Passive: Suimen Hokou no Waza - Act of Water Surface Walking [250 words of training]
This training method is used to gain better chakra control. To do this, the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of the their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. This technique is more difficult to master than the Tree Climbing Practice, because the amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly.
It has also been shown that one can use their chakra to "skate" across the water surface, like an ice skater, instead of just walking or running. And, as noted by Jiraiya, the more one trains this technique the more they reach a state where they stand on water without even noticing it or basically even trying. [Once the user successfully learns this, they can use the technique passively all the time without even knowing sometimes]
Passive: Kinobori no Waza - Act of Tree Climbing [150 words of training]
This is one of the most basic shinobi skills. By focusing their chakra into one's feet, and keeping a steady flow, the user can walk straight up completely vertical surfaces. Training to learn this technique can be frustrating; if you focus too little chakra into your feet, you will fall off and most likely hit your head, whereas if you focus too much, the surface will crack and the user will be forced to jump off before it collapses. [Once it is learnt once, it can be passively used all the time]
E Rank - Henge no Jutsu [Transformation Technique]
A simple ninjutsu technique where the user performs a single hand sign and then transforms into a desired visual appearance other than their own. Example: Transforming into a friend or an animal.
E Rank - Oiroke no Jutsu [Sexy Technique]
Oiroke no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Uzumaki Naruto. This technique is a variation of the Henge technique. Naruto changes his form into that of a nude, sexually appealing young woman. This technique is normally used to titillate and knock unconscious perverted adults or get Naruto's sensei Jiraiya to do what Naruto wants
E Rank - Bunshin no Jutsu [Clone Technique]
Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique which every ninja learns at the Ninja Academy. The Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja without substance. The copy resembles the ninja in every way. This clone can function as a distraction or as means to confuse one's opponent. As soon the Bunshin gets attacked or comes into contact with an opponent, it will disperse.

D Rank - Chakra Burst
The user forces their chakra to condense in the palms of their hands, once concentrated the user the slaps their hands together creating a sonic cone to emit from their hands toward a target. Upon impact it causes the target to become temporarily deafened and causes their ear drums to bleed.
A-D Rank - Kai [Release]
Kai is a Ninjutsu technique which allows the ninja to avoid the effects of a Genjutsu illusion. After forming the needed handseals, the Genjutsu technique will not affect the ninja. The ninja can also use the technique on another individual who was unable to avoid the attack. After forming the needed hand seals, the ninja touches the one affected to end the affect of the spell. Rank of jutsu may vary depending on the Rank of genjtutsu being cancelled.
D Rank - Kawarimi no Jutsu [Substitution Technique]
A ninjutsu technique in which the user swaps their body's position with that of a nearby object, usually a log or branch, to avoid attacks and let that object take the attack for them. You cannot substitute yourself with the body of another living being. This technique can only be used every 3 post.
D Rank - Fuubaku Houjin [Exploding Seal Method Formation]
Fuubaku Houjin is a Ninjutsu technique used by Iruka. Arranging the seals in a square formation, Iruka will draw his target within the array. He can then form handseals to activate the tags and prep them for explosion.
D Rank - Gentoushin no Jutsu [Lit Apparition Technique]
Gentoushin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique created by Pain and used by Akatsuki to gather at one location, even while members are in different parts of the world. By forming the needed handseal, an astral form of their being will appear at the desired location. This spirit can act in conjunction with other members to do combination jutsu like the Genryuu Kyuu Fuujin. While in the spirit form, the member’s voice will sound deep and distorted.
D Rank - Hikarakuyou [Falling Blossoms and Scattering Leaves]
Hikarakuyou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Flower Country Ninja. After using their sword to launch flowers into the air, the ninja will turn them into shuriken which they can launch at their opponent.
D Rank - Kage Shuriken no Jutsu [Shadow Shuriken Technique]
Kage Shuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing a giant Fuuma Shuriken. When throwing the shuriken, the ninja will also throw a second giant shuriken to hide in the shadow of the first. The hidden secondary shuriken can then approach the target without their being aware.
