Chakra/ Energy rules:

Chakra/ Energy

- In order to perform any Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, Kugutsu, Eiseijutsu, and Nonton Jutsu, the user is required to use Chakra.

- To use any Bukijutsu or Taijutsu techniques, the user is required to use Energy.

- Each Chakra/ Energy based attack or defense requires the consumption of Chakra points (CP)/ Energy points (EP) based on what rank it falls under, how long it lasts (per post), and how many times the technique is used.

xxxxEx.: If a user creates 3 clones that same user must deduct Chakra points for each individual clone.

xxxxEx.: This also includes using two techniques in one post even if it is the same technique.

- The amount of Chakra/ Energy that a user can possess is based on Rank, Class, and possession of a Bijuu.

- With every usage of Chakra/ Energy required jutsu, the user will experience varying levels of fatigue depending on how much Chakra/ Energy has been consumed.

xx-- 100%- 81%: The user does not experience any fatigue. All Ranked techniques come out working as they should.

xxxx- You're feeling fine as if you could fight forever. Your body feels great and you are performing at your maximum peak (Whatever your present SP is at).

xx-- 80%- 61%: The user feels the decrease in chakra, and begins to experience the fatigue brought on the drain. Higher ranked techniques, such as SS-S ranked, are starting to feel harder to perform properly.

xxxx- Well your thoughts on fighting forever have disappeared, but you're still feeling up for some serious fighting.

xxxx- SS-S rank techniques area of effect is cut in half

xx-- 60%- 41%: Now this is where a lot of fatigue comes into play. A ranked techniques are starting to become more taxing while B-ranked techniques are becoming more difficult to maintain.

xxxx- A-rank techniques are reduced in power to that a of a B-Rank technique.

xxxx- B-rank area of effect or length of time is cut by 25%

xx-- 40%- 21%: At this point not only is your techniques slowing, but so is your body movements and power. Performing techniques, such as C rank, can be considered unhealthy depending on how high the ranked technique is and the users own ranking.

xxxx- Strength and Speed are reduced by 1 rank

xxxx- If you are a Genin this means you return to basic 1 point for these.

xx-- 20%- 1%: By now the user is wondering how they are even standing properly. At this point even simple E-rank techniques may feel as if they would suck the very life from you. Afterwards you will spend a nice bit of time in a village hospital.

xxxx- Strength and Speed are still reduced

xxxx- Jutsu effectiveness goes down 1 rank; E-rank techniques are useless.

xxxx- If you in the 20%-11% after a battle or mission you must go post once in the hospital and leave your character there for 1 real time hour. If you're in the 10%- 1% then you post twice in the hospital and leave your character there after that for 2 hours of real time.

xx-- 0%: Well if the Chakra drain hasn’t killed you, your opponent surely will.

xxxx- You'd be dead. Plain and simple.

xx-- 0%: If you're energy is reduced to 0 you will be unable to voluntarily move your body or limbs.

xxxx- You're not really dead, but it would not take very much effort to take you out.

Chakra Recovery System

-The chakra recovery system is simple as it gets. You will recover the following amount of chakra with each post when...

-Standing still to build chakra in a fight ▬ 10 Chakra Points

-Each post where ninjutsu is not being used ▬ 5 Chakra Points

-Resting or Sleeping ▬ 15 Chakra Points

-Naturally, if you're chakra is reduced to 0 you die.

Energy Recovery System

- The energy recovery system is simple as it gets. You will recover the following amount of energy with each post when...

- Standing still to regulate breathing ▬ 10 Energy Points

- Each post where taijutsu is not used ▬ 5 Energy Points

- Resting or Sleeping ▬ 15 Energy Points

- If you're energy is reduced to 0 you will be unable to voluntarily move your body or limbs.

Learning & Teaching Jutsu

- In Eternal Shinobi, we use the word count system for learning techniques. Below are the following word counts needed to learn specific ranked jutsu:

● E Rank ▬▬ 75 words ●

● D Rank ▬▬▬ 125 words ●

● C Rank ▬▬▬▬ 250 words ●

● B Rank ▬▬▬▬▬ 500 words ●

● A Rank ▬▬▬▬▬▬ 800 words ●

● S Rank ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 1100 words ●

● S+ Rank ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 1600 words ●

● SS Rank ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ 2000 words ●

1) Each time you attempt the technique it will cost as much chakra as if you were preforming it. So if you fail twice and succeed on your third attempt you will have used as much chakra as if you've just preformed the technique three times. Lets face it, learning techniques should tire you out a bit.

2) You cannot learn a new jutsu in battle. Learning a jutsu takes your character's full concentration. If they're fighting they it's not possible for them to be giving their fully concentration to learning a jutsu can they? *Spoiler Alert....No.

3) PM Metal Trsu and Janet23 with the name of the jutsu your character learned, it's rank, a link to the posts, and a link to your profile. The subject of the message should be your character's name with a smily face letting me know that you've read this.

4) This one should just be a reminder but....You must have a custom jutsu approved before your character may learn it.

Below reveals the following jutsu ranks that each level of shinobi are capable of learning on their own with either technique scrolls or from their own memory of the skill:

● Genin are able to teach themselves E - C ranked jutsu only.
● Chuunin are able to teach themselves E - B ranked jutsu only.
● Tokubetsu Jonin are able to teach themselves E - A ranked jutsu only.
● Jonin/ Anbu are able to teach themselves E - S ranked jutsu only.
● S-Rank are able to teach themselves E - S ranked jutsu only.
● Kage are able to teach themselves E - S+ ranked jutsu only.
● Shinnin are able to teach themselves all ranks of jutsu.

And remember you have to fail at a jutsu at least 2-3 times when you are learning it unless it falls under one of these rules:

● Chuunin can learn E-rank jutsu without fail
● Tokubetsu Jonin can learn up to D-rank without fail
● Jonin/ Anbu can learn C-rank after only failing once
● S-Rank can learn up to C-rank without fail
● Kage can learn up to B-rank without fail
● Shinnin can learn up to A-rank without fail

- DO NOT "fluff" up the word count with unnecessary descriptions of the temperature, weather, giant taco flying through the sky, ect UNLESS they directly relate to the jutsu. The word count requirements are already low and fair enough to meet without the need to fluff.

- DO describe how your character is feeling or what's going through their mind as they're focusing on this new jutsu. Talk about how the jutsu is forming or not forming, if it is or isn't working correctly.
The word count will began when your character actually starts working on the technique.

- DO NOT try to learn a jutsu outside of your character's rank.

- DO make sure that your character can learn the jutsu first. Then make sure that you've distributed enough SP towards the type of jutsu that you're attempting to learn.
