For those crew who were not on Skype last night, there was a discussion about Dakotapikpik being the only member besides myself who is able to judge Arrancar characters. To me it is a bit annoying that I have two vice captain's, which don't know how to judge them that well but I feel much happier knowing they are willing to admit it than be accused of it from another so I don't hold very much annoyance to them about this. But for the rest of the crew to not be helping out that much in the field of judging is a bit further annoying. Yes I know I do not judge as much either, but I come around to it from time to time, I just have other hard workings on gaia to do lately.

The big issue is just that it seems only Dakota is the one accepting characters into the Arrancar race, so with this, I want volunteers to come in and play as Judges for the Arrancar.


To volunteer, I want you to pretty much just post here saying you want to judge for Arrancar.

If you want to be a judge for Shinigami and Arrancar, that is okay too, and I would love that, but you will have to show me via private message that you can make good assessments of both shinigami and arrancar. This of course is not something to be voted on, I will be looking over it myself and seeing if you are capable of it, which most of my Crew should be capable of it, lol.

I thought there were only assigned judges for profiles... any of us can judge...??? My bad and my mistake >.<'

Redd, you took something wrong from last night. I was the one that said that they didn't know how to Judge Arrancar RPC's. Ace wasn't even on yesterday to defend himself, because it was Dakota that said he couldn't. I am going to continue to Judge my Shinigami RPCs. Also, I will say this, no one else judges other than me and Ace right now, and it has been open to all that is crew. Oh, and before I get hate from this, when other people do judge, it's mostly because I ask them to.

Also, it was changed to the fact that Dakota was not the only Arrancar RPC judge any more.

My bad, my bad, I did bring it down rather hard and kinda remembered it wrong from last night, and I apologize.

But it still is needed that all crew judges the RPC's, and we do need to take down that thing that Kaicho had up, he was the person that originally made it to assigned crew only.

Of course we will still need to make sure people know how to do it, and if they don't, we can always teach them.

The reason this came up is because the two arrancars you've judged were done very poorly to be blunt.

And thank you, Kage and Born. Laying all the blame on one person with one side of the story, God do I love what the council has turned to.

I volunteer for both, I am confident in my judging skills.

And Dakota, "I own the damn thing" were your exact words on this matter, if you'll remember.

Training for Arrancar Assessments will begin on the 15th of July, I will allow more people to join, but the class will be open to anyone who wishes to join.
