  This is a private roleplay between Shin Mu [Beejoux] and Yue Lao [Face Your Demons].
Setting:
The Market Square (Is this OK, Bee?)
Yue Lao did not particularly want to see Shin Mu anytime soon, especially after that terrible failure of a battle. However, she has been training, and it turns out Yue has upset someone close to Shin. This doesn't seem like the kind of thing that resolves itself...

It was very busy in the market. Yue Lao was just trying to make her way home, and Chichi had wanted some kind of vegetable that Yowai's garden had failed to produce this season. What was it, again? Something green...? Yue pursed her lips and stared at the different booths. Hime-san was sitting on her shoulder, playing with her braid and munching on a banana cracker someone had given him. He really was spoiled.
The other day she had managed to attach a pink bow to a lick of hair on his head, but it had creeped her out that he didn't really seem that angry about it. In fact, he seemed to like the bow. What kind of animal wanted to wear bows? She certainly didn't. She shot Mr.Princess a judgemental glance and went back to the task at hand. "Why do vegetables have to be so difficult?" she lamented, to no one in particular.
With a frustrated sigh, she shoved her hands into her pockets and turned around, Mr.Princess latching on and using his free hand to keep on nibbling at the banana piece. She closed her eyes for a moment to rest them away from the sun, and rubbed the back of her neck. Was she getting a sunburn? Unusual. When she opened her eyes again, she thought she saw a familiar Soul Conduit's face there in the crowd...
