talked and talked

“Plant the C4 quickly!” Briggs ran over to the bridge and planted it.
“Now lets get the hell out of here!” said Stryker.
“I’m not going to miss this place.” Briggs replied.
“Okay there should be a Hummer right...” He felt like he got punched in the back and he looked down and saw the exit wound and blood gushing out of it. He tried to let out a sound but nothing came out. Agent Briggs’ quickly grabbed Stryker and dragged him out before he too was shot. He detonated the bridge so that the enemy forces could not follow. He worked his way over to the jeep. He managed to toss Stryker in the passenger seat and he got in the driver’s seat and went off. Once he reached the landing zone where he was to be picked up he told Eagle Eye, that Stryker was down. They picked them up and right away they started CPR on Stryker trying to keep him from dying. They flew to the San Diego C.I.A HQ.
* * * *
“Director, what are we going to do, the chance of Stryker living is one in a million.” He said as he looked down at Stryker outstretched on a operation table.
“Yes I know. We have two options as I see it, we can either let our best man die. Or we commence Operation: Full Moon.”
“But, Sir that hasn’t yet been tested, the chances of it working are impossible.” “Doctor, he will die anyways their is no point in not trying, and if it is successful we could possibly have the next big thing in Special Ops.”
“Well sir, you do have quite a point.”
“So I think it is set in stone Doctor, commence Operation: Full Moon.” Dr. Black, went down to the operation room gave them the “Okay” and started work.
“He’s coming to.” The doctor walked over,
“Agent Stryker, can you hear me?”
“What? Who are you and where am I?”
“I’m Dr. Black and you are in the C.I.A Infirmary.”
“What happened?”
“Well you were finishing a mission with your partner Agent Briggs, and you got shot in the back by a sniper rifle. Briggs brought you back, you are lucky to be alive actually.”
“How am I still alive?”
“Well have you heard of Operation: Full Moon?”
“No I don’t believe I have. What is it?”
“Do you know what a Werewolf is?”
“Yeah”
“Okay. So what happened, is we have been working on this “project” called Operation: New Moon and what it is to put a special substance into a human, preferably a spy. The reason for this is Werewolves have very spy like qualities: They have super vision, super hearing, super smell, very fast and agile, they are very good with stealth and camouflage, and they are extremely quite while doing all of this. So the point is to give a spy this one time substance and it will make them be able to turn into a Werewolf whenever they want.”
“So to save my life you tested the “project” on me?”
“Yes.”
“Did it work?”
“You are alive aren’t you, but we need to test you to see if it fully worked.” Stryker didn’t quite know what to think of this whole situation. It seemed too unreal like something out of a science fiction novel, and yet here it was unfolding right before him.
“Okay what do I have to do.”
“First thing, do you feel different?”
“Not that I can recall.”
“Okay stand up” Stryker stood up and noticed he almost felt lighter.
“Why do I feel lighter?”
“Werewolves are extremely strong therefore your leg muscle are probably four to five times stronger.” He started walking around the room and it was easier he almost felt like he was floating. Dr. Black put him through quite a few more tests and he passed all of them now the final one was to see if he can turn by will.
“In order to see you turn into a werewolf and to see if you can still control yourself, we must induce the transformation, because nobody currently knows what you must do to turn.” So Dr. Black strapped him down and got a big machine that had two tubes that had metal knobs on the ends. He switched button and they started emitting electricity from them.
“What are you doing?” He put both the knobs on Stryker and he yelled and that yell suddenly faded into a howl like sound.
“Stryker!? Stryker!? Settle down it’s alright! Are you able to respond to me? Stryker!?”
Stryker howled again, until he started settling down.
“Strkyer?”
“What happened?” he replied in a raspy voice.
“Okay so you can talk, good. How do you feel?”
“I feel horrible.”
“Okay but do you feel stronger, how is your vision, and smelling?”
“Wow, they are amazing.”
