Bursting with activity, the Citadel is mostly known for the shopping district which includes the armory, an ingredient shop for biochemist, a parts shop for mechanist and gun store owned by Conner Cintere but run by a clerk.

Well suited to the dark, from previously being a resident of the now defunct Nocturne, Ollie sifted through the crowds of people like it was mad man's game of tag. Dodging left, right and center and getting a serious of strange and odd looks from strangers and the occasional group of guards, mostly because Ollie was giggling like a tenant of the local asylum and mimicking a bird. Eventually while on his merry way, Ollie discovered a Building labeled "Armory" in a large, bold print and waltzed inside.
"Cool, I want one of those." Ollie said as he pointed out at a miniature version of a tower shield located above the door. The Shopkeeper looked at him funny and asked, "You mean you want one of the real tower shields from the back, right?"
Ollie gave the Shopkeeper and awkward, screwed up look and retorted, "No I want one of those." And continued to point at the miniature tower shield.
"Look kid, that's just a replica of the real thing, it's made of painted oak, not steel." The Shopkeeper sighed, well aware that Ollie looked like the type that wouldn't give up. "Fine, if you can get it down from there, it's yours."
So with a nod Ollie looked around at his surroundings, jumped up and off a nearby display rack that thankfully didn't buckle under his weight and managed to snatch the shield down. "Thanks Mister." Was all Ollie said before he ran out of the Armory and headed back to the Crystal Academy.
