The fiels were clear this sunny Summer morning. The winds sweeping and parting the grass like Moses to the red sea. Swaying in the wind, the scent of summer abound and a single mare traversing the plains in thought.

Freydan had been traveling for quite a while; he knew he was quite completely lost in the area he'd wandered into, but the moss green stallion had given up on trying to make his way back more familiar grazing grounds. For the moment he was simply enjoying the fresh air and sunshine. His nostrils flared to catch the scents of the wild grasses, the distant calls of birds, and he could feel his legs tense and relax. The call to run was irresistable, and before he knew it he was freely cantering through the grasses, hooves pounding against the earth in a familiar rhythm.

She continued to trot down the way. Minding her own business as she felt somethign brush close and slam against her. "OMPH!" she exclaimed, feeling the male slam up against her as they collided.

Well, that horse had certainly come out of nowhere! Freydan snorted loudly in surprise, barely managing to not run her over; instead his muscular body caromed off to the side, sending him stumbling face-first into the ground in a most undignified fashion. Panic set in for a moment, but he calmed himself quickly enough to keep from thrashing his legs and possibly injuring himself, and after a long moment of heavy breathing he got up, shaking each leg carefully to make sure he hadn't broken anything. Once that was complete he shook his whole body, looking to the equine he'd nearly trampled.
"I am so sorry about that, I didn't see you! Are you alright?"

"Watch where you're going." she growled to the male with a light scowl on her face. Just fairly annoyed by now. She snarled at the male in a rather feral way. She found herself flat on the ground in an awkward position, rump back down. She struggled to sit up.

Well then, she didn't seem too happy! "Hey, I said I'm sorry! There's no need to get snappy..." His ears flickered up and down, clearly confused by what seemed to be an overreaction on her part. Maybe she just wasn't feeling well? He knew that he could get a little snappish himself sometimes when he felt under the weather.

"Besides.... What do you want?" she asked. Raising an eyebrow at her. her eyes making the sword and dagger look, not friendly at all.

"Nothing...? I was just going for a run through the grass, is there something wrong with that? Last I checked, a herd didn't live here..." The stallion snorted slightly, wondering if it was perhaps time for him to leave, before the mare got it into her head to do something unpleasant to him. Females could be awfully strange sometimes, really...

"A herd doesn't live here, but it doesn't mean you have the right to tresspass in my home." she growled. This was her temporarily her home after all.

"Well then, I'm sorry I trespassed on your home. It's not exactly easy to tell when a single Azrein lives in an area, though... but I apologize nonetheless. I'll get going now." Letting out a sigh, Freydan bowed his head, then turned and started walking off, his tail flicking about slightly with agitation. Why did some Azrein have to be so rude? It wasn't like he'd come charging in with intentions of taking the land for his own or anything; he didn't even have a herd to lead yet, for goodness sake!

She snarled lightly and looked over at the strange male. Wondering who this was anyway, Not like he was a threat. she settled down to rest for the day.
