Ace: Ace was a ball of energy. Always prouding around father in his duties and always running about to run off the energy she built in. The sun was her motivation, the very thing that gave her all this energy looking like some chicken with no head. Today, she had done all the errands with her father til he had to 'really' work and that made her step back. Unsure of WHAT exactly to do with herself. Ears panned back as she searched the pride.. The waterfall spring was always an option. Most of her energy was used up already and now she was semi chilled. More quiet than always running one hundred miles an hour. "Well... that's not cool." She chirped out, huffing with a rather uneagerness to please. "No one out here to play with.." Waving a paw as she threw herself on the ground, sprawlled out with a yawn.
Aharon: A shocking contrast to the fireball buzzing about, Aharon was a gaunt, thin thing with a curley, wild patch of mane crowning his head inbetween his oversized ears. He was slow, cautious, and leery. Most of his littermates saw him as jittery, even fearful at times. Perhaps he was- or perhaps he was just a little more cautious than everyone else. Timid paws picked their way down the crumbling riverside towards the pool. The spray from the falls dewed over his mane and back. A welcome relief from the heat of the day. It wasn't enough- he'd slept with his mouth open. His throat was horribly dry and his mouth sticky. Just a few gulps of water would be a godsend.
Ace: She rolled upon her side to gaze at the clouds, even stare at the sun but she had already done that mistake twice. Ace had learned after the trail and errors! Then the sounf of another came in range of her, which made her roll upon her side. "Ron? Ron!" She called out, still laying and when she didn't see him budge, she got up to her paws and ran full force. It was just how she was- playful, energtic and plagued by happiness. Bouncing in to the air as she extended her paws out to him. "RON~~~~~!" She yelled out then magically a thud sound echoed out. Did she get him? She slowly openned her eyes..
Aharon: It all happened so fast. One moment he was picking his way down towards the water, the next his name was bellowed on the wind followed by a flash of dusty pink and cream. His eyes went wide and the world went flying over his head. He saw his paws against the clouds, had a moment to wonder if this was going to hurt, then landed square on his back. Unfortunately- that wasn't the end of his ride. Now firmly pinned, the cub began sliding downwards with his newfound companion towards the riverbank. When he finally came to a stop, it was only because he'd bilt up a decent wall of mud behind his head. "...hello to you too..."

Ace: It took moments to slid, and when they were all done and when her eyes openned. YES! VICTORY WAS HERS! "I got you." A bright smile creased from ear to ear. Leaning her face over his and put her wet-ish nose against his. Looking at him with her big bug eyes. "Good morning~~~~!!!" She licked his nose to finish off before looking at the ground he had shifted with his head. "Eww~" Giggling as she teased him for his rotten luck with mud. "Why are you out so late~ Where were you this morning? Do you wanna still play? Or did you forget already?" Speaking probably pretty much faster than her lips and probably tumbled on a few words but she got it all out there. Her tail wagging happily behind her as the sun was about over head and that mean only a few more to hours to go til bedtime and that sucked. Sleeping was a drag!
Aharon: "...yes you did...and now my mom's going to kill me." His nose wrinkled up as she leaned forward. On top of everything else, mud was slowly oozing around his face into his ears. He opened his mouth to share this sad, uncomfortable knowlege only to have a wet tongue glide over his nose. He threw his paws up, forgetting about the mud for a split second. In doing so- he slapped two muddy paws against his face with a loud 'splut' sound. Dull eyes starred up at her. Did he really just do that? "I slept in...I was tired. One of my sisters was chewing on my tail all night..."

Ace: "Oh~!" She exclaimed, and moved back to only gasp that she was the reason on getting him in trouble. Her ears down until something else happened and it was WAY to funny to pass up. Smacking both his muddy hands, a laugh bellowed from her enough to sway her then only moments after make her fall to the side of him, laughing and rolling around. Until she gasped for breath and wheezed a little before leaning against him in the mud. A smile plastered as she put her muddy paws over her mouth to keep from straight out laughing again. Then waving a paw and hitting her chest. "Your so funny ron! I LOVE HANGING out with you!" Laughing and then rolling again but this time up upon her stomach and putting her paws on the ground. Almost just as covered in mud as he. A goody smile that lingered on her. "Aww and that's way you were being such a party pooper~! It's ok." Rubbing her mud against his chest. "I'm still your friend~ yea know the one that picks you up when yea fall and stuff?" Nodding with a wag to her tail. "Yea know~ we could always jump in the river and clean up before your mumma sees?" Keeping herself fomr laughing again.
Aharon: "Well... if you're my friend and they're supposed to help me get up...then will you get off of me?" The mud was starting to seep its way up his sides and ooze into his ears. Soon her laughter became muffled and distant- ew... he hated mud. Giving her another slow shove, Ron got himself up and began batting at his ears. "Oh gross... gross! It's in my head! It's in my HEAD!!!"
Ace: When she was pushed off, the cub merely rolled and propped up on her four pads and watched him as she wiggled from the mud. Giggling, he acted much too girly as she sat and watched him with a pretty little face full of mud and glee. "Now now~ It's not THAT bad Ron~ It isn't as bad as it seems~ Come on~ Let's get you cleaned up." Preening after and lifting her body to slowly make her way to him and push his shoulder pull of mud as well. Snatching falling drips from mud of his ears right on top of her head. Making her giggle and laugh as she pushed him along.
Aharon: Aharon took a few steps then paused to twist one of his fingers about in his ear, trying to clear some of the mud from it. The other hung down at the side of his head, dripping large, grainy droplets of mud down his shoulder. It was that bad. At least in his mind. What if it got infected!? Or bugs had burrowed into the muck. What if they laid eggs in his head and they hatched!?
He shook his head and raised his hind leg to scratch at his other ear, groaning his discomfort.
"I just need to get cleaned up...then we can play somewhere more...stable. And dry."

