Is there a tea that helps with insomnia? I tried chamomile/lavender...didn't help at all...

Those are usually the ideal teas to help people sleep. Catnip is another good herb to put in tea and it can be fresh or dried.
Have you tried meditating before sleep?

I don't really think I'd be able to meditate here...too many distractions...from what my da says about meditation, you gotta be completely focused...Everybody uses my room as a hangout...even when i tell them "no" ...so, no, i haven't tried meditating before sleep.

Perhaps all those distractions are why you can't sleep at night? Have you tried the catnip yet? I hope it works out for you.
