 Aureo felt that today was a near perfect day. He had a found a tree filled with fruit he had never had. Seeing them had made his mouth water and he just had to try them, at least once. He had found that they were delicious and ended up having a couple more after he finished his first one. It wasn't long until he had a fully belly and juice leaking out of his mouth.
He had set out that day in hopes of finding an adventure, even just a small one. If only he and his large belly could find one, it would be a perfect day. He found, as he walked that he was slowing down. Normally he didn't get tired until the sun was about to set, but today the sun wasn't even midday!
He was starting to wonder if maybe he had eaten too many of the delicious fruits and this was the gods way of telling him not to be so greedy. His steps became slower and slower, until he spotted a pond not too far away. He, against his better judgment, dashed toward the pond. A nice swim would make him feel better, he decided.
When he reached the water he didn't even bother to stop. He ran straight into the water, causing a huge splash. "How refreshing!" He declared as he swam around the water, a playful grin on his face.

Renveshalhiarisv wasn't one to wonder away from her pride often. But today seemed like a good day as any. She wasn't nearly as crazy as her mother, but she was pretty crazy. She figured she'd be able to handle herself if she needed. She was now old enough to do as she pleased, though she longed to stay with the pride she grew up with. The corruption of it was a sort of comfort to her now. It wasn't home unless something was twisted in some way, shape, or form.
Like this desert. It lasted forever, and things died if they weren't careful. To her, it was music to her ears. Mostly because the constant danger of getting lost and never finding water. Oh! But she knew the land well, and wasn't able to do that. Though, other's weren't so lucky. Which was what she liked. The torture and suffering of others.
With the thought of water on her mind, she felt that she needed a drink. Recalling a nice small water hole near by, she headed that way. Not realizing it would put her in a path with another Lion. Of course, that never bothered her. Anyone she ran into was her b***h of some sort. She'd simply tell them what to do. If they didn't listen to her, she'd make them pay. Of course, it rarely worked out that way in her pride. She was the one always being told what to do, and she was the one that did them without any fuss or she'd have the punishment handed to her. Which wasn't good.
Soon she got to the water, and quickly noticed the other. She couldn't help but let a evil smirk cross her face, though she tried to hide it. She wasn't very good at hiding things like that, though. She didn't say anything. She just watched him careful.

Aureo went back to the land after he was finished with his swim, not noticing the female. When he got back he shook himself until he was dry. It was once he was dry that he noticed the female who was watching him. He thought she had a pleasant expression expression. It had been some time since he had seen another creature since he started on his adventure.
If he played his cards right he might be able to get some information about a good place to stay for a while. He had traveled for so long that it would nice to be able to rest in one spot for a while.
He walked up to her slowly, not wanting to spook her. Before he had gotten over excited and scared others off. He wore a huge goof grin as he walked over to her. "Hello there! Nice day today huh?" Aureo tried to sound casual. He couldn't help but admire her brightly colored fur. Brighter colors always made him feel more at ease, probably because of his own fur. "I was wondering do you know of some good hunting grounds? I'm looking for a place to rest up and maybe get a snack."

Her tail flicked back and forth as she stood there cooly watching him. He started to talk to her. Excellent, he was falling into her trap nicely. Something that didn't normally happen. He even asked her for information about food. Hmm, she could use this to her advantage. She tossed her head, flicking her mane out of her eyes before smiling back at him. "Well, that sort of information is gonna cost ya." She said with a wider smirk.
She moved towards him, and slowly passed around him. Sizing him up, if you will. She licked her lips and eyed him more. "I suppose you could do" She told him. Of course, only she knew what she meant by that. He'd just have to find out. "What do you say?" She she tossed her mane again, a bit more cocky like. This was the first time she met someone out side of the pride, and well, she wanted to have fun with him first.
She wanted to see how far she could push him before he rejected any idea that she tossed at him. First thing was first, getting him to agree to the first step. Of course, she didn't know how easy or hard that'd be. He was more or less her test bunny.