Ace: "Well If you keep stopping we'll never get there silly!" Pushing and then turning around, lifting her paws to his rump and giving a hefty push, not knowing the strength she had from her father it would likely give him a few feet when they came up to the river.. Then she pushed one more time before hearing her father's roar. Turning, hoping he wasn't calling her, and when it was just one of her siblings. She nodded and turned back only to see Ron and smile before tackling him again right in to the water! "Move it along grumpy paws!"
Aharon: Ron was moving along slowly, stopping to scratch at his ears or shake his head around despite the shoves to his rump. Eventually, the small dam of patience was worn thin and he shuffled along, mud and all. As the female paused, Ron went right back to his ears, this time plopping down on his haunches and rubbing at his ears. So when she went hurling towards his back, shoving him roughly forward, his balance was easily upset and he was sent barreling into the pond with a loud yelp.
Ace: She really didn't mean for it to happen! That was just another one of her tackles that got them in to something! Waving her paws in front of her before grasping on to him for dear life as they fell in to the pond. Flapping around like a feish, Ace padding at the water and stuck her head out gasping for breath as though she were drowning. "Breath breath~" 'I am one with water~ I am one with water and~' Finally she began to float. "Ron~ Ron~ You ok~ Ron~" Not realizing that in the water.. one could have possibly be anywhere. Doggy paddling around. "Where are you~! Answer me!" The excitement from moments ago now disipating to worry.
Aharon: Ron sadly wasn't exactly an expert at swimming. The cub had sank like a boulder. Thankfully, they were still close to the bank and he was able to pull himself along the bottom back onto the land some feet away. Looking all the world like a drowned rat- though a good deal cleaner than he'd been a moment ago- Aharon dropped to his belly and began couging out water.

Ace: The cub had been doggy paddling the wrong way for a while til she heard him and turned. "Ron!" Looking at him with worry- he looked so .. sick. Quickly she padded with her head high up in the air as she padded around towards him and when she finally could get on land. She did. Quickly coming up to his air as she nuzzled his cheek. "Shall I get your momma! Ron you ok!?" Propping on his back and pushing down to see if it would help the water out..
Aharon: Ron belched out another mouthful of water and began wheezing something shortly after that. Eventually his moans and whimpers became choked pleas for her to remove herself from his back. Groaning, he rolled over and sprawled himself out. "I...D....I don't know...how to sw...swim."
Ace: Ears went plastered down on her head, lowering herself then off as he requested. Her butt down then slowly she came up to his face and nuzzled it a little more. The sounds he was making scared her on the inside and sapped her joyous day away.. "I'm sorry- I -I'm- Ron~" Her chest felt heavy and her eyes began to water. "I'll go get help~ Just stay here." Turning away as she pushed down on the muck and crawled out of the water's edge and on to dryer land to call for help.. Oh she would be in trouble but that didn't even cross her mind.. Him living was the only thing there.
Aharon: He reached out and slammed a paw down onto her tail, effectively pinning her in place. For his almost lazy demeanor, he was quick when he had to be. Frowning from the flat of his back, the cub shook his head. "I'm fine.. no one needs to know about this, it was just an accident. Besides, my mom would freak and your dad would get angry." He rolled himself over. "Let's just get home... I'm sure dinner's almost back."

Ace: When almost up, he took her tail as she pulled against before she realized it was him. Turning with a tear rolling down her cheeks.. Surprised at his reaction, she truly thought that something dangerous could have happened~ and the wheezing and coughing. Lowering herself as she gracefully walked back to his side and coiled around him. Her head low and lost of words for the most part. Coming up to his chin and pressing upwards. "I don't care if I get in trouble.. I just want you to be ok..So if you are ok.. I'll help you back.. but if your not I need to get someone to help..."
Aharon: "I'm fine... just a little wet is all." He offered her a lopsided smile as he gathered himself up, dripping wet and shivering in the breeze rising up behind them. At least the heat wasn't so bad anymore... if he were a little more dry he might find it almost pleasant.
"Stop crying, it was an accident... come on, let's get dinner."
Ace: That strength he showed- he could have been mad at her and yelled- but he didn't... She silently rubbed his cheek then turned to be at his side. Leaning in to him a little to show she was there if he needed someone to lean on til they got up on to dryer land.. "Alright." Sounding disappointed in herself as she nuzzled the back of her foreleg. "I'll make it up to you~ I promise." At his aid until they got up out of the lake's 'shore' and pulled out. She had been drenched too but it didn't seem to bother her.. But she saw how he shivered and pushed herself against him a little to lend her bodyheat where she could, tucking beside him, way differently than she had acted before and VERY sorry and that showed and radiated from her actions.
A roar bellowed again, looking up. It was her father, and Ron was right.. Dinner was served.

Aharon: He took a seat to begin licking out the water from his paws. His mother would throw a fit if he came back drenched -and- dirty. There wasn't much to be done about the former but at least he could clean himself up. He didn't want to lie to his parents, but he didn't want them to worry and he certainly didn't want to get Ace in trouble. He startled a little as she pressed against him, still looking all the world like she'd just been rebuked by her father rather than another cub.
Sighing, he leaned over to bump his shoulder against hers. "I'm fine, really."
There was a second roar, this time it was his older uncle. Kingu, his father, was a little too passive to put a firm paw down on his offspring but his uncle was another story. "I... I gotta go. We should play tomorrow Just...not near the water, deal?"