“Really? Can you stand?” Stryker stood up he was kind of hunched over with light brown fur completely drowning his body. He had big yellow eyes, and long gnarly teeth. He also had sharp claws that look like they could chop someone in half. Stryker walked over to a test dummy that Dr. Black had put there earlier, and stabbed with his right hand claw. He went around behind it and made a scissor like action with his claws, it chopped the dummy’s head off like he was cutting butter.
“Incredible!” The doctor said in an astonished tone. Once Stryker was ready Dr. Black took him outside to the training course. He already called the Director and asked if he could have the training course from all the agents, Director Hunter was not happy but he did. Stryker started running and he noticed he was twice as fast than before. He dropped his arms down and started running on all fours, and Dr. Black clocked his speed at over sixty miles per hour. After he ran around the track about twenty times he came back and it seemed that he was not tired what so ever it was like he didn’t even break a sweat. After a while of testing his newly found abilities. He willed himself to turn back and he did. The doctor released him and told him to go the office and meet with Director Hunter. So he went off and arrived at the C.I.A Headquarters of San Diego. When he got there the director was waiting for him and brought him to his office.
“So how do you feel?”
“Great. I am ready to work again.”
“Good and just in time, I just got this mission in.” He handed Stryker a folder that was title top secret.
“This is the debriefing everything you need to know is in there go ahead and go to your office and study, come back here if you want to do it.”
“Yes, sir.” Stryker started to walk out,
“Oh and Stryker.”
“Yes?”
“Try not to get yourself killed this time, that operation was expensive.”
“Yes, sir.” Stryker left his office.
Briggs was walking down the hallway and happened to glance into Stryker’s office and noticed someone in there, so he opened the door and right before his eyes was his supposedly deceased partner.
“Your alive?”
“Yeah they didn’t tell you?”
“No, they told me you were dead.”
“So you don’t know about the operation then?”
“No what operation?” Stryker explained everything to his partner every little detail. “No way so you have Werewolf powers?”
“Not only that but I can also turn into a Werewolf.”
“Wow. I’m just glad to have you back alive.”
“Yeah.”
He read through the debriefing and thought it was going to be a hard mission but with his new abilities he thought it would be a piece of cake. So he accepted the mission. Hunter was happy but not surprised he had always knew Stryker loved being in the action.
He was dropped off in Perm, Russia which is near Moscow. His mission was to go into a facility and see if it was truly the base of a terrorist group known as “The Leopards”. Stryker has dealt with them before so if you can do it once you can do it again.
He walked up about one-hundred yards away from the entrance and pulled out his binoculars. He skimmed the walls and roof and their were guards he counted six. He zoomed in farther and saw that they were carrying sub machine guns.
He walked up to one side of the facility and turned into a Werewolf. He jumped halfway up the wall, stuck his claws into it and boosted himself the other half. The guard on top didn’t hear a thing until he heard a quick bone crunching sound and he looked down and saw both of Stryker’s claws through his stomach. Stryker slowly guided the guard to the ground. He jumped onto the side of the building and started climbing up claw after claw into the wall until there was about 6 feet left and at that point he leaped up to the roof.
There were two more guards standing up here and talking. He got within ten feet behind one of them and in one move lunged forward and stuck his claws into the back of one of them and his force made him push him forward so his claws went into the second. There was one way down but it was locked from the inside and he didn’t have any explosive on him and the two guards didn’t have keys so he would have to find another way in.
There were two entrance's the front which was out of the question and the side which would have to be his best bet. He got back down to ground level. Their were about 5 more guards over here and he was in plain view so he had have to kill them all extremely quick, so he figured if he got jumped to the next got him and continued, he might go fast enough. So someone doesn’t see him and shoot which would alert everyone. So he did and surprisingly fast. Everyone was dead in under three seconds no one had a chance to blink. He was really starting to like his new abilities.
He opened up the side entrance and walked in. He heard some people talking and walking towards him so he jumped to the side in the shadow. When they passed he continued he did his best to avoid the cameras, which for him were not hard to spot. He came up to a straight hall and on the other end a guard standing and looking his way the hall was to long to do one giant leap forward and slash him before he saw him and would start shooting, so he had to think of a way. Luckily he had a backpack with him which had a flash grenade, he would use a smoke grenade but the guard might get frightened and start screaming, so he through it covered hi eyes and lunged forward. The guard was blinded and a split second later sliced in two.
