 Kihalua had it bad.
Ever since Hinekiri had come into his life, he could think of little else. There wasn't a moment in the day when the King's b*****d daughter didn't dance through his head. Just last week, when he delivered an order of costume pieces to the players, did he notice that instead of a variety of colors, he had chosen only one; blue.
The sad thing was that even though he knew how pathetic it was to act so childishly, he couldn't wait until he saw her again. He was bouncing off the walls already! Maybe he should go see her? No, no, that wouldn't be right. Or would it? Should he bring her a gift? Or would that be too forward?
"Maybe this necklace? Or that headpiece! A crown? A...bracelet?" He huffed, dropping his paw down on a freshly painted mask. "Really? Really?!"

Tabt skipped ahead of her mother singing a light song in her head as she went. Tabt was a happy girl now, her momma had saved her and now she lived a great life singing and dancing all the time. It had taken Tabt a considerable amount of time to get over her first few days in the pride she had been so afraid to go anywhere out of side of her mommy, her mommy had found her and kept her safe. Now however Tabt was like just any other cub. She turned and looked over her head to make sure her momma was right behind her, "Come on lets go!" she called back.
It was with a large smile that Hinekiri watched the young cub dance around in front of her. Unline Hinekiri the cub had adjusted quite well adjusted quite quickly it had taken Hinekiri had been a mess for quite sometime. Hinekiri was now however a well adjusted female who well she was in love... or she thought that she was.
Hinekiri felt a little silly for being in love because well she had only met the male in question once. Hinekiri was a little hesitant though, she had met a male once before, mothered cubs with him, then the next thing she knew one of her cubs was stolen... she didn't go searching she knew that the father had taken him, but she had been heart broken, she wasn't sure if she would be able to trust anyone else... and now she had Tabt to worry about as well.

Kihalua tossed his golden mane into the cool night air. Like most days, it was splattered here and there with costume paint, feathers, and the occasional twig. As he whiped his paw clean from the paint, he backed out of his work space, and heard the voice of a cub. It started out as a song, then switched into a happy call. Kihalua smiled. Cubs always brought out the goofier side in him. A part of him just couldn't get over how adorable they were, and it was that part that had him walking down to get a look.
Then he stopped dead in his tracks.
Jaw slack, his eyes went to her. His muse, his dream goddess, his- Kihalua hastily tried to not look so surprised. He'd only met her once, and yet, the rising moon shone brighter the closer she came. "Mi'lady Hinekiri," he bowed, flashing her a bright smile. Then his eyes turned to the little female cub. "And what's your name, Princess? I don't think I've seen you around before."
