Basically talk until you can't talk anymore. Topic is open to anyone and any conversation. So talk about characters, goals, plots, even about what you hope to see in the guild or change. Talk about members or the mods, what you like, what you don't like. Chatterbox only has one rule and that's no hardcore flaming. Mods will not ban you here for speaking your mind. This is a friendly zone that all opinions matter and are looked at as such.

I think maybe I should allow one of you two become the guild leader. I would not feel right leading, and calling the shots in a guild that I have not really helped create in anyway other than talking about what I was going to do for the guild. So, I think we should discuss this.

Diz, it's fine. We all worked on this together to save you the mental energy and time. All of us knew about your stress so we all agreed to make the work load easier on you and split all the work evenly among the three of us. Travis, Drew, and myself really understand your troubling situation. So think of it as a gift. A gift from your friends. So be happy and smile! smile biggrin

Omg we've done so much work. I kinda wish we lived near each other then we could have a party to celebrate. Like the opening day celebration with drinks and stuff. So now that we've basically finished all the super difficult work we might want to think about finding trustworthy people to be on our staff who would actually do MOD work and start selecting jobs for everyone. But this can wait until all the actual rules are finished being posted. Diz if you feel something needs to be moved somewhere please move things around at your leisure.

Wow. I'm impressed with how much work y'alls are doing. This guild alone has earned you guys my respect *nods*
Never seen a guild that looks like it has had this much effort put into it.

Oh my gosh Drew, I'm like blushing now. I can't really say I'm responsible for everything. I have to give some of the credit to Travis. Ever since Travis and I started talking and grew closer as friends we've worked on guilds left and right branching ideas off of each other and creating multiple systems and guilds. Even though Travis didn't physically write anything he did work with me on it and I couldn't do it without him. But most of all either of us wouldn't be working on this guild if Diz didn't make it. So please don't give me all the credit. I'm not a genius or anything, I personally just like making things to help my friends have an outlook from reality. This guild is a way to do that just like all the other guilds I've ever been involved with or in. But Ninja thanks for liking the guild. We hope that it goes on forever and everyone who joins likes it just as much as you do. We are slowly getting closer to finishing all the main rules and systems for the most part all of them are done we just have to finish one last part which deals with "main cannon character" families and clans. Once that's done I'll be letting Diz know we are finished with the maintenance and have him check through the guild. Once that's happens and he doesn't find anything wrong with the guild then we will be closer to opening the guild to the public and start inviting people.

Okay so once all of the systems and rules are done I am going to need a Mod to edit the Newbie Thread and make basically a little guide on how to understand the guild and where to go first. Links are helpful. So whoever does that thread please be sure to remember and use links pages. Make sure your information is exact.
Diz when you get a free chance we need to talk about Mod Jobs and find a few more trusty people to be Mods who completely understand the guild so they can have a job and lower our stress level and watchful eye over the guild.
