This is a quest to power up
Claire DurandKnight Title: Alyscamps Page.
Challenge: Break in the wind of the witches!
Uniform: Most of this is definitely changeable at the artist's discretion; it's just the idea I have in my head. Overall, I'd like any patterns on her clothes to have swirls and curlicues, rather than squared or angular shapes, as well as ruffles.
Top -- A sleeveless turtleneck, under an underbust corset (not so tight she can't breathe) and a
ruffled bolero,
Bottoms -- Black trousers/breeches.
Gloves -- Elbow-length fingerless gloves, laced up on the outsides.
Belt -- A pair of leather belts crisscrossing at her waist, at the bottom of the corset, with cords/chains/ribbons looped around them with beads and charms.
Shoes -- Victorian boots, ankle or knee high, laced up the fronts.
Accessories -- A hair pin/ornament of some sort, mostly swirls and curlicues with beads or gemstones. Any additional jewelry at artist's discretion.
Weapon -- Fan.
Page -- A silk fan with steel ribs. Not much use at this stage; she can whack people with it, and use it to deflect attacks, but not much else.
Squire -- Same construction, now as long as her forearm. She can still use it to whack people and deflect attacks, though it's somewhat more unwieldy now, but when she opens the fan and swings it, it creates a strong wind. The wind is strong enough to make anyone in its path have to really struggle to move, and if she catches someone midstep, it may knock them over. It lasts for about twenty seconds, and she can use it once per fight.
Knight -- A steel war fan, similar in design to the
Courtesan's fan (though definitely not bladed), still as long as her forearm. It's heavy, unwieldy, and difficult to swing around, but any hits she lands with it will probably hurt, and it's not bad as a shield. Her magic gains an additional effect; it causes ringing in the ears and disorientation, as well as an overwhelming sense of being alone and unable to reach anyone else, even if someone is standing mere steps away. The duration of the wind is the same, twenty seconds, and the disorientation effect lasts an additional twenty seconds.
Primary Color: Blue (same as on the Saturn swatch).
Secondary Color: White.
