The library is a fairly standard one, with the stereotypical librarian to boot. The librarian is female and is usually found at her desk hunched over a stack of paperwork or a good book. Rows of shelves fill up most of the room with various scrolls and books organized alphabetically throughout. A group of about 6 old wood desks accompanied with chairs make up most of the center of the library.
Behind the librarians desk lies a room much similar to the main library but on a smaller scale. Inside it's filled with various scrolls detailing different types of jutsu from the simple D-Rank techniques to complex S-Rank techniques. If asked politely and given the appropriate jutsu ticket one can acquire the techniques that they wish to learn.

Before Tori arrived at the library she slipped into an alley and rose her long tunic, twisting to see the black mark on the small of her spine. The mark’s edges were raised with angry red lines framing the ebony color, she touched it gently and wince at the raw soreness. She dropped the tunic flinching as the material rubbed against her skin.
She slipped out from the alley and climbed up the stairs and into the building. Tori smiled at the librarian removing her ticket and handing it to the lady.
“I would like to trade this with a Mist Blaze Dance Technique scroll,” she said.
The woman looked at the ticket and walked away then came back with a scroll to which she handed to her.
Tori bowed then asked, “um…where are the scrolls about…marks…” she asked shyly.
The woman narrowed her eyes but told her the section, to which Tori walked to. She pulled a heavy tomb on ancient marks and sat at a table, flipping through the pages.

Tori rubbed her temples, there was nothing in the tomb about the Mark of Kain. They elders of her clan had known what the mark was at her birth, maybe in the family library there would be information…but she was forbidden to enter. She sighed and put back the tomb which was the tenth one she had looked through.
‘“I’ll sneak in tonight…I need to know,” she said softly before grabbing her new technique scroll and walking out of the library and returning home.

Alex walked into the library first, followed by Lily, who he held the door for. She led to the desk from there, turning to him. "We'll meet up back home." "Got it. Gonna see if they have anything interesting I can get with a c-rank ticket." The two split up, beginning to look around the library, unsure of which technique to learn.

Alex found a nice little fire style jutsu, taking it back to the librarian. He handed her the ticket, heading out with the scroll for Fireball Jutsu.
He had a thought, and begin relaying the message to Lily telepathically. On second thought, sis, let's spar back at our squad grounds to master our new techniques. Upon finding a jutsu for herself, she also cashed in her ticket, heading out with the scroll for Liquid Bullet. Agreed, we'll head there now.