D Rank - Nan Kaizou [Soften Modification]
Nan Kaizou is a Ninjutsu technique that allows a ninja to make their body very malleable. It was originally developed for spying activities. This technique can be done after surgery and actual body modification. When used the ninja can stretch and twist their body at any angle, allowing them to surprise their opponent.
D Rank - Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu [Haze Clone Technique]
Oboro Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Rain Genin team lead by Oboro. Oboro Bunshin is a normal Bunshin technique that created approximately a hundred clones of their Genin team. Due to the number of clones created, Oboro and his team can take the opportunity to hide from their target. To attack their target they will hide in the shadows of the clones and attack from underground.
D Rank - Oiroke no Jutsu • Onna no Ko Doushi & Otoko no Ko Doushi [Sexy Technique • Girl Companions & Guy Companions]
Oiroke no Jutsu • Onna no Ko Doushi no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique developed by Konohamaru. After learning Kage Bunshin, Konohamaru further refined his Oiroke no Jutsu. Konohamaru will first create a Kage Bunshin, and then each will transform into a voluptuous young woman who will press their bodies together seductively. Konohamaru claims the jutsu is used to distract his target, giving it a worthwhile purpose. Sakura claimed that only perverts like Konohamaru and Naruto would fall for the jutsu. So he used another variation "Otoko no Ko Doushi" involving a naked Sai and Sasuke, which revealed Sakura's true perverted colors as well.
D Rank - Shunshin no Jutsu [Body Flicker Technique]
Shunshin no Jutsu is a basic Ninjutsu technique. The ninja will appear and disappear in an instant, allowing them to retreat or attack suddenly. To facilitate the movement the ninja will often use nearby elements such as mist, sand or leaves to mask their appearance or disappearance. Cannot be used within battle.
D Rank - Soushuriken no Jutsu [Manipulate Shuriken Technique]
Soushuriken no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used Uchiha Sasuke. After hurling his giant shuriken, Sasuke can control their path and movements by using wires which run from the shuriken itself back to his arm. Because his opponent will think they are normal shuriken, they will be off guard about their ability to redirect themselves.

The user channels their chakra into their mind, increasing the effectiveness of their thinking and the strength of their Genjutsu by one rank for one post/move.
C Rank - Chakra Concentration: Muscles
The user focuses chakra to their muscles making them strong enough to lift heavy objects or giving them one rank higher strength for one block or attack.

The user focuses their chakra into their legs, giving them one rank greater speed and dexterity for their next move or physical attack.
C Rank - Ninpou: Acid Spit
The user uses their chakra to spit an acidic liquid on the target, burning them and eating their skin.
C Rank - Kasumi Enbu no Jutsu [Mist Waltz Technique]
After forming the necessary hand seals, the user will exhale a large mist cloud. This mist is transparent and only slightly hinders the vision of those caught inside, but that is not its purpose at all. This mist is actually highly flammable, a perfect trap for fire ninjutsu users.
C Rank - Kawara Shuriken [Roof Tile Shuriken]
Named as such because of how it was first used, this technique actually turns any relatively small and light object around the user into a projectile weapon. The user must for a few required hand seals and then channel their chakra into a desired small object. Notably, the shinobi does not have to be touching the object, but the objects must be rather close and they need to be able to send their chakra through a solid surface, for example, into small rocks through the ground. These objects will then float up and be launched at a target like common shuriken.
C Rank - Ayatsuito no Jutsu [String Reeling Technique]
Ayatsuito no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilizing wire. This string can be used in rappeling, or as a method to tie down and restrict the movement of an opponent. The Uchiha clan also utilizes the wire in their Sharingan Soufuusha Sannotachi technique. The wire allows the clan member to pin down an opponent, and then unleash a torrent of fire upon them.
C Rank - Fukumi Hari [Hidden Needles]
Fukumi Hari is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Shizune. Shizune is able to call forth needles into her mouth and then spit them at her opponent with great accuracy.
