[Large forest, large opening, next to a mountain, blah blah blah, not many details needed to be expressed here. We're here to try and kill each other, or at least attempt to. Huge clearing in the forest and thats where we are. End of story.]

Aziel stood next to a tree near the end of the clearing, leaning up against it with his back with his eyes closed. He didn't need to have them open; after all, when she got here he would know it. With his zanpaktou already on his right thigh, he didn't need anything else. He was told to come to this place to have a spar with someone, though he didn't think the name was familiar. Oh well. He was in one of those moods, anyway, so details mattered not. he would wait as long as it took.

The wind began to pick up a little, growing from a gentle breeze to an eerie howl. One would think a storm was approaching, but from further observation, the clouds seemed to be moving away. The force of the reiatsu was ridiculous, even at a distance. The very air seemed to hang heavy and almost god was trying to press the earth itself. Without warning, she landed, feet first gently onto the grass. Her landing not even a yard away from her challenger. She didn't bother to acknowledge him, simply walking past him.

To anyone who carried their weight in the spiritual realm for a long while, would recognize her almost immediately, as her in her days, she was a force to be reckoned with, however she died years ago, could this be a phantom?

It didn't matter, if it felt the same, looked the same, then it had to be the same right? As she moved to the clearing, she gave the both of them enough space. It seemed that her intent was to be able to have the time to learn his movements. The way he moved, would dictate a means of defeating him. She pulled her zanpakutou from its sheath, attached from behind to a belt she was wearing, relieving the other zanpakutou from the sheath at her side, handling both in a reversed position. She did not get into a stance, simply standing still before her opponent.

"Your name?" She spoke in a low, yet loud tone so that she could be heard over the wind's howl. As time passed, more of her reiatsu became visible, vaporous like smoke off her body.

He had felt her long before she had appeared next to him. It was quite comical, really. The more extravagant the entrance, the more interesting it made things after all. Slowly opening his eyes, Aziel looked over towards Feiy, her ghostly form not even leaving an impression on him. After all, the many things that happened after one died could never really be explained, so the ghostly appearance of this woman didn't surprise him at all. Slowly walking into the clearing, Aziel's hands flexed, his fingers moving to get him loose. It seemed she wanted to go ahead and start, seeing how she already drew her blades. The intent she gave off threw him off slightly though. He was used to someone with the intent to hurt him, but this woman was altogether different. She had the look of a tiger gazing at it's prey, hungry for it's flesh and blood. He didn't know if she really meant it, or if she was just using that mentality to try and make him hesitate.

It wouldn't work.

"Aziel." The short answer was given with a slight smile at the end. The way he carried himself said he wasn't the least bit intimidated by her. he was wary, but that was just the instinct he had gained throughout his years as a living being. Now that he was dead, it had ebbed slightly and only served to remind him of his past training. Stopping about ten feet from the woman, Aziel quickly bowed to her, his feet together and his hands against his thighs. It was customary for warriors in his profession to bow to their adversary, to show respect. He hadn't lost any of that.

Quickly moving upright, Aziel turned almost sideways, still looking at Feiy with his left hand slowly moving out, elbow bent, hand almost into a fist. His right leg was already behind him, with his right hand held in front of his waist, in the normal Horse Stance he was so used to making. The normal stance for this was supposed to be used with back and forward motions of the body, to prepare for the quick movements that would come with the battle. However, with the current situation, he doubted that would be wise.

His own reiatsu starting to vapor off of him, Aziel was surrounded in an almost medium gray haze, not white but not gray at the same time, his green eyes staring forward at Feiy with intent. He was ready for her, and anything she had to throw at him.

"Hajime." It was a simple word, though with it Aziel's reiatsu suddenly cut off, focused in his body, giving off the intent he felt then. He was telling her to start, telling her he was ready for her.

The feeling of being crushed was growing more intense around them, as small cracks in the ground started to appear, to faint for the eye to see just yet. The sudden shutting off of his reiatsu made her wary, if only for a moment. This was something she had experienced before from other opponents. More than likely him shutting his energy was meant to collect and his compress his reiatsu for an opening where he can release in a blast, whether it be a wide range technique or something more focused, she did not know. It was something that she would have to draw out.

"Rengeki..." She whispered quietly, though he could likely still hear her. Her body began to glow dimly, the rate her reiatsu hazed off her body lessened greatly. If she was correct, she would be able to draw in his reiatsu and absorb it within herself, assuming that she was willing to take whatever he decided to dish out. However, she could just come into contact with his body and leech it directly, a tactic that would be prove more useful than the former. Because if she would be able to leech some of his reiatsu, she could figure out whether he was an elemental user or kidou-based before he even did anything. A slight smile slipped from her stony expression, she was satisfied with the current idea. In an instant, her body snapped from its prone position right into action. With little distance, she had to move quickly, crouching low to the ground before leaning forward, her hands gripped tightly on her blades as they touched the ground.

With a sudden pulse of her reiatsu, she fired two eternal gales into the ground, angling the blast, so that the debris would be fired right at her opponent. Using the momentum from her technique, she hopped back, winding back her arm before throwing her zanpakutou at him, its trajectory going in a small ark, and with luck the blade would end up striking him down her torso. She landed now about five yards away from her original, farther into the clearing. For now she wasn't going to go ahead with the plan. Simply getting a feel for his battle experience and drawing him farther into her element was good enough for the time being.

The simple name of a technique didn't click inside his head. He had never heard that word before, so he paid it no mind. It wouldn't do him any good to wonder what she was talking about and draw his attention away from the fight. If he had thought of it, he might have been taken by surprise by her tactic. Wind suddenly exploding from her hands, the ground was ripped apart and thrown forward at him, obstructing his vision of her, though only slightly. He couldn't focus on the debris being launched at him, only at the one throwing it at him. Moving quickly, Aziel jumped forward, straight into the hail of debris, using his left hand to redirect larger pieces while hitting smaller ones to crush them against his knuckles. The feeling of hard ground and dirt hitting his hand felt...almost good. While he didn't like fighting, simply hitting something felt enjoyable to him. He was a sadist on occasion, and he knew it.

With a few scratches to his clothes and body from sharp rocks inside the debris, Aziel came from the cloud looking only forward, trying again to find the woman who was his opponent. What he was met with was a blade flying straight at him, spinning as it flew forward. Staying in position, the blade went right through him, or at least, the image of him. The image Aziel left behind quickly disappeared as he stood right behind Feiy's thrown blade. Whether or not he should use the weapon against it's master wasn't even in his mind. Picking up the weapon, Aziel's right arm quickly snapped towards the treeline, the blade quickly burying itself hilt deep into the trunk of a tree. It was obvious that Aziel liked using his fists as opposed to a blade, and wanted to make sure Feiy would eventually have to do the same.

Going back into his horse stance, Aziel stood on the balls of his feet, his heels never touching the ground. He was ready to move whenever he needed to, something that he thought would come in handy against her. she seemed...erratic, in her movements. He wasn't about to let her draw him into her tactics. Standing there in the same stance as he had at the beginning of the fight, Aziel only looked at Feiy.

"Hajime."
