  Okay people I give up... it seams that Multi Kulti doesn't work at all as I wanted... or dreamed like.... So then I've decided to change the guild theme to ANIME AND MANGA!!
Ofcourse I, with your help will try to create the new guild different from the currently existing guilds with that theme.In the main forum we still have contests and events with prizes and ofcourse the Fashion Show like before... that stays, cause I can see that some people here like them. smile SO..... I'd like you to post your favourite animes or mangas and tell me if you'd like to run a subforum about it.
I ask everyone! Because I'll demote the current ViceCaptains to Members.
If the current moderators will want to help in the new guild then the old subforums made by them will be just cleaned for new theme, if not, then the subforum will be deleted.
REMEMBER!!!! IF YOU WANT TO BE A VICECAPTAIN I NEED YOU TO BE ACTIVE AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH (dayly or weakly would be even more wanted)
IF YOU'LL BE ABSENT PLEASE INFORM ME OR WRITE ABOUT IT IN THE GUILD
BUT... if you don't want to be a Vice Captain and have your own subforum then your favourite manga and animes are still importand! So please post about them in here.
Maybe we'll find a moderator for this anime/manga.Waiting for your answers...

To tell you the truth I think this will be even harder then the multi kulti couse there are countlless animes and mangas. And the guild is active becouse of it's members and not becouse of it's general idea...anyhow

And the guild is active becouse of it's members and not becouse of it's general idea...anyhow I do understand that sweatdrop but apperently my idea doesn't work, people loose interest very fast... and if from 56 current members only a few of them post and usually only in the contests which aren't the main idea of Multi Kulti, then ther's no use for the guild to exist as it is... Ofcourse I do know that the anime/manga idea is even more difficult... that's why I need ViceCaptains and CrewMembers on which I can really rely on. Not like till now, when only a few of them had even interest in what's going on. Besides I have a few new ideas about how could an anime/manga guild be different from the other ones ^_^, if it comes to rebuilding the guild I will discuss everything with the new crew ^_^. Which I trully hope will be really interested in participating sweatdrop

I think that MultiKulti should stay the same as it is.
There are already too many anime and manga guilds, so in my opinion the fact that Multi Kulti is somewhat more original than all those anime/manga guilds, is what makes me want this place to remain as it is.
Maybe this guild could focus on certain languages, so it would not be, like, there are 5 people with 5 different languages. Or maybe we could pick out (for example) 5 languages for the guild.
And, we could have a multinational anime/manga subforum, and besides that, many other things, so it's Anime+Manga AND Multinational. Let's get a crew meeting in which we discuss what subforums are needed, what needs to go and what needs to come, and work on it together, by dividing the tasks that need to be done in order to make this place fun. It's just that a little help is needed.
Moreover, setting up a guild mule is also a good idea, in order to have some money for the guild, and then contests can be made.

Yes, it pretty much depends on an active crew. My guilds wouldn't have survived with the people that helped me. You just have to choose some people who really can do something, like, they have the time.
What do you mean where you write "then should I understand that ther's something wrong with me", and before it?
Maybe you could try to think up something else instead of anime/manga, or if you really want to stick with that, try to come up with something new in that section, I guess.
If you need some quick tasks done or some ideas, feel free to ask me about it, I'll gladly help. Unfortunately I can't be a helper with things that take long, I don't have that much time :<
I think you worked really hard, maybe we just don't have the people enough, by the way? At first my guilds were also very slow and things, but I looked around for people who would be good for my guilds, and thus found those who could help me a lot.

And ofcourse I have ideas for the new guild, which won't be like the other ones;P I am to weird to act like most people... I would apriciate your help ^_^ and since you say, that I could bother you with only short tasks or questions, then what would you say about being a part of the crew? I'm glad you have original ideas ;3 I'm looking forward to having the new guild ^^ (Though Multi Kulti was supposed to be awesome to me as well... o.o) I'd gladly be a crew member, if it's OK ^^ I'll try to be as useful as I can, though throughout summer there will be days when I won't be able to get to the computer, I'll try to inform you before I leave for those few days. If that is alright, I'm ready for crewness 8D
