As far as emotional distress is concerned, I've had it pretty much under control lately. Moodiness comes with the period and then goes away -- generally manageable with little to zero episodes of crying and self-hatred. So, uh... yeah! Just wanted to say that after a lot of past struggles with this sort of thing, and after last year, I feel pretty good. Under control for once.
This year has been very... educational thus far. And I'm hoping to learn more. I'm not nearly as open as I used to be, so that's probably better. I tread a bit more carefully, but I've still got a sharp tongue. I find myself not caring about how I look, other than knowing that I have a ways to go before I believe I'm a healthy weight, so I'm aiming for the 150-160 area by the end of the year.
Yep. Good times. How's everyone else holding up?

Sounds like you are on a good journey right now. And good for you for working towards healthy. I'm trying. Failing, but trying LOL.