When he jumped forward however he had so much forward force that he hit the wall behind the guard and this caused a loud sound. So a couple guards came running, and their was no where Stryker could run, so he had to stand here and take them on sadly it was a long hall so they could be shooting him way before he can get close enough to do anything. So all he could do was run towards them and as soon as they saw a big fury beast running towards them at high speeds they started unloading his way.
One ability he didn’t know about before now is that he could move so fast that he could almost make time slow down for him and only to him, so he was able to successfully dodge the first and second barrage but the third nicked his arm and made him lose balance so he tripped while going forty mph. He knocked into the two guards and killed them both.
Now he had alerted pretty much everyone so he started running deeper in going as fast as he can go. Guard after guard he killed they didn't even know what hit them. Until suddenly he got netted and he cut through like it was nothing but a whole bunch of guards started shooting nets at him and he tried to cut them as quick as possible but they finally got him and he was totally caught inside the nets. A big Russian man probably 6’5 350 pounds walked up and kicked him in the head. He lost conscience.
When he came to, he was strapped down on a table and no longer a Werewolf. Their were about five or six scientists around him taking his blood and injecting him with chemicals. Suddenly the lights shut off Stryker could hear weird muffled sounds. About five seconds later the lights turned back on and the scientists were gone. Standing in front of him was a beautiful girl with brown wavy hair. She seemed to be in her twenties probably a few years younger than Stryker. She must have been a C.I.A Agent, because although he had never seen her, she was wearing a dark spandex suit, with a gun strapped to her thigh.
“You must be Stryker.” She said as lifting up her night vision goggles.
“Yeah, and you are?”
“Special Agent Rea.”
Stryker couldn’t really collect his thoughts on Rea she seemed almost charming but not charming, it was almost like she was playing hard to get. She had knives all over her, he was thinking that was most likely her specialty.
She grabbed one of her many knives and uncut him.
“Thanks for helping me out.”
“Don't mention it.” She said.
“So what’s our plan for getting out of here?” He said.
“Same way I got here, snow mobile.”
“Wonderful.”
They ran out of the facility together killing all of the remaining guards. When they reached outside they ran into the woods where she left her snow mobile. He jumped on front and she got on back.
“Eagle Eye, come in. Over.” He radioed.
“Eagle Eye roger. Over.”
“Where is the Landing Zone? Over.”
“Two miles south of your current location. Over.”
“Roger that. Over and out.” They started heading south, and after dodging a few trees made it to the LZ.
“This should be the LZ.” She said. After a few moments the helicopter arrived. They loaded the snow mobile into it and got in.
This flight gave them a chance to actually talk and get to know each other. He found out that she was twenty-five which was four years younger than him. She also had no family, and she joined the C.I.A at twenty-one which is the same age he joined. He found out that the reason they had never met is because she worked at the Los Angeles Head Quarters. He realized that he started to like this girl, they had a lot in common. She could tell that he liked her and she wasn’t sure what to think of it. She had mixed feelings about him and it was to soon to tell if they were good or bad. One thing she wasn’t so happy about is he was a Werewolf, and she thought he might turn at random times or that something would go wrong.
When they arrived back at HQ, she walked away from him dropping a piece of paper. He waited for her to walk away bent over and quickly picked it up. He slipped it into his pocket and kept walking.
When he got to the safety of his home, he took off his coat and the paper fell onto the ground. Remembering where he got it he picked it up and opened it. In it was the name Julie, followed by a seven digit number. He instantly realized that this was Agent Rea and her phone number. He pulled out his cellular device and typed in the digits. He clicked send, as soon as she answered he could already tell a difference in her tone of voice. She sounded more innocent and sweet. Before when she was not at home and being an agent not a person she sounded tense and tough. They talked and talked.
