Sokoya, with the same smile, nodded at Shandel's question. "Yes actually I do. We're near the Village Meditan. It's the home of Theives and those into the darker things in life, and it's where we're destined to go to find ourself a boat of this island." As she finished her sentence she grabbed Shandel's (Hope it's the right char.) hand and led her over to Astorim.
"We'll be going the way I came to get there, and don't expect to spot anything until we hit the beach." She paused before Astorim and then began walking down the path she took to find them. "Until then do what you'd like, but once you hear the ocean I'd like you both to not mention your ordeal until we get to a safer location. In these parts you have no clue whose working for who, and since Scarlet has many contacts around the world, we need to be careful."

(Right chara!) Shandel followed Sokoya and nodded. She was right. "Are there monsters of any sort around here? " She asked and looked at the two of her 'group members' and smiled. At least they weren't fighting at all or anything. And also, it was nice Sokoya knew where they were.

Astorim struggled to his feet. He hadn't bothered to tell them what he was. He didn't even know if there was a word for it. His broken ribs ground together and he was nearly sick to his stomach. Damn girl. She could have at least helped him up. He walked slowly after them. His pride wouldn't let him tell them to wait for him.

Shandel looked back at Astorim. "You ok? You look like you hurt something badly." She actually was worried about him because they needed to get backto the others. Even though the others didn't exactully know who she was. Oh well She tought. as she followed Soskya.

As they made their trek through the forest paths, she took a clance behind her to see Shali close, yet falling behind, and Astorim even further. Sure, they weren't that distant, but if they were falling behind for a reason. She stopped and waited for them both to catch up, and with a grin she spoke to Astorim. "If you're tired hun, I can carry you." Then she looked to both and spoke with a less sarcastic tone. "It's not much further, like I said, we were close. But if either of you are tired, I really could carry you, not by myself but with my skills."

"I'm worried about Astoirm. He looks like he broke something." She said to Sokoya. She thought that it would be bad if one of their party members was hurt, because they would all suffer for it later.

Astorim felt his ribs gingerly. "I got hit fairly hard with a spell. I think..." He winced. "Yes... broken. How many of them I don't know but some definitely." He was beginning to hate breathing. Everytime he inhailed he felt like he was being stabbed.

With a nod she looked to the ground beneath Astorim's feet, and almost instantly he bagn to rise on a plate of ground about 2 feet wide and long. "Just sit down and enjoy the ride, because we don't need you in any worse of a shape then you're currently in." And with a smile she turned and began walking down the path again, Astorim floating just behind her and Shandel beside her. She whispered to her female companion. "Yes, but now that we know whats wrong I'm pretty sure a friend of mine can fix him up in a jiffy." She glanced back at Astorim. "So, you never told me what you could do, and I supposed you can do something."

She smiled "White Mage?" She asked. She looked back at Astorim when Sokoya asked him the question. Another thing Shandelzare had was photographic memory. It helped her identify many things. As well, gave her knowledge on what attack to do. Even though she was a summoner, she could still attack with a wierd power she had in her hands. But it was short ranged, which made it harder to use.

Astorim shook his head. "I am not a white mage, despite my clothes." He tugged at the sleeve of his white robes. "I have the ability to manipulate glass." He took some glass marbles out of one of the pouches at his hip and tossed them into the air, they floated for a moment before melding together and forming a transparent bird, which sailed alongside the moving platform of earth. He smiled at it. He loved making beautiful things. It annoyed him that he was constantly having to use his power to make sharp painful things to throw at people.

She nodded with a pleasent smile as she watched the glass figurine fly beside it's creator. "What a wonderful talen you have. My guess is that many people where you come from are envious, for not many people can make beautiful things in these times of darkness. Many of us only know how to manipulate the elements and summon powerful beasts." She chuckled and turned from away and looked to the path. "So... What are your companions capable of?" She glanced back at them again. "Knowing what their abilities are lets me know how much more work we'll have to do to make up for them." Her pleasent smile returned. "My guess is that Scarlet split you all up and sent you away, but all of your wills were set upon survival and the protection of the Crystals, so when she used her teleportation spell she sent you all away, but sent you in tiny groups closer to your destinations." She returned her gaze to the path.

She looked at him and smiled. "Wow...I can only summon certain creatures. But as I get better, the more different creatures I can summon. SO far only this." She waved her hand over the ground, and beside her appeared a summon wolf. "In the battle, I was the one that sent out the wolves." She petted the wolf and it licked her hand. "They make nice pets until they get killed in a fight." Shandel listened to her question. "I think, there is a Time Mage and a White Mage. One who can use arrows and a thief. But that is all I saw from my lttle corner. Sorry."

He smiled. "It isn't alive." He watched the bird, then changed it into five dragonflies. "It's only an imitation. I can't summon living things. I can't work any other magic at all. My sister was better at that." He frowned. His sister had disappeared in the fight.
"We didn't have much time to get to know our fellow team mates before we were split up." He shook his head. This would make things difficult in the future he was sure.

"I see. All I can use is summoning and my hand-to-hand. But that is short ranged. So I can nearly die very easily. For as you know, summoners don't have the best stats." She chuckled at little and caught one ot the dragonflys in her hands. "So beautiful." She spoke to the dragonfly. She looked ahead. Woried if someone or more like something would come out to eat them. She stayed be her wolf just in case. "Weak but fast" She muttered to herself.

"I suppose it would. If you plan to be effecient, everyone must know their companion's skills so they can form some sort of strategy. I mean, does it make sense for everyone to just do as they will, without order?" She shook her head, then chuckled as she looked to Shandel with her fightened eyes. "Don't worry hun, I doubt anythin-"
She stopped mid-sentence as she heard a loud rustlting infront of her, and turned to see what it was. Standing before them was a carnivorous flora just a little smaller then themselves, and following it came another. They resembled buds with numerous vine like tentacles that propped themselves up and waved about in the air. At the top of the buds were giant mouths with countless sharp teeth. They made wheezing noises as a small amouth of orange gas was emitted from their mouths. "Wheezers..."
She took a step backwards, her back agaist the floating earth and Astorim's knees. "Unless any of you have any fire, I can only distance them for awhile, so I guess you two will have a chance to redeem yourselves after the Scarlet attack." With that she threw her elbows backwards and then rushed her hands forwards. A feirce wind sent the Wheezers backwards and then onto their sides. They would be back up in seconds, and not just hungry, but angery.
