all night given the option but instead she chose to deliver a roundhouse kick to the midsection of the nearest youma.

"You are very ugly! Maybe you should go back to where you came from." It was a bit of a tradition, taunting the youma. It was more fun and more interesting to taunt the Lieutenants and other officers of the Negaverse but hey, a girl took what she had. Looking over at Themis, she grinned.

"Can you take one?"

There was no real answer, just a quip that had her grinning even wider with a laugh. "Chaos is very ugly. The very most ugly!" Her youma was lashing out in her direction, the petite pink senshi dancing back and forth out of its reach. Really she was toying with it, waiting to feel her energy level rise again. It wasn't precisely tiring to use two tiara attacks in a short period of time but it wasn't that she wanted to use two. She wanted three. One right after the other when she had gained enough distance to use two in rapid-fire without collapsing.

There was a suspicion that she had though, that the Silver Crystal had played a part in the creation of youma. Chaos could only destroy, not create. So what had happened to give Chaos the power to create? Had it been Queen Serenity's release of all that power to bring her beloved daughter and her guardians to the future? Had it taken all of them, just not in the same manner? It was one of those burning, driving questions that she asked herself on quiet nights.

The contemplation gained a scratch across her arm with a snarl from the monster and a soft cry from her. Pink heels dashed out of range with ease, watching Themis punch his own in the face. Yeah, he could take it fine and it looked like he was pacing himself easily without having to bother. She really wondered what his power was, but he didn't seem too keen to demonstrate it. Distractions! She was filling her head with them and it was affecting her performance, which could always be fatal. It was almost like Mercury and Uranus were standing over her and frowning that slight frown they always did when she got sidetracked.

Boy, did that keep a girl on track! Running ahead of it, feeling deep inside of herself, the energy was chancy. But it had to be done. The youma was lumbering towards her faster and faster and if she stood still it was going to be just a little dangerous. Twice she chanted out: "Moon Tiara Magic!" and the disc flew out. The first made the youma hesitate. The second turned it into fine powder like its earlier compatriot. Chibimoon was grinning and cheering so loud she almost didn't hear it.

It was the odd ringing in her head that signaled that her cell phone was ringing. Probing into the subspace a charm-laden phone was pulled out of nowhere and the number was frowned at. Private? Who in the world...? Answering it and talking quietly for a moment or two, Themis could have watched the blood drain from her face. Knees trembled and her eyes welled up before she snapped the phone shut and nodded.

"I would like to be nice but I have to go. Trouble. Bad." Without even explaining, she turned, and ran. Ran all the way across town over the rooftops as fast as she could, all the way to Destiny City Memorial Hospital. She was so distracted she almost forgot to let go of her henshin so that when the young girl burst into the emergency room, it was Coralie Westerman asking what the hell had happened to her father.

She'd helped save a life tonight, at least.