"I'm used to information not coming free," he said with a whole heartily laugh. Aureo had run into many situations where he was asked to do a small favor in return for directions. The task were always simple, watching cubs, hunting a meal, or held defending a den. All talents he was good at. What ever this lioness task was for him wouldn't be a problem for him at all!
He watched her curiously as she circled him, wondering what she was doing. After thinking about it he decided that she much be decided what task to give him based on his size. Since that was the case, Aureo puffed up his chest to make himself look bigger, not realizing how silly he was looking.
He was defiantly excited for what task he would be given. It would be interesting to see what she wanted him to do. He hoped it would be something fun, those were his favorite task. That or a task where he was able to spend time with the lioness. There was something about her that Aureo found attractive. "I am ready for anything you have to throw at me," he said to her with a playful wink.

She grinned at his agreeing to whatever she had for him. Which was making this so much easier for her. Oh, she could have him do simple things, but she decided she wanted him for a while. Wanted to make him do several things. "I want you to help me for a while." She told him. She didn't want to tell him that she wanted him to be her slave for a bit. No, she wanted him to agree to it first. Like a servant of some type, but still wouldn't just come out and say it. "I might need someone of your..... size to help me"
There was a small list of things he could do easy, but it wasn't what she wanted him to do. Though, she wanted to give him a few easy tasks first. "If you agree, then we'll get started." A while wasn't just for today, it was for until she got bored of him. Which she failed to mention too.
"It'll start with you hunting for the both of us." Probably one of the easier things. Ren was use to hunting for herself or helping the pride a bit when they had a lack of hunters. He had already said that he could do anything and was ready, but she didn't ask if he'd do it for a long period of time. Of course, she was more then certain that he would. "If that is fine, then I can start showing you where my pride's hunting grounds are." She smiled almost too innocently.

Aureo stood up tall and proud, making sure that he looked even bigger than normal. "I agree to help you out," he said eagerly. He thought about all the different task he might do and how he might be able to turn it into a game. Any choir or task could be fun if Aureo could turn it into a game, plus it would go by at least twice as fast.
His mouth formed a huge grin when she said that he would have to hunt for the two of them. Hunting was something he loved to do and knew he was good at. Not only would he be able to get a meal, but he had a chance at impressing a pretty lioness! "I would love to get started," he said with slight arrogance. He couldn't wait to get started. "What would you like me to hunt for you once we get to the hunting ground?"
As he talked about food, his stomach gave a loud growl. He just ignored it, hoping Renveshalhiarisv wouldn't notice it. He didn't want to seem impatient around the kind lioness who was helping him out so much. It wouldn't be long until he would be eating, he reminded himself.

She loved the sound that came out of his mouth. The sound of complete submission. Oh, it was glorious. She grinned at it as she looked him up and down again. Yes, he'd do just fine for what she wanted. But first, she wanted to see how strong he was. That was what the hunting was for. She would put him threw different tasks of her liking to see if he was, indeed, perfect like she thought he was.
Of course, he'd have no knowledge of any of this. At least not until she actually told him what she truly wanted. Of course, even then he might not know the truth of all the other things. She did have a interesting way of asking to do things. After all, it wasn't like she'd explain it to him when she got there. No, she'd just assume he knew what she wanted.
She shrugged at his question. "Something big enough the both of us could eat" It was part of the test. To see what he brought back after she showed him where it was. It wasn't far, which was a good thing for her. She wasn't one to want to walk too far at the moment.
"It's just around those rocks." She pointed out in the distance, it was a good hour walk, if they didn't go too slow. It was easy to see in the distances with most of the land being flat.

Aureo thought about all the things he could hunt. His mouth watered as he thought about all the meals he could catch. Zebra was one of his favorites, very fun to catch. If he could spot one he would defiantly try for it. He could show off his hunting skills for the lioness, plus it would be fun. The more he thought about it the quicker he walked.
“What is your pride like?” he asked curiously, not wanting to cause any silence. It always bugged him when there was a silence between two creatures when they could be getting to know each other. He was still looking for a place to call home and so he was always interested in hearing about other's pride just incase he found one that fit him. “I bet it much better than traveling from one place not sure if you are going to get a meal that day. Plus you always have someone at home worried about you.” He grinned blissfully at the thought of a family waiting every evening for their father to come home, waiting for him to play silly little games with them. The more he thought about it the more he wanted it.