C Rank - Gyorai Shin [Torpedo Needle]
Ninpou • Gyorai Shin is a Ninjutsu technique used by the thief Gosunkugi. Removing nails from his pocket, Gosunkugi will throw them into the air and then plant them tip first into the earth. Using his chakra the nails will travel into the ground. Then at his discretion, he can fire the nails from the ground through the feet of his target to nail them in place. He can then fire the remaining nails from the ground to cut his target to pieces.
C Rank - Hari Jigoku [Hell Needles]
Ninpou: Hari Jizou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Jiraiya. After extending his hair around his body with Hari Jizou, he will launch a torrent of hardened hair in the form of needles towards his target. When he was a teammate with Orochimaru, Jiraiya would use this in combination with Orochimaru's Senei Jashu technique. After Orochimaru would bind the target, Jiraiya could launch his needles to pierce them.
C Rank - Hitei Mushou [Flying Nail Mist Pierce]
Ninpou - Hitei Mushou is Ninjutsu technique used by Gosunkugi. After forming the needed handseal, Gosunkugi will emit a flying mist of small nails from his mouth. These small nails can travel towards his opponent at quite a distance
C Rank - Kagonome - Mesh Cage
Ninpou: Kagonome is a Ninjutsu technique used by Shinobazu member Monju. Monju uses wire which is said to be stronger than steel. After forming the needed hand seals, Monju can manipulate his string into an interlocking dome for protection. This dome can repel most basic Taijutsu attacks. Monju can reshape the wire within the dome as needed, changing it from a defensive structure to a binding string with ease.
C Rank - Soushuuha [Manipulate Advancing Blades]
Soushuuha is a Ninjutsu technique used by Sand ninja Yashamaru. This technique allows Yashamaru to hover multiple kunai in the air while he approaches a target. The technique allows a ninja to unleash a torrent of kunai much more quickly than if each was thrown individually.

B Rank - Hari Jizou [Underworld Guardian Spikes]
Ninpou: Hari Jizou is a Ninjutsu technique used by Jiraiya. After forming the needed hand seals, Jiraiya's hair will grow in length to surround and protect his body. In this form it also becomes ridged and spiked, forming a layer of protectiong from direct strikes and blows.
B Rank - Kekkai Houjin [Barrier Method Battle Array]
Kekkai Houjin is a high-level Ninjutsu trap technique. An array of explosive markers are jointly placed around the boundary of an area. If any opponent walks through the boundary, the seals will activate and explode
B Rank - Kekkai • Tengai Houjin [Barrier • Dome Method Formation]
Kekkai • Tengai Houjin is a Ninjutsu barrier technique. After clacking his feet together, Jiraiya can extend a sensory barrier to detect the movements of a hidden foe. Should the field touch his opponent, he will know their position immediately.
B Rank - Ranji Shigumi no Jutsu [Wild Lion's Mane Technique]
Ranji Shigumi no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by the Sannin Jiraiya. After forming the needed hand seals, Jiraiya will lengthen his hair and send it outwards to subdue his foe. If he manages to trap them within his hair, he can make it harden into spikes to kill them.
B Rank - Ishibari [Stone Needles]
Hijutsu • Ishibari is a Ninjutsu technique used by Aoba. To subdue his opponent, Aoba will hurl special kunai tied with string which will penetrate into the skin of his opponent. Chakra will then run from his body into his opponent to paralyze them. This allows him to then interrogate the opponent or set up the target for a comrade's attack. Because the wire allows for the movement of chakra, it can be used by a skilled chakra absorption ninja to draw out Aoba's chakra against his will to weaken him.
B Rank - Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shadow Clone Technique]
Kage Bunshin is a Jounin level Ninjutsu technique. When Naruto stole the scroll of seals, he learned this technique as well. The normal Bunshin technique creates a copy of the ninja that lacks any substance. The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. This makes Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. This allows the ninja to essentially reduce the time it takes to train and learn with each clone added. This is especially true when used with Tajuu Kage Bunshin.
B Rank - Kuchiyose • Rashoumon [Summoning • Rashoumon]
Kuchiyose • Rashoumon is a Ninjutsu summoning technique utilized by the Sound ninja Ukon and Sakon. Said to be the ultimate defense of Orochimaru's. The brothers can summon it by drawing blood and then slamming their palms to the ground. Only a very powerful impact can mar the gate.

