Moonfall, it was starting to feel like a second home to Liza, if not her actual home. Here she had so many wonderful memories and everytime she stepped foot in the city, she imagined the slowly setting sun, fading in to a dusty canvas. Lights, bright, neon and beautiful flickering on one by one. She found herself staring at one, people passed and nudged by her in the street but she didn't move. If he was with her now, she wouldn't have been barged, the figures would have moved gracefully around them and it was then she realized how much of a mark the reaper was on the world.
Snapping out of her thoughts, the streets were packed as usual, seeing children chasing after lost balloons and unknown faces weaving in and out of shops. She had almost, just almost forgot that she was here to shop today and not search for the blue haired wonder boy. With a deep breath, Liza's lips filled with a cheerful smile, spotting her most favorite shop on the corner of the street; an accessory shop, with a wand for a banner, a star at the end acting like the tie on a bow.
Making her way merrily towards it, she pushed open the door, the bell chimes soothing yet alerting, and peaked in to the shop. Inside, there were two sections. One for the men and the other for women. Like most shops. She looked around the bow stands, twirling them to take in the variety of colours and styles that it provided hoping something would stick out for her.
She was used to having a partner to shop with however today she was without, apparently everyone was busy. She sighed lightly, not having a second opinion would kill her judgement. She must have gone through twenty headbands, fifteen pairs of earings and still, she was at a loss.
"Well, this is hopeless." She chanted to herself. Looking around the store like a lost little puppy in hope that someone she knew was around who could possibly help with her dilema. Thankfully, her stomach growled. She took that as an excuse to take a break before coming back on a satisfied stomach, which may help. Making an exit, there was a donut stand not too far away that she knew rather well, it's sweet scent lured her towards the average looking stall.
'Mhmm that smells delicious, as usual.' She thought idly, taking up a space in the que and waiting until she could finally grab herself something yummy to nibble on.

If there was one town he truly enjoyed above all else, it was definitely Moonfall. It was his hometown and constantly lively, full of people milling about and shopping for various things. He didn't typically buy many things while here, but Lycander very much enjoyed how many different people he could meet just by walking along the streets. And then there was always the little cafe shops he could stop in to get a small bite to eat and meet even more people! Really, his social nature would end up being the death of him.
Maybe he should get something for his sister while he was out today? Hadn't she mentioned something or another about wanting a new pair of shoes? Or was it that dress they had seen a week ago in her favorite shop? Lycander tapped his chin while he walked along. Damn. What had- oh hey! The candy shop! That was definitely someplace he needed to stop in. For himself and his siblings. Just what they needed. Sugar.
Speaking of something to eat, had he eaten anything since early this morning? Lycander frowned as he weaved around a gaggle of girls staring into a shop window. Their giggling made him pause and take a look himself. Ah, an ear piercing. Glancing up and...yep. It was one of the jewelery shops. Smirking and lingering only long enough to say hi to a few of them, Lycander decided he needed to find something to snack on. The sweet smells of some sort of pastry drew his nose, pulling the young man to a slow halt. A few people passed by him as his green gaze hunted around for the source of the sweet smells. Donuts. "Perfect." He murmured, wandering into the shop.
Hands in his pockets, the young man rocked lightly back on his heels while he waited in the line. Like usual, he wore some sort of gold accessories that drew a few eyes and he merely smiled or grinned in a friendly manner towards the onlookers. Not being able to resist chatting with anyone, Lycander chose to speak to the girl with lovely pale blonde hair in front of him. "Mmm...everything sure smells so good in here, don't you agree? Don't think I'll be able to choose just one. It's so tempting to get a dozen. But I can't eat a dozen by myself. I can't even say if I have a favorite." He finally paused and blinked before grinning some more. "Excuse my rapid speech. Guess we are both craving something sweet and pastry like?" Hopefully he didn't spook her by his sudden chatter.

Liza was simply waiting in line, she wasn't expecting the voice to be directed at her, although when she looked over her shoulder to examine who the charming voice was coming from, her eyes widened. He looked so familiar it was a shock to the girl and in the process of figuring out whether he was her friends cousin or not, she almost blurted out 'Cole' until it was clear that it wasn't when she turned a little more. He was looking down at her, with a grin full of friendly intent. It was so infectious she couldn't help but grin back at the shiny, decorated boy.
"I know right! I love getting the donuts here, they seem to be a little tastier than all the other stalls." They were all so yummy, she had to agree that picking one overall would be a hard task and gave a happy nod before considering his indirect offer. "I wouldn't mind sharing, if you would like to go half and half? We can get a share of all the flavors-" She lifted her hand with her index finger raised as if to prove a point. "And, if there are some left over we can save them for later!"
Perhaps she had gotten the wrong idea here, hopefully she wasn't scaring him off at the suggestion of hanging out longer than simply chatting in line. She loved to make new friends and as the opportunity had arrived, she couldn't resist taking it.
He wasn't bad on the eyes either; she turned around to face him fully rather than half-twisted just to get a better look at him. Out-stretching her hand, she took a hold of the hanging sash by his side and carefully rubbed her fingers against it. "Anyone would think you were royalty with all this beautiful gold and material. It's so soft, silky." She admitted with a sweet chuckle, her bright blues finding his emeralds once more to take their attention.

