i know your suppost to brush teeth daily but in the morning is it better to brush before or after eatting?

Depends on when you eat. If you are one of those who eats the moment they wake up, waiting would probably be better because you can kill two birds with one stone. I typically don't eat in the mornings, so I brush when I wake up.

I brush after eating. If you brush to make it clean, then why would you eat right after?

I'm with Legendary on this one,
breakfast isn't part of my morning routine so I just brush and go on with my day.