A Rank - Bunshin Bakuha [Shadow Clone Explosion]
Bunshin Bakuha is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by Uchiha Itachi. At first glance the clone appears to be a normal Kage Bunshin, but Itachi can detonate the clone at any time to form a very large explosion
A Rank - Haaremu no Jutsu [Harem Technique]
Haaremu no Jutsu is combined variation of Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu and Oiroke no Jutsu. Naruto first creates numerous Kage Bunshin clones, then each individual clone uses the Oiroke no Jutsu technique. The result is a hundred young nude women who will completely overwhelm the carnal feelings of a perverted ninja.
A Rank - Rasengan [Spiraling Sphere Technique]
The Rasengan does not require any hand seals to use, relying only on the chakra control of the user. Once it is complete, it becomes self-sustaining, which does not give the Rasengan a definite limit like the Chidori. The compacted nature and moving speed of the chakra allows the Rasengan to grind into whatever it comes in contact with to inflict major damage. This tends to launch the target backward after being hit or, if the target is lying on the ground or being launched to the ground, the destructive force is enough to form a crater.
A Rank - Meisai Gakure no Jutsu [Camouflage Concealment Technique]
Meisai Gakure no Jutsu is an advanced Ninjutsu technique used by Rock ninja. After forming the needed handseals, the ninja can grant themself near invisibility. So far only the Sharingan eye and its revelation abilities has been shown to pierce the veil and see the hidden ninja. It is unknown if the Byakugan can penetrate the jutsu and see the user's chakra circulatory system.
A Rank - Sakura Fubuki no Jutsu [Cherry Blossom Snow Storm Technnique]
Sakura Fubuki is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Leaf ninja Sakura. Sakura with hurl kunai with pouches attached at her target. When they impact the pouches explode, releasing small explosive notes. Due to the large number of kunai thrown, a shower of notes will rain down on her target. She will then throw one final kunai with an active explosive note at her target. It will begin to burn, and by igniting the falling smaller notes it will cause a gigantic explosion.
A Rank - Sanjuu Rashoumon [Triple Rashoumon]
Sanjuu Rashoumon is a Ninjutsu summoning technique utilized by Orochimaru. One Rashoumon gate alone was said to be his ultimate defense, with this variation he can summon three of the gates in succession to help block a great incoming blast. Because the gate requires two summoning calls (a right and left), he will bite both his right and left thumbs to initiate the contract.
A Rank - Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Shuriken Shadow Clone Technique]
Shuriken Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique that uses Kage Bunshin to create multiple physical clone copies from one thrown shuriken.
A Rank - Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu [Multiple Shadow Clone Technique]
Tajuu Kage Bunshin no Jutsu is an advanced variation of the Kage Bunshin Ninjutsu technique which was banned by the First Hokage. This has not stopped many Jounin-level ninja from learning the technique however. Instead of creating several clones, several hundred clones are created. Like normal Kage Bunshin a ninja's chakra is split evenly among the clones when created. The clones themself can utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clones finally disperse, any new knowledge they have gained is passed back to the original ninja and to any additional clones. This makes Tajuu Kage Bunshin an excellent training method if the ninja has the chakra capacity and stamina to maintain the Kage Bunshins for an extended period of time. Toomegane no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique utilized by the Third Hokage. Using a crystal ball, the Hokage is able to view events transpiring around Leaf Village.

S Rank - Kekkaimon Gofuu Jutsu • Hachimon Heijou [Barrier Gate Five Seal Technique • Eight Gate Lock-up]
Kekkaimon Gofuu Jutsu • Hachimon Heijou is a Ninjutsu barrier technique. First Fuen will draw out the designs of the village the barrier will surround to correctly place the barrier gates. Fuen will then perform the needed hand seals and then summon the four gates which will arise in each of the cardinal directions. A barrier will then extend between each gate, encasing the village within a defensive wall. If anything tries to pass through the barrier, it will be destroyed by a strong fire. The only way to pass through the barrier is with the usage of a special entrance charm. When the ninja who cast the jutsu is taken out, the gates will return to the earth and the barrier will end.
