Oscuridad fúrica for Vizards
The design in my head shows up to a maximum for 4 teachings.
1st part of the training - Learning to manifest the inner hollow.
2nd part of the training - Upgrade of the inner hollow form.
3rd part of the training - Final upgrade of the inner hollow form.
4th part of the training - Inner Hollow Form & Vizard Minor Fusion

Part 1 of Oscuridad fúrica for Vizard Training.

Soldier - User will place their hand over their face to summon their mask like they normally would, but instead of placing it over their face they will instead place the mask away from their body. The user will give up their ability to go into shikai, and instead will summon their inner hollow.
The form itself will be a cracked version of the mask as half of it will vanish to take form of the upper body, with only a neck to the mask, and arms to be attached to the upper body. The summon is dangerous, somewhat fragile, and can deal out great damage. (Possesses all of it's ranked vizard abilities.) The form also possesses the ability to float, but cannot air walk.

Officer - User will place their hand over their face to summon their mask like they normally would, but instead of placing it over their face they will instead place the mask away from their body. The user will give up their ability to go into shikai, and instead will summon their inner hollow.
The form itself will be a mask missing a quarter chunk of it's form with massive cracks all over it. The form will take on a whole body form, missing only it's legs and lower body attachments. (Such as tails.) The body itself is not filled in, must resembles more of an armor like look that the vizard can put on. The form is powerful, but still rather fragile, and it possesses all of it's vizard ranked abilities.

The user will keep shikai 1, but the rest of their shikai & bankai is given up to summon their inner hollow.
The mask itself forms into a full body with legs and all, mask complete, but the whole body is cracked as if it were damaged. The body itself looks as if it were designed to be placed over their body, however without training it is impossible to place it on. This form is very fast, deadly, and possesses all of it's vizard rank abilities.

This training will only be given to members who have been in the guild for 3 months, & have no strikes on their name. If a member has been given a strike they must wait 6 months before allowed this training.
The training itself gives the next step of control and summoning of the inner hollow.

Part 3 of Oscuridad fúrica for Vizard Training.

This training can only be gained 3 months after the second training, 6 months after being apart of the guild. If a member has received a strike it will take a full 9 months, or an additional 3 months compared to normal time before they are allowed to go through this training.

Part 4 of Oscuridad fúrica for Vizard Training.

This is the ultimate training of the vizard part of the system, allowing the summoned inner hollow to combine on top of the Vizards body. This is basically the evolution of wearing the mask, to the mask taking a body form, all the way into a full circle to be upon the vizard once more.
This training can only be gained 3 months after the part 3 training, thus being 9 months in total. It will take additional 3 months if the member gains a strike, being a full year before they can attain this training.
Acquiring this training, and taking this form when summoning the inner hollow gives full release forms of the zanpakuto in which the user has earned.
Soldier - After attaining the third training, the cracked body of the summoned inner hollow will place itself over it's vizard like a cracked bone armor. This will play as a pseudo full hollowfication form in which is powerful, but not as strong as if the soldier could attain the full hollowfication form.
Attaining this will give increased speed, strength, and durability, practically increasing their power to that of an officer with harder skin.
(This form will last four posts, in which a vizard mask cannot be summoned again in the spar. In role plays it cannot be summoned again for twenty five posts.)

Officer After attaining the third training, the lightly cracked mask and body of the summoned inner hollow will begin to place itself over the vizards body. It takes the form of a lightly damaged armor that plays as a power just barely weaker to that of a full hollowfication form, if the officer had possession of the full hollowfication form.
This will greatly increase their speed, strength, durability to that of a lieutenant level, but with harder skin.
(This form will last six posts, in which a vizard mask cannot be summoned again in the spar. In role plays it cannot be summoned again for twenty five posts.)

Lieutenant - After attaining the third training, the summoned inner hollow with the lightly cracked mask & undamaged body will quickly take form over the vizards body to play as a large hollow armor over the vizard in which is nearly perfected. This form is only a little stronger than that of a full hollowfication form, if the lieutenant had possession of full hollowfication, making the vizard very dangerous in this form.
The form itself gives increased speed, strength, durability, and slightly more powerful cero than with just a mask.
(This form will last eight posts, in which a vizard mask cannot be summoned again in the spar. In role plays it cannot be summoned again for twenty five posts.)

Captain - After attaining the third training, the summoned inner hollow with no cracks on the mask or body will then take form over the vizards body. This will be the absolute perfected form of the training of Oscuridad fúrica. This form will actually be more powerful than that of full hollowfication for the captain as it is the bonding of the inner hollow and the vizard, instead of them going into battle against one another in the inner world while the physical body goes on a rampage.
The form itself gives increased speed, strength, durability, and a much more devastating cero, making them slightly stronger than that of your average captain, depending on the level of danger of the captain.
(This form will last eight posts, in which a vizard mask cannot be summoned again in the spar. In role plays it cannot be summoned again for twenty five posts.)