He had enough sense to look a little sheepish at just starting up a conversation so suddenly with someone he didn't even know. But he wasn't sorry for it. It wasn't like he was doing anything wrong by having a friendly talk, right? Besides. It was practically his trade mark now. As well as the gold accessories he constantly wore. And this girl didn't seem too bothered by him speaking to her. Maybe a little surprised at first, but the grin she sent back made him happy he had started up a conversation. Plus, it wasted time while they stood in line. That was always a plus.
Lycander grinned. "I most definitely agree! This place has always been my preference when getting that donut craving. Have to sadly admit I have not been in here for a while. Had I not caught the sweet smell wafting outside, I probably would have walked right past." But he hadn't. And he was quite glad he hadn't. Lycander gave her a pleasantly surprised look at her offer. "Why, I would not mind in the least sharing with you. Half and half sounds fantastic to me! But I feel I should introduce myself before then." He gave a small bow before straightening. "My name is Lycader. And it is a pleasure to meet you."
It made him glad to discover that she seemed as equally as bubbly as he was. Willing to chat and offering smiles. And she was cute too. Sort of reminded him of his younger sister back home. She was shorter than he. Pale blonde hair flowing down her back. Lycander was almost fairly certain she was younger then he was as well.
He didn't even flinch or mind when when she reached out and snagged part of his sash. If anything, he just grinned down at her. "Isn't it? I love the soft materials. Every now and then I might find something silky that I like too. But usually something between soft cotton and silk." A pleasant laugh rang out. "And I can assure, I am not royalty. I just collect gold accessories. A weakness of mine." The blue eyes that looked up at him were just as cute as the rest of her. "You're too cute for thinking that. But alas, I'm just your average witch. With a taste for gold. And a fine taste in fashion." He winked down at her. "I wouldn't go so far as to say I am very passionate about fashion, but I do love finding nice looking things to wear." So that might have sounded girly of him, but what did he care? He liked shopping!

Happy that the boy didn't give her a confused look when she openly provided the offer of sharing, just one made up of surprise, she gave him a pleasant smile. Only having to step back as he bowed to her in greeting, feeling the brush of anothers back next to her in line she chuckled, waving one hand to them in a silent apology. She looked back to 'Lycander' which the boy had introduced himself as rather politely; a gentleman! At this the witchlings cheeks took on the faintest pink, giving a quick nod in reply. "It's nice to meet you Ly-!" Cutting herself short of the sentence, what if he didn't like his name shortened? Though, she always gave people nicknames if there was the option what was the point of differing now?
"Is it ok to call you Ly?" She asked curiously, raising one hand to her mouth hoping he wouldn't be offended however he came across as very happy and on the move like she was, which she couldn't of been more glad of. "I'm Liza." Placing her hand back to her side, she couldn't help but look over his clothing as he talked of it, assuring his status wasn't royalty, even if it was she was sure he would cover his tracks, as anyone would, All the attention would get irritable at a guess after some time, she gave a soft smile.
"Really? You could of fooled me, even at a glance. I am shocked but it just goes to show, how stylish even normal folk can be!" Cute? Did he just call her cute? Well, if she hadn't felt the heat rise to her cheeks once, they definitely became a vibrant shade now. His charming grin wasn't helping that, he was just too adorable. "Y-yeah! I agree completely. I love shopping here, in Moonfall you can't go wrong for 'nice' looking clothing" She gave a chuckle, flashing him a grin in the process but turned as the man at the counter called the next customer once.
Then a second time, she quickly reached out and took Lycanders wrist pulling him over to the counter with her. "Yes! Sorry!" She looked up at the fancy boy beside her, then to the menu. The treats were all so delicious."Could we get a dozen please! As for flavors.. " She made a hand gesture to the new friend allowing him to pick them out first.

That faint blush that stained her cheeks made her look even more adorable, he thought. She reminded him of a doll, almost. Sweet and innocent. And equally as social as he was, so it appeared. Lycander was quite happy to have started chatting with the blonde. "You can call me whatever you like! I don't mind nicknames or shortened versions of my name." He grinned. "Makes each of you more unique when I can identify you as someone that calls me something different from everyone else." Lycander tilted his head a little. "Aside from some of my family, I actually don't think anyone does call me 'Ly'. Perfect! The nickname is all yours to use, darling."
Laughing a little, his eyes brightened hearing her name. "Liza? That is quite a lovely name!" He exclaimed and watched her still as she looked over his clothing. If he were to be honest, it had never crossed his mind before how dressing nicely like so could draw eyes to him for other reasons. Such as Liza had thought him to be royalty. It was strange to even think on. He'd never once thought about what someone with such a status as being 'royal' would wear. He just wore what he liked and couldn't help his taste in fashion. Nor his addiction to shiny golden objects.
"I guess it does!" The new blush that appeared was even more adorable than the first one. Lycander chuckled a little before diving in to a topic he did so enjoy. "Moonfall is such a great place to shop. Always have some great deals going on. Wonderful shops. There's this fantastic little cloth place not too far from here. It's where I got the fabric for my sash! I love finding those small overlooked shops. They usually have some of the best things hidden among their shelves." He beamed. "Perhaps I could show you the place?" She had liked the fabric of his sash, after all. So maybe she would love the little shop as well?
Brief surprise flitted through his eyes when she snagged his wrist and pulled him forward with her. Lycander cheerfully followed and smiled a little apologetically to the man behind the counter. "Forgive us, were so busy admiring all the wonderful choices." He winked down at Liza and inspected all their choices. "Hmm...what do you say to a couple chocolates, couple jelly filled, one vanilla and one maple frosting, couple apple spice ones..." He glanced down at Liza, to see if these were satisfactory so far. "What else do you think?" He asked with that charming smile of his.
