stare Those things don't work anyway.

neutral I actually want to debate a lot of diets out there.

I hear body builders eat a bout five to eight thousand calories a day. Where as a person trying to stay in good physical condition should eat about six small meals a day. (vitamins and proteins and carbohydrates included.)

Are there any other diets?

My teacher was building tone and definition I guess they call it. She used to drink different shake type thinks. Idk the whole diet but she drank alot of those things.

I drink protein shakes, cause I don't consume a lot of it during meals, so I have to supplement...Yeah I'm doing that six meals a day thing and I drink half of my mixing bottle of the shake in between main meals.

sweatdrop sounds like shes doing a slim fast sort of thing

It's not slim fast. She makes them and used to bring them every morning to class and stuff.
I need to figure out some good meals so I can start dieting the good way. I gotta lose some weight sweatdrop

My first bit of advice is to keep eating. If you skip breakfast, stop that! Eat breakfast. Its been known that if you skip breakfast, your body will think it needs to keep something to burn other than muscle. Fat.

By eating about six small (about two to three hundred caloric meals) you can speed up your metabolism there therefore burning off excess fat.

(Just a small, and probably untrue, fact. Take in lots of carbohydrates early in the day. That way your body will have energy to burn and it can burn off all the carbs you ingested in the early parts of the day.)

The sad part is that I'm not motivated in the morning to eat breakfast crying . But I'll try.
As for the calorie and carb part, I do not know anything about that. I don't even know how much of each is in the food that I eat. I don't pick the food in my house so yeah. I know it's on the box but yeah. I eat about 2 or 3 meals a day with a snack in between maybe. The meals are not that big either.

I had to motivated myself to start eating like such. Then it just became habit. Doing the eating part alone I think ten to fifteen pounds in a bout month or so.
